Les hôtes sont très agréables, fournissent de précieuses indications et Andréa dépanne à toutes heures les étourdis qui oublient leur clefs. Un grand merci à eux. Rien. Tout était parfait séjour

Dann wurde endlich abgedreht und 10 Minuten drauf kommen im Zimmer neben uns Gäste an, die sich rücksichtslos verhalten....... Möbel werden rumgeschoben und von der Unterhaltung versteht man jedes Wort ! Also sehr ringhörig .....

Wygodny, wyposażony apartament z tarasem i ogródkiem kilka kroków od jednej z ładniejszych plaż na Sardynii i miejsca, w którym można obserwować flamingi. Wygodne łóżka, aneks kuchenny i stół zarówno w pokoju jak i na tarasie. Czysta, pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. I fantastyczna obsługa - dostaliśmy mapkę okolicy i wszystkie polecane do odwiedzenia miejsca. Na miejscu dostępne małe słodkie śniadania w cenie apartamentu. Duży, wygodny i bezpieczny parking za ogrodzeniem.

- NATHALIE (9/5): Bel emplacement et hôte merveilleuse. - L’accueil très chaleureux de Barbara qui est aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour agréable. La résidence est dans un magnifique jardin, au calme et à 100m d’une plage. Literie très confortable. L’appartement donnait sur une belle terrasse et le jardin où j’entendais la mer. Voiture, scooter ou vélo obligatoire pour se rendre au village et visiter la côte est. Andrea a eu la gentillesse de venir me chercher au village pour m’éviter les frais d’un taxi ou la marche de 40mn avec ma valise.

- Denise (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe - Wir hatten eine Trekkingreise gebucht und sind unabhängig davon im Anschluss 2 Tage in Porto Guince Residence untergekommen. Nirgends sind wir so nett und zuvorkommend begrüßt und herzlich verabschiedet worden. Andrea und Barbara sind überaus hilfsbereit und tun alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Unser Appartement war zweckmäßig und hübsch eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Zudem die bombastische Lage am Strand!!!! PREIS-LEISTUNGSVERHÄLTNIS TOP!!! Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiden konnten.

La camera ha tutto ciò che serve: comodo letto, armadio, tavolo interno ed esterno, utensili da cucina, bagno finestrato con tutti i comfort. Bellissima veranda dotata di sdraie tavolo e sedie. Struttura a pochissimi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Porto Giunco. Il vero plus? Barbara e Andrea! Super ospitali, sorridenti, pronti a fornire con immensa cordialità ogni informazioni della quale l’ospite a bisogno. Ti fanno sentire a casa!

Le stanze, arredate con gusto e con mobili della tradizione sarda, si affacciano su un piccolo giardino protetto dal vento e dal mare da un’alta siepe, che quando fiorita deve essere stupenda; il mare, dal nostro appartamento al piano terra, non si vedeva, ma si sentiva. L’angolo cottura, anche se molto essenziale, è dotato di tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare. La spiaggia di porto giunco è a 3minuti a piedi. Il centro di Villasimius, dove ci sono diversi ristoranti e supermercati, si raggiunge in 10minuti di auto. Grazie ad Andrea che ci ha accolto con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Torneremo 😊 Assolutamente niente di negativo da segnalare

- Inna (10/5): - Bellissima posizione, a 2 paso dalla spiaggia Porto Giunco e 20 minuti a piedi da Campulongu, allora se c’è vento su uno si può andare a piedi o in macchina ad altra, di più ci sono altre spiagge bellissime e raggiungibili con auto. Centro di Villasimius, negozi e supermercati sono a 6 minuti con auto. La residenza è bel curata, l’appartamento a pianterreno dove soggiornavo era dotato di tutto necessario, pulito. Piccolo angolo cottura è sufficiente per chi vuole cucinare. Piccola terrazza con sdrai e tavolo per mangiare fuori. Andrea era sempre disponibile e di grande aiuto. Mi so provata bene e tornerei volentieri.

Pokoje czyste, przestronne i dobrze wyposażone, a taras był idealnym miejscem na poranną kawę. Obsługa niezwykle życzliwa i pomocna – Andrea chętnie doradził , gdzie najlepiej zjeść czy co zwiedzić w okolicy. Na terenie ośrodka panowała spokojna, relaksująca atmosfera, idealna na prawdziwy wypoczynek. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka komfortu, ciszy i pięknych widoków!

Душь течет , полотенца уставшие , замок входной двери заедал , хотелось бы смены полотенец хотябы раз в два дня а не в четыре ) за такую цену могли бы и поменять .

The property is set in a beautiful garden, and it’s just a minute’s walk to a stunning sandy beach. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and cheerful. The room had everything I needed. - Mike (5/5): A beautiful location for a few days on the beach - Corredo, the site manager was incredibly helping to us before and throughout our stay. He is excellent. We were allocated a disabled person's room which made the bathroom uncomfortable to use and difficult to avoid water flowing out of the shower into the rest of the bathroom. While the unit contained a reasonably well equipped kitchen, the was no simple way of washing dishes, i.e. no dishwashing detergent, drying rack or dish drying clothes.

Colazione come sentirsi a casa. Pulizia ottima. Miniappartamento super funzionale, non manca niente. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. - Larisa (9/5): Superb - Very good location close to the beach. Our room had a small garden terrace, liked to have an outdoor breakfast though had to make it ourselves. But there was a coffee machine in the room, were enough of coffee capsules for breakfast If you need to get to a nearby village, you need to have your own car. Villasimius is a very nice town, everything is there from nice shopping till good restaurants It should be more clear that this is a holiday residence which means that the cleaninig of the room is not daily as well as changing of the towels.
