• MONIQUE (10/5): - Emplacement idéal pour visiter le principal de Rome. La propriétaire est une personne qui répond à tous nos besoins. De très bon conseil pour les restaurants aux alentours. Ainsi que conseil pour Gélatéria . Nous a trouvé un parking pour les 2 jours. Super disponible et à l'écoute de nos demandes.

• Skjødt (10/5): - Personlig og lokal vært som tog sig tid til at guide os til hvad vi skulle se i Rom, samt gode spisesteder mm. Derudover var værelserne super fine, og rene med nye håndklæder og rengøring hver dag. Værten bookede også taxa til os da vi skulle hjem og sørgede altid for at vi følte os tilpas hele opholdet igennem. Fantastisk og centralt sted som klart kan anbefales.

• OLGA (10/5): - The B&B has a perfect strategic location, close to major sights (15 min Trevi, 30 min walk to Colosseum). Metro is around 10 min (if going to Vatican). Safe area. Easy to find and all instructions were sent as we checked-in late in the evening. Coffee, tea, water available, and a lot more than that. We had everything we needed. Giulia is a true sunshine. She makes you feel like home. Thank you, Giulia, for a warm welcome and all recommendations!

• Esmeralda (9/5): Ubicación buenísima, habitación estupenda y propietaria muy atenta. - Estuvimos alojados 5 días en una habitación triple, las camas comodísimas, la habitación daba a un patio-pared interior abierto, pero no nos importó porque el silencio era maravilloso, ni un ruido por la noche, al no tener al lado la carretera, además solo estábamos en la habitación para dormir. La ubicación, perfecta, a 20 minutos andando de todo, la estación Termini, La Fontanta de Trevi, El Coloseo, sin problemas para moverte por todos los monumentos que queríamos visitar. La dueña, muy atenta, nos dio un mapa de la ciudad y nos explícó por dónde teníamos que ir para ver todos los sitios más importantes y también lugares para comer y comprar. En la sala central, pues era un piso grande con 4 habitaciones, creo, tenía para desayunar, galletas, leche, te, café, por si querías, además nos dejaba en la habitación bolsitas de croasanes rellenos de chocolate y galletas. Si vuelvo a Roma, sin dudarlo, me volvería a alojar aquí. Lo único, la cisterna del baño, cuando tirabas de la cadena, hacía un ruido horroroso, pero si más, por decir algo.

The place did not locate far from the touristy locations but it was not located into crowded areas. I prefer it that way instead of crowded noisy places at night. • Sheila (8/5): Agradable estancia - Habitación amplia, limpia, acogedora. Buen recibimiento, no faltó detalle. Te ofrecen café y agua diario sin coste a mayores en la habitación, además, en la recepción tienes infusiones, café, galletas y microondas para usarlo si lo necesitas. Habitaciones y baño limpio, además, diariamente pasan por la habitación para reponer lo que haga falta. No hay ruido por las noches, que es de agradecer después de un día cansado de turismo. El alojamiento tiene por normativa una temperatura de 19 grados, pero hay opción de aire acondicionado si se necesitara ahora en invierno. Personal agradable y atento en todo momento. Nada que añadir.
• Ayşegül (10/5): Everything was amazing we will definitely come back - Everything was amazing! We stayed there for 5 days. Guilia the lady at the front desk was so helpful. Even tough we arrived after 5pm she came back to check us in. She was so kind and helpful. She even marked the places we should visit on a map and gave it to us. She wrote us routes to follow to discover the city. Thanks to her, we saw very beautiful places, normally we wouldn't know they exist. She gave us complementary biscuits, croissants each day, helped us making our coffee. It was so generous of her. She took care of us like her own family. She answered all of our questions, where to eat, where to buy cheese, how to use public transportation etc. We felt like we were at home. There is Wifi, very good connection. There was a mini fridge in the room. Oh the beds!! It was soo comfortable, we didn't want to wake up and go out in the mornings! :)) It was the most comfortable bed both me and my friend ever lie on because of memory foam! It was a safe area. The safety was very important for us, that's why we chose here by looking at the other comments. We stayed as 2 young girls and felt very safe. The location is so easy to access from everywhere. It is walking distance from Trevi Fountain. It is on a bus route that available even very late at night. It was good to know we could go back home (we called it home :) ) any time in a new city. When we came back from Italy, we wanted to go back just because of Guilia and how well she took care of us. Definitely recommend it to everybody! Thank you Guilia for taking your time to help us and taking care of us very well! You are one of the nicest people I met. Thanks to you, we felt like we are at home.

La chambre est très fonctionnelle, propre et agréable. La localisation est au top, 15' a pieds de Tremini mais tout de même dans un quartier très calme. Aucun bruit pendant la nuit. Tigre supermarket is close by which is good. 15 walk from Termini. Beds are hard (good). Small things, like no kettle, noise from other guests are easily heard. Overall it was an ok place but literally you have to have no expectations besides a good location. The rating score i believe is misleading, going back i won't book it again. Nespresso machine at the ready, breakfast treats, and water in the fridge. Not much to dislike, for me. The bed was a little too firm for me, but that's a personal thing.

