The property was spotless, well maintained, and created a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay I feel like they could improve the breakfast options, as we were served the same food throughout the trip.

• Larisa (1/5): Wouldn't recommend - Nothing It's a lie what was on the pics and in a real life. The old dirty fridge, dirty bedset, broken toilet, broken shower, dust. No electricity, no wifi, no a/c I paid for a room with a garden view and the 3rd time they moved us to a different room - was a wall view with a broken shower. They moved us 3 times from one room to another where was no electricity, no a/c, no wife + each time smth was broken. We had to ask Booking for a refund and moved immediately to a different place. We were very upset and the owner didn't notify us in advance about all his issues.

• Bugár (5/5): Tapasztalataink - Az hogy szép rendet találtunk a szobánkban és az első nap az ágyunk is szépen díszített volt. Nem tetszett,hogy minden nap ugyanaz a reggeli volt,hogy nem volt hajszárító és hogy a szobánk közelében zúgott az áramfejlesztő.
• Siegfried (4/5): Wir werden das Hotel nicht empfehlen und auf keinen Fall wiederkommen! - Die Lage ist ok, es sind nur ca 5 gehminuten zum Strand. Ein, in die Jahre gekommenes Resort, in das schon lange keine instanthaltungsinvestitionen geflossen sind. Der Hebel zum einstellen des Ventilators war z.b. abgebrochen, die Badezimmertüre ließ sich nicht schließen, da das Schloss herausgebrochen war, der Putz bröckelt von den Wänden, überall lockere Schrauben und abgebrochene Teile. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste was ich auf Zanzibar erlebte, unreifes Obst, eine la rufe Toastscheibe, ein Pfannkuchen und 2 Eier nach Wunsch ohne liebe zubereitet. Die Handtücher mussten wir selbst wechseln gehen. Tagsüber kann man sich auf sehr unbequemen Holzstühlen in der prallen Sonne auf der Veranda des eigenen Bungalows “gemütlich” machen . Die Gäste sind hauptsächlich Russen, ein paar Deutsche, die sich über Tui hier her verirrt hatten und Italienische Damen mit Einheimischen Männern. Ein deutscher Gest hatte Bettwanzen und rote Flecken am ganzen Körper. Mein Kissen war komplett gelb und unappetitlich. Der Strom auf Zanzibar fällt oft aus, um so ärgerlicher ist es , wenn man den Lärm der Dieselgeneratoren der Nachbar hotels ertragen muss und selbst ohne Ventilator , AC oder kühle Briese vom Meer ( weil 3. Reihe) im Bett liegt schwitzt und nicht schlafen kann. Leider kann ich nur 4 Fotos hochladen :(

La piscina e la zona amache sembravano carine. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivate le 3 ville vista piscina che avevamo prenotato e pagato non erano disponibili e ci hanno messo in delle camere discutibili facendo finta di niente. Quando gliel abbiamo fatto notare per la seconda volta ci hanno detto che le camere che avevamo pagato non sarebbero state disponibili prima di tre giorni, al che abbiamo chiesto il rimborso e abbiamo cercato un altro posto dove stare.
• Henrik (10/5): Go to the diving centre if you want local advice or want to try the diving. - Short comment from 3 norwegian dudes on our stay here: Nice staff, very good cleaning after breakfast each day (~20-30 minutes). Breakfast was good value for the money. Pool was clean and chill, and we used the diving centre on out last day. My 2 buddies were certified Open Water divers, and I wanted to test it for the first time but was very afraid. I got to borrow snorkling equipment, got good training with scuba equipment in the pool and my instructor Thomas (PADI dive master) was excellent. I went from not being comfortable in pool to double dive ar 10-12 meters on Mnemba island. Lifetime experience. The diving centre had good prices and the trip was good value overall. Nothing.

Breakfast is the same everyday and made the same way.its just basic and was expecting more since the villa costed much more for me. I tried a pizza once,the price was too high and it was even less than a basic pizza it didn't even have a bit of cheese on top. At least if they offer difference dishes to chose from on Breakfast that would be great

Personalet i restauranten og rengøringen var super søde, men resten var virkelig uvenlige og pressende. Især massagedamen og ham som havde dykkercentret ved siden af. Det er ikke så fedt at gå rundt på ens hotel, og der hvor man bor, og så skal man hele tiden undgå/sige nej til at købe udflugter og massage/fletninger/neglelak.

• JenBoe (9/5): Amazing location very close to the beach. Simple rooms. - We stayed in one of the simple but convenient Villas. We liked the breakfast and the pool. The location is really close to the best beach. The room was cleaned daily. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We stayed two weeks in the end and had a great time. The rooms (Villas) could use a little renovation and styling to be honest.More comfortable chairs on the porches would be a great addition.

