- jurgen (6/5): cheap central location - I picked this hotel for it's location cheap central location in fair condition but the area has to many bars open all night windows do not close good basic local breakfast good staff
- jurgen (6/5): CHEAP LOCAL HOTEL - BASIC ROOM WITH BATH WIFI LOCAL FOOD 10 MIN WALK TO DOWNTOWN CASH ONLY (KES) CASH ONLY FOR ROOM
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It's truly in the Central Business District and cheap. It's also across from an all-night long-distance bus depot and was not quiet. Checkout time is 10 AM but our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 11 PM! Staff is cordial, breakfast was fine, but room is small with barely functional bathroom. We can't complain about the price but the cab driver had a tough time finding the place and the actual entrance.

Na miejscu okazało się, że pokój był zupełnie inny niż oferowana przy rezerwacji. Okno zamurowane, ciemno jak w piwnicy. Zamiast wanny był obskurny prysznic z grzybem, śmierdziało stęchlizną. Opublikowane na hotels.com zdjęcia hotelu są nieprawdziwe i przekłamują rzeczywisty obraz.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good for one or to nights . Very central. - Very central in a spot with a lot of shops around. There is also a bus station with buses taking you to Mombasa, Kampala. Hotel is good for a transfer stay but would not recommend it for a long term stay. Rooms are clean, Staff is very friendly, breakfast is nice.
