- Salman (1/5): لن أُكرر هذه التجربة والمكان لا يستحق 5 نجوم ولا يستحق ما دفعته لهم مقابل ليلة - ڤيو فلتي أثناء ذهابي إلى المنتجع كنت في غاية السعادة فقد ذهبت باكراً حتى أرى المكان وڤيو الغرفة اثناء النهار ومن ثم أخرج لإكمال خطتي لمشاهدة منطقة اولواتو المليئة بالمعالم والمناظر الخلابة وكنت بالفعل قد حجزت سائق لذلك بمبلغ وقدرة، وعند وصولي كان الترحيب بي جيداً، واثناء عمل إجراءات تسجيل دخولنا الى الغرفة طلبوا مني البطاقة التي قمت بالحجز والدفع منها واخرجتها لهم حتى يتأكدوا وقاموا بطلب سحب مبلغ مالي حتى يتأكدوا ( لا اعلم عن ماذا يتأكدون أو عن هذا الاجراء الغريب حيث سكنت في اكثر من فندق في ’’بالي’’ ولم أواجه هذه المشكله أو هذا الطلب) حيث تفاجأت من الطلب وقمت بتقديم بطاقتي لهم لسحب مبلغ رمزي للتأكد حسب طلبهم؟؟!! حيث لم تتم عملية السحب لانني لم اقم بتفعيل بطاقتي الماستر كارد خارج المملكة وأثناء ذلك جاءت المشرفة وتحدثت معها ان هذه البطاقة هي التي قمت بالحجز منها ولم اقم بتفعيلها دولياً، وطلبت منها أن اقوم بتسجيل دخولي إلى الغرفة وأضع حقائبي ومن ثم أتواصل مع البنك لتفعيل البطاقة وفي المساء آتي الى الاستقبال ونقوم بسحب مبلغ من البطاقة للتأكد !! ( لا اعلم ما هذا الاجراء) ورفضت دخولي للغرفة بحجة الاجراءات لديهم بالرغم من ابلاغي لهم بأن قيمة حجز الغرفة تم سحبه كاملاً مسبقاً وتم دخولي على تطبيق بوكنيق وجعلتها تقرأ رسالة الفندق التي كانت تتضمن (انه تم تحصيل المبلغ كاملاً وكذلك شاهدت الايصال الذي تم إرساله من قبلهم بشأن استلام مبلغ قيمة الغرفة كاملاً، حيث ذكرت لي (انه لن يتم الدخول حتى تدفع قيمة الغرفة من بطاقة أخرى وأنهم سيعيدون لي المبلغ الذي قمت بدفعه من البطاقة التي لم اقم بتفعيلها دوليا) وكان وقتها لا يمكنني عمل ذلك لانه سيتسبب بفوضى في أموري المالية، وبعد رفضها التام قررت عدم الخروج لمشاهدة معالم اولواتو وتحدثت مع السائق عند استقبال المنتجع بأني لدى مشكلة بالدفع ولن أستطيع الخروج (مع العلم بأني دفعت مبلغ الرحله كامله للسائق) حيث قام هذا المنتجع بإفساد خطتي وحالتي المزاجية واهدار مالي في هذا اليوم، وبعد ساعتين ونصف من التواصل مع البنك تم تفعيل البطاقة وتم سحب المبلغ للتأكد!!

- Scott (7/5): Would stay again. - Facilities were good, bed was hard. Had one night with a wedding and got woken up a few times between 12:30am and 1:45am. Got a comp bottle of sparkling wine. Great view, not bang for buck though. Restaurants were okay but limited menu.

The service was flawless from the front desk to housekeeping, room service, and even the spa team, everyone was professional yet warm. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. Whether it was arranging transport, customizing meals, or simply checking in on how we were enjoying our stay they made us feel like VIPs. And let’s talk about the infinity pool—it’s even better than the one at Bvlgari, where we dined recently! Plus, Six Senses is half the price and right next door. Talk about value for money! 💖 The whole experience has been incredible! - Humaira (8/5): - The Six Senses Resort is beautiful, and we stayed there for a total of five nights. However, we were disappointed with the staff, especially during breakfast. We waited 40 minutes just for simple coffee, and the housekeeping staff often forgot to provide towels, clean cups, and refill hand wash and aloe vera. Although we enjoyed wonderful food throughout Bali, we found the dining experience at Six Senses to be lacking. The food was tasteless, and even the breakfast was unsatisfactory. While the property is stunning, I would not choose to stay here again.

Facilities like the spa are grim - green mildew and stains and dead plants surround you. Food at Watu was inedible and beyond expensive as was the pool bar service - warm cocktails with a half dead lime - no care, consistency or love in anything. For a world class brand the overall experience was abysmal - the staff are so lovely but zero training and effort made to help them deliver a good experience.

- Kharthik (9/5): Our personal butler, Bayu was helpful and were always available to sort out issues. The managements of hotel were excell - Luxuries stay and plenty of privacy from the city centre. Loved the tranquility and the service provided. We had a personal butler for our villa to care for us. The stay was hassle free and buggy was easily available. Great in house dining options too. There weren’t a private beach but the view off the cliff overlooking the see was excellent.

