- Artem (5/5): Hotel need to be renovated, but beds are comfy - Really comfortable beds, perfectly working air conditioner, nice view The hotel is in poor condition overall. The elevator and lounge were noticeably dirty, and the pool water was murky. The bar appears to have been out of service since the early 2000s. While the view from the room was nice, the exterior windows were extremely dirty, making it hard to fully enjoy it. There was no soundproofing, so we could hear everything happening in the hallway—especially in the mornings when staff were making a lot of noise. The cleaning schedule was inconsistent: some days we were woken up as early as 8:30 AM, and other times cleaning staff wouldn’t show up until after 11:00 AM. The curtains in our room were torn, and the hygienic shower didn’t function properly.

The staff cannot be more helpful in promptly responding to our requests/inquiries & helping us with luggage drop off/bellhop. The room (Family apartment) was spacious and clean with the best sea view and 2 bathrooms. Amenities (kitchenwares, toiletries, bathrobes, safe...) are well stocked. Really recommend for family stay. The swimming pool is tiny though. The location is a bit far from the center with few restaurants around but it's easy to take grab from there. Breakfast buffet options are limited during off season but still got a nice variety from Vietnamese to Western dishes and decent taste. Overall a true value for money. Things hotel can consider to improve: Add handwash soap, 2 more small cups & spoons, and a full body mirror. Also 1 of the bathrooms got no ventilator so the smell is a bit trapped. The rest is good.

It rained the whole time we were there, but we had (a GRAB) dinner and wine on the front terrace. Best meal we had and a relaxing view over the rainswept beach. Will be back sometime one sunny day.

Limited Veg Options: While the breakfast buffet was impressive, vegetarian choices were scarce.

We requested for a late check out since we were having a night time flight back home and the front desk took immediate action to accommodate our request. The late check out has a fee but it's no big deal! Room was also clean. Photos as advertised is very far from how it looks in reality. :( Everything in the hotel is old including the elevators, hallways and the lobby is not inviting. The breakfast is okay but it's the same menu every morning. The rooftop pool as advertised here is not that pleasing. It looks so old and the furnitures beside the pool are also broken. They also have the rooftop bar but it is already non-operational and looks like it has been shut a long time ago. Also, if you are planning to go to the rooftop pool, there are no elevators so you have to use the stairs which also look so old and creepy. The location is okay, but far from everything. You can take a Grab and the cost is not that much. If you are looking for a place to stay in DaNang, there are a lot of hotel options out there that looks so much nicer and more comfortable. But if you are a budget traveler, this place is okay.

- Michael (4/5): Disappointing and not like images - I liked that the hotel is opposite the beach. It is at the end of the main beach strip. The staff members at reception are helpful, friendly and polite. The paint is dated and the apartment was incredibly dirty. I asked the hotel to reclean however it was still very dirty- lots of dust, ants, marks all over furniture and even a previous guest’s used makeup sponge was left. I wouldn’t stay again due to the cleanliness of room.

- Gordon (8/5): Actual very close Beach Front Hotel in Da Nang - Very close to the beach, in a quiet area in Da Nang. Our 1st room was fine, but I did request a Seaview room for the remainder of our stay. Anna handled this, allowed us to check the room 1st, then arranged for a very smooth move. The cost was not that much more, but the view is worth it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Water pressure and the hot water system worked very well. Elavators are clean and work well. The pool area is good, but it would be nice for the front glass to be cleaned. mainly for the fantastic view. It would be good for some umbrellas to be installed as well, to provide shade. Love how outside night time turns into a relaxing drinking, eating area's. The beach across the road is pleasant to swim at or walk on the soft sand. Enjoyed our stay. . Would be nice to be able to hire motorcycles here without holding ones passport. I won't leave that with anyone....

Cleaners make a lot of noise and doors are thin. also a door in room joining to another room so i could hear everything. This was different to the room i booked. Hotels should not hold passports, many rats outside

Overall the hotel has a stylish and welcoming designs, comfortable sheets and chairs. It has plenty of closet space for all my things. They have amazing service, and really I can't stress that enough. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

- 林沚杉 (5/5): Twosome in Danang - Location. Lovely view of the beach & sea from our 2-bedroom apartment, can even see Lady Buddha in the distance. Sadly, the dirty windows mar this highlight. Rooftop pool. Checked it out on the sunny morning before we checked out, even though not using it. May be the nicest & cleanest part of the whole building. Apartment did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, there are things worn out or not working. Facade windows need cleaning, to not waste the beautiful view. Soundproofing is bad, or perhaps our fellow guests on the same floor were too excited running around to use the pool or visit the beach in their (wet) swimwear - our sympathy to the housekeeping team for wet lift and lobby floors.
