The room was nicely decorated, clean, well maintained and comfortable. We had a lovely sea view and fab balcony. Breakfast was really yummy and on one day we had a delicious homemade almond and orange cake. A lovely personal touch. Thank you.

The staff were top class , especially Akis who couldn't do enough to help you with useful information. The location of the hotel is brilliant, literally a 100m walk to the restaurant's and bars. • Nemes (10/5): Tökéletes volt hosszú hétvégére! - Nagyon jó a fekvése, gyalog 20 perc a reptérről, a központi buszállomás, kikötő 1 perc.
• Karolina (5/5): Dalo se - - naprosto skvělá lokalita, autobusová zastávka hned u hotelu - pán na recepci nesmírně ochotný - voda z kohoutku (očividně odsolovaná) byla odporná, nechcete si v ní čistit ani zuby - sprchový kout malý, sotva se v něm otočíte - s úklidem si moc starostí nedělají, uklidí jen to nejnutnější - vybavení hotelu je dost zastaralé, dveře od skříní již ani pořádně nedovírají - snídaně nic moc, každý den to samé, malý výběr pečiva (jen toustový chléb), vejce pouze na tvrdo, malý (skoro žádný) výběr ovoce a zeleniny - balkonové dveře se nedali zavřít, byl tam provizorně přivrtaný háček a očko ke zdi, vcelku k smíchu - v koupelně bylo malé okno, které vedlo na sousedův balkon, což je naprosto nepochopitelné - v okolí hotelu je neustálý hluk, protože je hned vedle škola a hřiště - z pokoje jsme měli výhled na bazén, který je na dně bohužel dost špinavý a opravdu se v něm nechcete koupat - z hotelu by se bohužel dalo vytěžit mnohem více vzhledem k poloze, ale službami jeho kvalita dosti klesá

The hotel owner noted Dad's age from our reservation and, without being asked, assigned him a fully accessible room with excellent facilities. This gave me enormous peace of mind. I was given a beautiful room next door. We have visited Skiathos for 25 years and Ifigenia Hotel is, without doubt, the best accommodation we have had from both a comfort and location perspective. Thank you so much Akis and your lovely family. Your help, advice and attentive service during our stay was greatly appreciated. We very much look forward to returning in early 2026. Nothing springs to mind.

• Anna Miřátská (7/5): - Personál byl opravdu milý, snídaně byly dobré, menší výběr, ale nám stačí. Pokoje byly dostačující, rychlovarná konvice se hodila. Bazén byl super, spoustu lehátek, kde můžete jen tak odpočívat. Umístění bylo u centra, pár kroků byl supermarket, přístav a veškeré restaurace. Bohužel je hotel hned vedle školy, a protože jsme cestovali po sezóně, tak je hned od rána slyšet neskutečný řev od dětí ve škole. Ten trvá celý den až do odpoledne, kdy dětí chodí domů. To bohužel není všechno, děti se večer vrací na hřiště a hrají si tam. Několik mladších holek se tam hlasitě smálo až do půlnoci. Hodilo by se asi investovat do lepšího zvukového těsnění. Slyšet je i když někdo projde po ulici okolo, natož auta. Matrace byly celkem tvrdé, ale to nám tolik nevadí, horší bylo, že k dispozici byl pouze malý polštářek pro každého, máme radši klasické velké polštáře. Pokoje byly celkem čisté, ovšem když jsme si odložili deku na skříň, tak jsme ji pak sundali celou od prachu. Ve sprše jsme našli vlasy po předchozích hostech.

• Guy (8/5): A very comfortable room with convenient access to the port, restaurants, town and beach buses. - The room was recently refurbished and modern. Staff were very friendly. They allowed us to stay in our room until 3PM so we could shower after spending the afternoon on the beach. The breakfast was a simple continental breakfast.

Si vede che la struttura è un po' datata, però la gentilezza del personale, la dimensione spaziosa delle stanze e la buona colazione hanno completamente controbilanciato i minus di questa sistemazione.

