- Verified traveler (2/5): Find Another Place If You Actually Want A Room - No one was there to open the door for us after ringing the bell and trying to get a hold of someone for about an hour. We had to book another hotel for the night. All contact information did not work including phone and What'sApp listed on website. We never received any emails back after 2 attempts to schedule check-in and airport pickups.
- Derek (10/5): - Very surprising hotel. We were picked up by Ruben one of the managers and he was a very nice person. Once we arrived we were surprised on how nice the inside was of the hotel. Hot water for showers, big screen tv, your own lounge and kitchen to use. The room itself was very nice with balcony views. I would stay again for sure! It is situated a block or so from the teleferico blue line and we arrived at the right time for the Thursday/Sunday markets. Tons of ppl selling good up and down the street. Awesome experience
- Diego (2/5): Dsastre total...ni se le ocurra!! - Total desastre..llegue al hotel y estaba cerrado (no habia recepción) timbre, luego llame al telefono que aparecia en la puerta...nadie dió razón alguna. Tuve que buscar otro hotel
