• Brooke (9/5): Excellent oasis in a busy part of Seminyak. - Location was central too shops, restaurants and bars in Seminyak. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While the villa was a little aged, it was very clean and tidy. It was very quiet.
• Paul (8/5): - The villa was perfect for our holiday except for very noisy building work on a new receptions area, this lasted for a couple of days. It was stopped eventually but meant we had to leave the villa for two days for peace and quiet , not what we expect in peak time rates and paying for a private pool to enjoy. Ngurah on reception was terrific and nothing was too much trouble for him .we would definitely stay again. Location was ideal .

• Edwina (7/5): Honestly an amazing placd. Very quiet. 3 villas on property. Beach is only 15 min walk. - Breakfast was served in room. Very basic and small serves. You will likely need to buy more. Therr is a great little coffee shop a few doors down. The rain caused our pool to be out of action for a few days.

• Cornelia (6/5): - Es wird alles, wirklich alles via Whatsapp geschrieben. Auch Sachen, welche man mit dem Staff besprochen hat. Beispiele: Order von 2 Handtücher und 2 Pooltücher (Standardmässig sind "nur" zwei Duschtücher vorhanden Frühstück: täglich via Whatsapp bestellen (inkl. Zeitangabe) Zimmerreinigung: es wird täglich angefragt, ob und wann gereinigt werden soll etc etc Für uns war das "anstrengend", da wir zu Beginn kein WLAN, resp. e-Sim hatten, kamen die Mitteilungen jeweils erst, wenn wir wieder in der Villa waren. Staff ist hilfsbereit, spricht aber schlecht English, was der Grund für diese Art von Kommunikation sein wird. Am letzten Tag wollten wir uns einen Tee kochen und haben bemerkt, dass der Gasherd nicht angeschlossen war. Bestimmt hätten wir das "bestellen" können, aber das war uns zu blöd. Generell ist die Villa in die Jahre gekommen, aber soweit ok und sauber.

• Melissa (1/5): Would not recommend. - The property appeared much older on arrival than shown in photos on the booking.com website. The villa bathrooms were dirty, furniture appeared old and outdated, the sheets and towels were discoloured and stained and the fridge was not working properly and leaking. The aircon was also leaking, causing puddles in the bedroom of our villa, although this was fixed when asked, there were too many negative to recommend this villa. From broken tiles, decking and fences, no room safe to poor water pressure and a leaking shower. We requested late checkout prior to checking in and this was agreed and noted on our booking, unfortunately we were kicked out at the normal time as they stated they had other people checking in. This was not true as we could book another nights accomodation. Staff had very poor English and this made the check in/check out process a little difficult. We won't be returning to this villa.
• Teman (10/5): Such an amazing experience - The staff was amazing and so nice !! It’s so hot and the bathroom and shower were outside so it got a little uncomfortable I dont recommend the all inclusive food. It’s not bad but we got tired of it after a while.
• Anonymous (5/5): we enjoyed our stay, but wouldn’t stay or recommend this villa again - great size for a villa with a nice big pool and bathroom area the property appeared much older on arrival than shown in photos on the booking.com website. the walls were dirty and furniture appeared old and outdated. the pool was often dirty but clean enough for swimming. outdoor furniture also had fair amounts of dirt and debris on them.

• Angela (8/5): we had a lovely stay and didn’t really require anything much from the staff except we asked for pool towels which weren’ - great location a bit tired. needs some maintenance which may have been happening in another villa, I guess with Covid and no rental these things take time

• Sheila (9/5): overall had a great time, my children loved it. although I thought for te price we paid for the villa it was a bit rough - location & staff were fantastic some areas could do with some upgrades. cracked tiles, couch covers etc.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was big and clean just like pictures in the internet. We went their for birthday trip, hotel provide a special decoration and cake for free! The swimming pool has good hygiene, there were many trees and leaves from the yard which sometimes drop into the water, but the flowing system made sure the rubbish on pool was drawn. Cleaning service was also good, the hotel is an environmental friendly one. In our stay, sometimes we’re windy and leaves flow into the open dinner room, but they made it super clean everyday and even swept away flowers which dropped on the yard ground.