• Daniela (9/5): Albergo a conduzione familiare in posizione centralissima - Hotel piuttosto spartano, in ottima posizione vicinissima al porto a al centro . La camera per tre persone pur essendo molto essenziale era bella spaziosa. . Comodo il terrazzino vivibile e con vista porto. La gestione è familiare, Akis è veramente gentile e disponibile, pronto a darti informazioni su spiagge e ristoranti ed interessato ad un successivo riscontro. Molto buona e completa la colazione che si consuma all’aperto in zona piscina. Comodi i letti. Pulizia buona e frequenti cambi asciugamani. Parcheggio in zona sempre disponibile. Direi che il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente ottimo. Ci vorrebbe un armadio più grande e una mensola in bagno. Mobili piuttosto datati nella nostra camera. Camera un po’ rumorosa causa strada e aria condizionata sopra i letti, forse le camere sul retro sono più silenziose. Comunque siamo state molto bene 😊
• C (5/5): Really fail to see how this hotel gets a ‘superb’ 9 star rating. Would definitely not recommend - The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the airport & location in Skiathos town A lot! The whole place could do with a refurbishment. Both towel rails in the very small bathroom were broken as was one of the handles on the wardrobe. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily, they just emptied the bins. On two occasions sheets were just left for us to make the bed ourselves. Glasses & mugs were never washed & replaced. We locked the balcony door on leaving the room but on returning it was always open. The pool bar was never open & the pool itself wasn’t clean. Staff only spoke if we acknowledged them first

• Gavel (8/5): - I stayed with my 18 yo daughter for a couple of nights. Very central location and walking distance to port, restaurants, bus station and beaches. Best experience was on our departure day. we left the bags at tha hotel and spent the day at the beach. We we returned to pick up bags and head to airport, we were offered the wonderful opportunity to have a shower and got served with fresh towels. Extraordinary service and helpfulness and the shower after beach was most appreciated. Will hapily return.

• Roberto (9/5): Fuga di fine estate a Skiathos - Hotel molto accogliente anche se modesto, camera spaziosissima e molto silenziosa, gestione familiare perfetta. Ottima la posizione! Servirebbe una rimodernata al bagno, vetusto e senza superfici d'appoggio (basterebbe uno specchio contenitore..). Per il resto non ho nulla da obiettare.
• Pauline (9/5): - We had a sea view room, which was fabulous, it made our holiday that much more memorable. The room was basic but spacious, double glazed balcony door & added shutters to keep out the light in the mornings. Kettle, cups & glasses are provided which wasn't in the description, so much appreciated. Also TV & wifi. Bathroom, small but super clean. Bed a little hard for us, but that's a personal thing. Towels changed regularly, cleaning every day, & sheets once a week. Lovely, helpful family running the hotel, the children & Grandparents also helped out at breakfast. Breakfast typical Greek, but surprisingly fresh with homemade pastries...yum! Location couldn't be better, close to the all important bus stop which connects you to the lovely beaches, & the Airport, which is minutes away. There are ample bars & restaurants, in walking distance & lovely seafront walks where you can watch the planes coming in really close. There's a port close by & a choice of boat trips to be had. We really enjoyed Skiathos & would probably choose to stay here again if we were lucky enough to visit. The only thing I struggled with was the stairs, not really a lot of them but I had a joint problem at the time. So it may be difficult for anyone who suffers similar. The island is extremely hilly & a lot of other accomodations have lots of steps, so we were quite lucky not to have too many to climb.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, parla anche molto bene l’italiano il che ha reso tutto ancora più semplice. La posizione è davvero centralissima, comodissima per visitare tutto a piedi: di fronte c'è la possibilità di noleggiare scooter o quod. É a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata degli autobus per tornare all'aeroporto (con solo €3) oppure per andare alle spiagge. La pulizia giornaliera impeccabile di bagno, lenzuola e asciugamani. Colazione giusta, con tante opzioni per tutti i gusti tutte le mattine. Piscina disponibile per tutti i clienti, tutti i giorni a tutte le ore, con lettini per prendere il sole o riposarsi. Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva, consiglio vivamente! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Unico piccolo suggerimento: migliorerei i letti e i materassi, così l’esperienza sarebbe davvero perfetta al 100%. • Daniele (8/5): Hotel in centro. Attenti alle camere "vista mare" - Hotel in centro, tra la passeggiata del porto nuovo e i locali del centro storico. Sulla strada principale ma la maggior parte delle stenze affacciano su una vietta pedonale risultando abbastanza silenziose. Stanza climatizzata, dotata di un buon frigo e balconcino con tavolo due sedie e stendino. Bagno sufficientemente grande. Buona colazione che è possibile fare sia all'interno che bordo piscina. Sebbene consigli il noleggio di uno scooter, l'hotel si trova giusto di fianco al terminal dei bus che sono molto efficienti sull'isola. Ho preso una camera con vista mare che però aveva una vista a malapena parziale perché totalmente coperta da alberi. Bisognerebbe specificarlo meglio nella descrizione

La colazione per quanto buona (ottimo lo yogurt) potrebbe essere migliorata molto, aggiungere pancake, granola, e qualche biscotto renderebbe la colazione un punto forte per la struttura.

