• Δέσποινα (3/5): - Ήταν ήσυχο και καθαρό Μας ενημέρωσαν κατά την άφιξη μας ότι το νερό θα φτάνει για τα δύο από τα τρία άτομα που θα διαμέναμε για να κάνουμε μπάνιο και ο τρίτος θα πρέπει να περιμένει λίγο και τελικά το νερό έφτανε για ένα άτομο, δημιουργώντας μας πολύ μεγάλη ενόχληση κατά την διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα

O apartamento é extremamente limpo, cheiroso e muito bem cuidado, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. As camas são muito confortáveis, o espaço é amplo e bem distribuído, e o banheiro é impecável, moderno e funcional. A comunicação foi impecável desde o início. Fomos recebidos pessoalmente por uma pessoa extremamente atenciosa, que nos explicou todos os detalhes da acomodação com calma, clareza e paciência, além de nos mostrar todo o apartamento. Tivemos um imprevisto na chegada devido à dificuldade em conseguir transporte, e mesmo assim fomos muito bem atendidos, com compreensão e gentileza, já que a pessoa nos aguardou até conseguirmos chegar. Outro ponto muito positivo é o cuidado com os hóspedes e a sensação de acolhimento. Pequenos detalhes fazem diferença, como a organização, o ambiente agradável, a boa iluminação e o conforto geral do espaço, que torna o descanso após um dia em Roma ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida, uma hospedagem excelente, que recomendo fortemente. ⸻ 🇺🇸 Excellent stay! The place is absolutely perfect. The apartment is extremely clean, fresh-smelling, and very well maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, the space is spacious and well distributed, and the bathroom is spotless, modern, and fully functional. Communication was impeccable from the beginning. We were personally welcomed by a very attentive person who explained all the details of the accommodation with patience, clarity, and care, and also showed us the entire apartment. We had an unexpected delay upon arrival due to transportation issues, and we were still warmly supported and treated with great understanding, as the host waited for us until we could arrive. Another very positive point is the level of care for guests and the welcoming atmosphere. Tudo perfeito! 🥰

• Maryna (8/5): - Отличное расположение. В 15 минутах ходьбы от Собора Петра. В 25-35 минутах на общественном транспорте от основных достопримечательностей в центре. Автобусная остановка в 3 минутах ходьбы. В здании нет центрального отопления, были в январе - холодновато. НО мы обогревались кондиционером.
• Louise (10/5): - The location of the apartment is perfect with a view of the basilica. Very comfortable and bus stop right in front of the apartment to go everywhere in the city center. Ideal places for a stay in Rome. Very welcoming person!!

• dolores (9/5): Overall ok except that incident of forcing us to pay euros on arrival. We don’t have Euros yet We planned to exchange - Very good except that the owner ? Must not force us to pay tax 60 euros cash on our arrival. Especially late afternoon already and banks are closed and cold weather and tired of the long trip. even if we tried to convince her to hold 100$ bill and we pay her euros the ff day….better city taxes can be included during booking to solve this issue. Very demanding owner. And we have go out to search for places to exchange for euros . Owner must wait for hours until we arrive for the key otherwise we will be homeless on arrival . Their water heater stops after few minutes of using when bathing - so have to boil water to finish bathing . Water heater.

• GiànlucaMoena (5/5): - Posizione, grandezza appartamento Acqua calda con boiler non siamo riusciti a fare la doccia tutti e due, appartamento molto freddo e umido senza riscaldamento ma con una ventola che buttava aria calda, molto rumorosa e per niente funzionale. Televisore non funzionante, telecomando non funzionante, televisore piccolissimo dovevano per lavoro guardare una chiavetta usb non funzionava la tele siamo rimasti molto delusi

• Pascuas (10/5): It was great! I'd stay again if I come back and the place is available - The host was amazing friendly, flexible and very informative. The place is a small studio that has everything we needed, very clean and with loads of items to use as well. The location and public transport were great, and it was extremely close to Vatican city 15 min walk and 10 minute Walk to Rome S. Pietro station. Shops and supermarkets next door The only thing that was a downside for us was the hot water to shower, this ran out very quickly for 3 people

• Jozef (10/5): - Páčila sa nám lokalita. Názov ubytovanie je veľmi primeraný. Pohľad na kupolu Baziliky Sv. Petra ráno, na obed aj v noci je výnimočný. Oceňujeme blízkosť k Vatikánu a dostupnosť k centru Ríma.

