- NOE (8/5): Very disappointed for the service - It’s clean and clean well maintained The process to check in is long, but the worse part was the breakfast, they charge 60k pesos but was the worse food we ate in our trip in colombia, the coffee was cold, the arepas not fresh, very disappointed, also it was 2 guys in the coffee bar no very friendly, it’s very bad because the installation are very good. Tener personal capacitado para atender a los tipos de clientes que acuden al hotel, hay algo que en la industria hotelera se debe mejorar y es la Confianza que le dan a los clientes o huéspedes, mejorar los procesos del check in y check out para que sean más rápidos y efectivos, y el personal me indicó que el restaurante es atendido por otra empresa pero lamentablemente la comida fue terrible y cara, también coincidimos con otros huéspedes en el ascensor que también indicaron su inconformidad

The hotel is a newer hotel, there is a really good service from the staff and it is clean and nice. The breakfast is Colombian with everything that belongs to it. There is a gym and the city's best shopping center next to the hotel

La habitación inmensa pero totalmente vacía, para ver la TV casi hacía falta un telescopio, no había donde poder organizar la ropa salvo la cama y una silla de plástico no había donde sentarse, mientras tenías casi el 50-% de la han vacía. Quien diseñó el amoblado no tenía idea de lo que estaba haciendo. El desayuno aunque de calidad aceptable muy pobre.

The hotel is close to a mall, to different small restaurants and to the center of the city. The rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast offers everything of what children and adults like. The bed and the shower were great, really great. The staff always friendly and helpful. You can park your car out.- and iside of the hotel.