• Julie (9/5): Lovely clean hotel in a brilliant location! - Brilliant location near bus stop 0. We wanted to stay in town this year and loved this location. Although on a busy road, there was no noise once the doors were shut. The room was large and we had a sea view, you could sit on the balcony and watch the planes and ferry coming in. Large bed that was very comfortable, slept well every night. We were really pleased with the room, bathroom was a little dated but very clean, room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Lovely size pool that never got crowded. Breakfast was nice with lots of cold choices, pastries were really lovely. The family running the hotel are friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

• Cathrin (9/5): Perfekte Lage, schöner Pool! - Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage, super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Hafen und Busbahnhof, ein größerer Supermarkt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war schön, ebenso der Pool , die Betreiber sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Grandparents to children all helped out. Really impressive. Fab view from our balcony. (Room 308) Homemade items for breakfast Not a problem but be aware there’s no lift. Again, not an issue with the property, but you have to get buses to the beaches. You either stay in town and commute to beaches or vice versa.

• Deyan Eads (10/5): Сърдечно и топло гръцко посрещане и отношение. - Реверанс от страна на хотела за ранното ни настаняване, тъй като пристигнахме твърде рано, имайки се в предвид ранния ни полет. Настаниха ни веднага в 7 часа сутринта, когато отидохме в хотела, вместо в 14 ч. Благодарности за което. И не само това - поканиха ни и дадоха ни нъзможност да се възползваме от сутришната закуска, която не ни се полага за деня. Малко хотели, да не кажа никои не го правят. Сърдечно и топло гръцко гостоприемство. Евала им, шапка им свалям. Ако може изобщо да се каже, за НЕхаресване, но ако трябва нещо ей така си да напиша, е че стаята ни беше на приземен етаж, но това за нас не беше от значение. Пиша го само и само да попълня колонката.

• Martina (9/5): - Nagyon kedves fogadásban volt részünk, a gépünk a reggeli órákban érkezett de megengedték, hogy a nagy csomagjainkat lerakjuk, amég nem tudjuk átvenni a szobánkat, illetve reggelizni is lemehettünk már akkor. Minden alkalommal mosolyogva vártak a recepción. Reggelire mindenki megtalálja a kedvére valót, nem sürgetnek. A medence és környéke tiszta volt.

• Михаела (10/5): Прекрасен хотел - Чист, спретнат хотел, позициониран на изключително комуникативно място в гр. Скиатос. Персоналът много вежлив и дружелюбен, постоянно има човек на рецепция и винаги готови да се отзоват. Чисти се всеки ден стаята, през ден сменят кърпи, на три дни и спалното бельо. Изключително сме доволни от престоят си в хотел Ифигения - Скиатос. Със сигурност ще посетим отново ако отидем на Скиатос пак. Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса. Може би трябва да се обърне малко внимание на закуската, защото всеки ден е една и съща, въпреки това е достатъчно, за да не стои човек гладен.

• Sally (9/5): Our second stay here at this lovely little hotel - Location is excellent. It's a family run hotel with a pool and lovely breakfast. The owners are gentle and kind My only little tiny niggle was some noise in the mornings from about 7 o'clock, clattering & doors slamming.

È stat - Centralissimo , vicinissimo al capolinea dei bus,dotato di ogni confort perfino piscina, personale cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione ; veramente hotel eccezionale 👏👏👏👏👏 Nulla

• Diego (10/5): Ci tornerei subito! - Hotel a gestione familiare accogliente e posizionato ottimamente, che offre una saporita e variegata colazione (la proprietaria mi ha gentilmente offerto di sedermi già all'arrivo, essendo ancora mattino presto). Ha camere spaziose, pulite con cura ogni giorno e dotate di minifrigo, bollitore e bicchieri (la mia con terrazzo e una deliziosa vista mare). C'è anche una piscina con sdraio e ombrelloni per rilassarsi quando si ha voglia di restare in struttura. Mi è piaciuto tutto.
• Luca (10/5): Családias személyzet, tiszta szoba és finom, bőséges reggeli! A lokáció szuper, minden gyalogtávra megtalálható! - A személyzet és a tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek voltak! A reggeli bőséges volt és mindig frissen pakolták ki az ételeket, ha elfogyott valami, azonnal pótolták! Ilyen nem volt!

• Kateřina (9/5): Good value for the money - We truly appreciated very early check in. Helpfull and kind people/family owners. Great location of the hotel. Close to airport, next to the city centre and all the bus transportation.