Giulia was very helpful and made great recommendations for restaurants and activities. There are several rooms inside the unit, so it doesn’t feel as private as other options.

She is the life of this apartment and makes your stay comfortable and welcoming. She went out of her way to explain all the details and recommendations for exploring Roma. It was a bit loud from passing vehicles.

We really enjoyed the big windows to let in the fresh air, and the walk in shower which was very easy to get into for my older parents. The fan in the room only worked when the lights were on which was not great when we went to bed because the room was very hot. However, it wasn't too bad.
• Beatriz (9/5): It was an amazing stay with the perfect location, good relation money/quality! - Perfect location (15 minutos away from Fontana di Trevi walking), amazing hospitality and reception, the host was incredible gave us tips to visit the city and was always amazing with us (even gave us the possibility to Check in a little sooner and kept our bags, on the cheek out day so we could visit a bit more comfortable on our lasts day)! Comfortable and clean room! Would definitely recommend it to a friend! And would repeat this location on another travel to rome!

The room was 10/10 for cleanliness and the lovely hostess Gulia made sure we had clean towels, sheets and the bathroom was cleaned daily. We checked in late and we were given clear instructions of how to find them and get in. It’s in a good location and is in walking distance of everything we wanted to see and not far from termini station which was great as we got the train to and from the airport. Good value for money especially being in the centre of Rome, would return and recommend to friends/family that want to visit. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, only thing I would say is it could do with a little freshening up with some paint in the room and bathroom, in the bathroom there was some damp on the ceiling

The accommodations were very comfortable. The bathroom in the suite we were in had amazing vintage ‘70s tile work! Walls are a bit thin and you might hear your neighbor. That’s to be expected anywhere in Italy though.

Manager Julie is very rude and overcharges for rooms at this poor level of no space and comfort. She wants only cash and all upfront and should not be on Expedia or any other reputable website. I would not give any stars. False good ratings. Stay away and find better place for your visit.

Danach ist die Verantwortliche sehr stur und nicht entgegenkommend. Ich hatte dies nicht gelesen und wurde daher streng gemaßregelt. Überhaupt ist die Verantwortliche passiv aggressiv, was die Stimmung irgendwie drückt. Keine Kundenservice. Man traut sich kaum eine Frage zu stellen, Informationen zur Stadt werden einem aufgedrängt, auch wenn man sagt, man benötigt sie nicht. Für eine zusätzliche Person im Zimmer wurde vor Ort ein viel zu hoher Preis verlangt mit der Begründung, dass die Preise im Moment überall so hoch wären. Auch handelt es sich um eine Unterkunft in einer Wohnung in einem Appartmentgebäude. Die Zimmer sind sauer und ruhig, die Lage nah von Rom Hauptbahnhof. Für das Frühstück bekommt man Kaffee und eingepackte Kekse im Zimmer, dies ist aber für drei Personen zu klein, um dort zu frühstücken.

She showed us a map of key monuments to see during our trip and how to travel around the city. The room was a good size and very clean. Some very good options of restaurants within walking distance.

• Quoc Anthony (8/5): good place, very central. - The plage were nice for people who’s in Rome for sightseeing. we were 3 people so maybe a little small, but perfect for 2. The service were good, got the information we needed to visit Rome. Just have some coins, you need to pay some taxes when you there.

• J (10/5): Simply perfect - The customer service was amazing from when we landed to when we left. The location was perfect and walking distance to all the main attractions. We travelled with two children aged 7 and 4. I highly recommend this b&b as it gives you a good base to sleep shower and stay safe. Loved it all
• Dan (9/5): Superb - Very good location, easy walk to great cafes, restaurants, train station, and Metro. Easy to get to all the touristy stuff and bus tour stops. Gulia the host was exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming, excellent English skills to help easily fill in the communication gaps. She had a lot of great recommendations. Overall we were very happy. The residence is a 4th floor apartment partitioned as a B&B. Wasn't immediately obvious from the street but the buzzers are labeled. There are elevators. Our room was one large room with en suite. Full bed plus 2 cots for the kids fit easily. Bistro style table and stocked snacks were appreciated. A/C was also much appreciated. Bathroom was quite small and opening to shower was narrow/awkward around toilet. But it was clean and certainly worked.

• YUKI (10/5): - オーナーさんがとっても協力的で優しかったです。電車の乗り方や、お買い物のtipsなどを教えてくれました。 Nespressoのコーヒー飲み放題、常にクッキーが置いてあり、お水も大きいボトルで頂けました。夏のローマはとっても暑かったので、お水をたくさん用意して頂けたのは本当に助かりました。ローマに行くならおすすめします。
