- Laura (7/5): Aceptable para una estancia corta - Muy céntrico y el personal de recepción muy amable La cama era muy incómoda, el colchón se hundía y las almohadas tampoco eran muy cómodas.

- CARLOS MARIA (7/5): - Está muy cerca del centro andando. Hay muchos bares y supermercados que abren hasta tarde. La habitación doble con baño está muy limpia. La limpieza y el cambio de toallas es bajo petición a la chica de recepción que es muy amable. La zona es tranquila y segura. La ducha un poco pequeña. La cama es cómoda pero hace un poco de ruido.
- MARIBEL (6/5): - Buena ubicación Necesitábamos que nos guardaran las maletas, pero solo lo podía guardar hasta las 4 de la tarde, después de esta hora cobraban 20 euros por hora a lo que me parece injusto este cobro después de haber pagado 4 dias de hospedaje. Considero que este servicio lo deberían de prestar sin cobro adicional como se hacen en todos los hoteles a nivel mundial. Difícil las escaleras sobre todo para mayores de edad. Se debería ir buscando soluciones para este tipo de huéspedes, más aún cuando no lo manifiesta en las condiciones físicas.

- Ersilia (6/5): - Hôtel au centre ville dans une rue calme et très jolie. L'hôtel est placé dans un bâtiment ancien mais avec charme. Malgré cela, les équipements sont très anciens et sans attention aux détails indispensables. La chambre est petite et la salle de bain minuscule. Chambre propre et personnel très gentil et présent 24/24. Porte de la salle de bain cassée. Serviettes trouées et abîmées. Gel douche et shampooing remplis dans des anciennes bouteilles de produits (pareil, très usées et pas hygiénique). État général de la chambre et des équipements vraiment pas satisfaisant.

- Yasna (8/5): No está mal - Tiene buena ubicación respecto a las atracciones turísticas. Queda muy lejos del aeropuerto. Te dan un código que sirve para tu habitación, puerta de acceso principal, y que además debes usar cada vez que vas al baño. Era un poco molesto

- Laura (9/5): Hostel godny polecenia. - Hostel położony jest w bardzo dobrym punkcie, aby zwiedzać miasto na piechotę. 7-10 minut od hostelu znajduje się stacja pociągowa Santos, zaś jedna stacja dalej ok. 15 minut na piechotę znajduje się Dworzec Kolejowy oraz metro /linia zielona/ i prom. Co ważne z lotniska można dojechać dwiema liniami metra najpierw czerwoną i na stacji Alameda przesiąść się na zieloną linię metra i jechać do końca do stacji Cais do Sodre. Są też różne przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe. Miejsce spokojne, dalej w górę na tej samej ulicy mieści się Ambasada Francuska i katolicki kościół portugalski. Personel miły czekał na nas mimo późnej pory, kwaterowaliśmy się ok. 2-3 w nocy, oczywiście wcześniej poinformowaliśmy o przyjeździe. Ściany są dość cienkie, jak jest głośny sąsiad to słychać jak rozmawia. W łazience brakuje wieszaków na ręczniki, w sypialni lampki nocnej, a w szafie półek na ubrania. Brak windy.

- Jessica (8/5): Ostello vicino al centro - Posizione perfetta per visitare Lisbona: meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione del treno e metro, mezz'oretta scarsa a piedi da tutte le principali attrazioni del centro. Perfetto compromesso tra costo e posizione, lo risceglieremmo! La stanza era grande e con tutte le comodità previste, a disposizione avevamo anche un piccolo frigo, un bollitore e caffettiera francese.

- Tetiana (1/5): Percevejos (bed bugs). - Nada Durante a noite, após abrir a janela, fui severamente picado(a) por insetos. Ao acordar, encontrei múltiplas marcas vermelhas e dolorosas em várias partes do corpo (braços, costas, pernas), compatíveis com picadas de percevejos (bed bugs).

- CharlyQ (7/5): Alojamiento modesto sin buena relación precio/prestación. Solo destacable la actitud del personal - Buena onda La habitación es un agregado en la parte superior del hotel, del mismo modo el baño incluido.

- Marga (1/5): Pesimo - A 20-30 min del centro Olor super desagradable en el baño y en la habitación, sobretodo las sabanas, entre sudor, humedad, enmascarado con un olor mareante de ambientador. Por la noche se escuchaban las conversaciones y los gritos de la planta de arriba (también del hotel) tuve que ir a recepción a quejarme porque no podía pegar ojo, y la cosa siguió igual incluso al día siguiente. No hacen la cama ni cambian las toallas. La ducha tenia el frio y el calor al revés. Nada de secador ni productos de higiene. El ultimo día me pretendían cobrar 20€/h por guardarme el equipaje! Personal del hotel antipático y desagradable. Solo pensaba que estaba deseando que terminase mi estancia alli.