Augus, Teresa, Tri, Dwi and many more of the staff always helped us with a smile in their face. They sent some one over to take pictures for us for a small photo shoot we planned impromptu. Cliff bar is beautiful, Watu and Roca are all amazing places to eat in. Will definitely go back for more. Nothing

- Nathan (3/5): Terribly unaccommodating and rodents in the room. - Booked the property same day around 4p. Notified the property we would be arriving by 7p. Arrived at 6:44p. Was told room wasn’t ready. I asked why and they said because it was a same day booking. I asked why wouldn’t they use the last 3 hours to prepare the room knowing I’d arrive by 7. They said that wasn’t what they do and I needed to wait another 1-1.5 hours for the room to be ready. Needless to say we then missed our dinner reservations and ended up not going out our 1 night in Uluwatu because we had to wait for our room. Fast forward, we got room service and went to bed around midnight only to be woken up by a rat in the room dragging our leftovers behind the refrigerator. We called front desk, had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive. They sent 2 guys to look for the rodent. We said we needed another room clearly. Had to wait an hour before managment came and got us transferred to a room. We immediately fell asleep and woke up to a room that had no towels and wasn’t properly prepared. Woke up at 8am with little sleep and the hotel wasn’t willing to accommodate us on any sort of refund or room discount because it was booked with Bookin.com. Needless to say, booking.com we will be reaching out to your team and I hope you do the right thing. Otherwise we will be forced to charge back a hefty portion of this transaction with our credit card company. The entire experience.

- Jaimee (4/5): Beautiful location but rooms are in desperate need of face lift & maintenance. Poor value for money - The location is absolutely stunning, amazing view and spot right on the cliffs! The main pool is really nice, really big and has the incredible view from it. The property has seen better days and definitely didn't reflect the price charged. Our room was well overdue for a face lift and looked like it hadn't had proper maintenance for 10+ years. Peeling paint, loose tiles, very noisy toilet door with hinge bent, deck needed redoing, things just looked a bit grubby because they were old. Unfortunately I could go on and on. The general areas (restaurant, main pool etc) were ok but our room was quite bad. The villa we stayed at for the first part of our holiday was half the price and much nicer so we really felt like we were being heavily overcharged for the state of the room.

There are too many things that are not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel and the amount of money charged for the stay: The pool in the villa was leaking and the water was not filtered (Dedy helped us move) The cushions on daybeds in villas (we've seen several) are old, very dirty, ripped or badly patched Sofas dirty and ripped Bedding sheets ripped Taps in the shower peeling off with some rough and sharp bits Dirty bathtub Bad sewage smell in the bathroom Very bad sewage smell around the main pool Dry, dead grass in villa Below average offer for breakfast Some walls around the resort black with mould Paint peeling of the walls Ugly air conditioning units covered with makeshift timber slats (so visible and badly placed) No milk for coffee in the villas No ironing board or iron in the villas Only two restaurants

Food: Don't even waste time going to any other restaurant than the cliff bar. Nice ice cream parlour. Some of the staff is very nice and attentive. You get to see monkeys! I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is in need of large maintenance work and furniture replacement (having been opened in 2018, it is shocking) - e.g. Persistent sewage smell around the pool, faulty room pool, wall paint looking old/damaged, door window damaged, holes on swim cover provided, cheap and damaged loungers, small and old pool towels (didn't cover even half), dying grass patches. Service is inconsistent at best. Food is overpriced vs quality. Horrible wifi.

The hotel and location is beautiful and very well looked after.

Please do reserve the spa in advance, the singing bowl relaxation was impressive. At NYE countdown, there was a Kecak fire dancing show which was amazing! All staff were really nice & kind. There were short of staff for breakfast at rocker restaurant. Most customers didn’t get menu & tableware, even not clean the table. Except the breakfast experience, the NYE feast (dinner) & countdown party was terrific!

- Niclas (2/5): No good - Six Senses Uluwatu really needs maintenance and upgrading! We stayed in a 3 bedroom pool villa and the interior was not good! Why not hire an interior decorator? It was like someone just put in the furniture that was available, nowhere to put your belongings when entering the villa, no dinner table on the terrace. The circulation of the pool was not working. The main restaurant was under construction and the workers banged and sawed until 11 pm at night. The personnel at the reception were confused and did not know much about the amenities of the hotel. The hotel is run down and needs upgrading but the main pool area is nice and the staff around the pool and bar are wonderful, the spa is nice and gym ok. Will not go back
- Verified traveler (4/5): Great Location & Employees, Trainwreck Experience - Honestly feel sorry writing a bad review because the employees were all very friendly but the stay was one of the more bizarre experiences I've had. The resort/rooms were overall tired and worn for a 5 star hotel. There was construction taking place all over the resort until 10p each night. Called the front desk several times to see if they could stop the hammering and stone sawing taking place outside our room but was unsuccessful. The main restaurant was being renovated and the noise from construction made sitting by the pool or outside bar a nonstarter. There were also 2 weddings place on the property during our stay which added to the clamor - (one of which included an unannounced fireworks show which felt like they were being set off right outside our villa). All of this would've been fine if we had been given any notification of the construction/weddings BEFORE flying 20 hours to get there. Hotels.com did refund one night but they couldn't get through to the hotel to assist with any of the other issues. Hotel sits on a beautiful location but the experience was a trainwreck.