• Bożena (5/5): - Blisko Watykanu Słaby kontakt z gospodarzem, odpowiedzi udziela po kilku dniach, albo wcale nie odpowiada. W mieszkaniu niby wszystko jest, ale tylko niby, brak suszarki do ręczników, brak czajnika elektrycznego, bo ten który jest nie działa, ze środków higienicznych jedynie mydło do rąk, brak kawy i cukru. Mieszkanie słabo posprzątane, w szafkach czuć zapach stęchlizny, w łazięce i kuchni robaki-rybiki.

• Tomasz (10/5): Polecam, świetny wybór na wakacyjny wyjazd! - Świetna lokalizacja, 15 minut spacerem do Watykanu. Miła właścicielka przekazała nam klucze. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszelkie potrzebne sprzęty, bardzo czyste. Okolica spokojna, można spacerować także wieczorem. Bardzo blisko dobrze zaopatrzony sklep otwarty do północy, blisko do stacji San Pietro z dobrymi połączeniami pociągów.

• Lucero (8/5): Very good - The location was nice and near everything, the bathroom was nice, the room was spacious. The washing machine was a bonus and the ironing board was helpful! The air conditioning worked well. The beds were a little worn down and lumpy but I personally still got a good nights rest. It was nice they also had toast and jam for us.

• Roman (4/5): We were expecting better from this apartment. I think the main problem is lack of cleanliness. - View from the window on Vatican. Good market and flower shop nearby. There were plenty of dishes for cooking Poor light in the apartment. Water was constantly leaking in the bathroom. Cleanliness could be much better :( The kettle is not electric and it took almost half an hour to make tea, because the stoves heated up very slowly.

Nearby there is a supermarket, cafe, bus stop. And special thanks to the host for ordering a taxi for us in the the night. We highly recommend apartments Nothing:)

• Tamara (9/5): Beautiful apartment near Vatican - Apartment is located close to Vatican and you need approximately 30 minutes by foot to the center of city. You have bus stop 50m form apartment. Even it is urban part of city, apartment has good sound isolation therefore it is vey quiet inside. Lot of restaurants and shop nearby. The host was very supportive and allowed us early checking in and also organized us a taxi to the airport. Huge recommendation to all!!!
• Elitsa (1/5): Four days of hell! - it was relatively close to Vatican City First of all, the phone number the host provides does not work. I tried reaching the host multiple times with the question if early check in was possible since we were stranded in Rome because of circumstances. The only information the host provides is the phone number of some teenager. Eventually once we checked in we had to pay the host the remainder of the money we owed for city tax. The host did not provide us with a receipt for the cash we payed. The host took pictures of our ID’s with her phone, which definitely was worrying to me. I have contacted booking.com regarding this matter. There was a lot of things amiss in the appartment all of which I could’ve forgiven if it weren’t for the circumstances which I will name later. So to start off there was a leaking toilet tank which constantly pumped water, the mattresses are extremely worn down, there were stains on the sheets, there was no electric kettle only a normal one you put on the stove, no coffee machine, the boiler wasn’t fit for 3 people to shower after each other so we hade to make a schedule of when each of us could shower, the appartment is a lot smaller than claimed on the website. All of the mentioned above I could live with, it’s the next part that was absolutely unacceptable and should warn off anyone wanting to rent this place. Because we had to change out plans last minute and decided to stay in Rome instead of travelling further we hadn’t brought a lot of clothes with us thinking we would have a washing machine at the relatives we were staying at, the washing machine was also a selling point for us. Now the washing machine was visibly old, but seemed neat and clean so we were very happy about that. The very first time we put clothes in the washing machine, the machine broke and didn’t unlock the door after the washing cycle was finished. Booking.
• Nifty (9/5): Superb - The property was a great value, very clean, very comfortable, and the host was quick to adjust to allow us to have a friend stay the night with a reasonable, additional fee. The location was also very convenient. We had to wait a little bit to receive the key from the host upon our arrival. Also the hot water tank needs to be adjusted to allow for longer showers.