Je me suis fait mal à la jambe, il m'a accompagné à la plage, il m'a amené au restaurant et m'a même laissé son numero pour venir me chercher. Quand j'ai voulu le payer, il n'a pas voulu!!! Le chef du restaurant de l'hotel est juste incroyable. Des samoussas, vraiment excellent. Tout était très bien. Merci encore

Sobe nisu svi iste dobili, a uložen je isti novac. Mislim da kupatila mogu da izgledaju barem za nijansu bolje, i doručak treba da bude bar malo raznovrsniji. Moj tuš je bio polu zapušen. Wi fi i domet nije isti u svim sobama, u mojoj je bio dosta slabiji.

Výborně vaří, i jídla, která nejsou na jídelním listku tak vam obstaraji.....například humra. A ceny jsou poloviční nez v jiných restauracich v okolí. Určitě se v nejbližší době vrátím....

Из 7 ночей 4 нас не было (были на сафари), поэтому не хотелось чтобы наши вещи ночевали в дорогом месте. До пляжа метров 150 через рынок масаев. Кому то будет неприятно, но мы любим ритм Африки, нас не напрягало. Чистый бассейн. Акуна матата везде и всюду, поэтому не надо судить строго, это Африка! Слабый интернет, поэтому лучше идти на пляж и наслаждаться отдыхом, а не залипать в телефоне!

Zanzariera tutto attorno al letto, molte prese elettriche. Sedie e tavolino fuori dalla stanza, ampia ringhiera per poter stendere asciugamani e vestiti. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile, c'è anche una guardia notturna. Niente asciugacapelli fisso in camera. Ma non l'ho mai chiesto, magari poteva essere disponibile a richiesta.

The breakfast was delicious and had a a great deep tissue massage to remove the residual pain from 5 days of safari. Ct. Mobby arranged a nice sunset excursion, and a scooter rental to explore the island on my own. Will return upon my return to Zanzibar 👍🏽🙏🏽

It’s a room on the second floor of a complex with several apartments. - room and bathroom where super smelly - Mattress was uncomfortable and caused back problems for my wife - The two provided towels where smelly af - Bar of soap for the bathroom was already used and just put back in the packaging - No shower gels or water was provided - Fridge was full of rust and dirt - Ventilator was to loud to use while sleeping - bed sheets had a lot of stains
• Arie (3/5): Dreamy place from outside but uncomfortable staying - 1. The appearance of the hotel looks amazing and pastoral. 2. Rajab was so kind and with high servicability and willing to help. 1. The massay crew were so creepy and rude: a. They asked me to let them know when I'm inviting friends to sit with me. b. They followed me where and when I went and back to the hotel. c. They harassed me when I back in the mid night and didn't believe me that I'm a guest although he knew me already, I really needed to show my key as a proof. d. They watched me eat the breakfast every morning. 2. The facilities inside were unclean: a. The sheet and the towel and the mosquito net were with stains. b. The toilet holder was rusted. c. The carpet was fully of dust. 3. The breakfast was nice but poor: a. One piece of fruit for each person b. One cup of juice and cannot order more. When I asked more the gave me and since then in the next days they just said that it was finished. c. one egg. d. one crepe.
• Olwethu (7/5): Value for money - I liked how close the property is to the beach and entertainment areas. It also has a cute swimming pool. The bathrooms have a very strong smell that you can smell from the bedroom. The staff hospitality needs a lot of improvement. Communication was challenging.

Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nungwi, very close to Royal beach as you can reach any point you want by taxi boats there, rooms are good and you will feel like home , very safe and quiet and staff is extremely friendly and helpful, not to forget about daily breakfast is very good and swimming pool is beyond perfect! Definitely coming back to this second Home! Nothing is more than perfect

• Yuliya (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff. Nice Pool. 5 min walk from the beach. Nearest beaches are very beautiful. You can order lunch and evening meal for reasonable price. You have to be ready it is not like 3 stars in Europe. The biggest minus for me was path to the beach, rubish everywhere, bad smell, not enough lights if you walk in the night

• Benaul (7/5): Good - Cleanliness, walkway to beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful Washroom smells bad at times. Main problem was the water of washroom is extreme salty.
• Janina (10/5): Exceptional - Even as a solo travelling woman you feel very safe and comfortable at this place. The staff makes you feel at home from the first minute. Clean, good breakfast, lovely garden and pool. Can’t get anything better for this price.
• Yusuf (8/5): Value for money really ok , - Staff very friendly and helpful, almost on the spot. . The beach is very close and clean. Just 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Hotel employee Recap, Jakup Huseyin Manager and Restaurant staff was also very friendly and clean like the food. Very clean pool, blankets and sheets in the room and towels very good. Flora from the Spa with her good service and moderate prices are absolutely recommended. Around the Hotel a lot of markets and food and spirit shop options with good prices. What I did not like is that it's not up to the property. On the beach the hundreds of sellers from the souvenir shops. Something should be done for less sales contact. Almost to get 50 times a day sales put this is more than too much.
