- Graciela (2/5): - The hotel is in a central location, walking distance to restaurants. However, the area in general including the building in the plaza across the street looks like has been abandoned and gives a feeling of an unsafe area. The evening staff rude, I only had one towel in the room and asked for one more he denied any extras for the room, super uncomfortable bed and charged me 100 extra to let my husband stay in the same room with no explanation. The hotel supposedly offers breakfast and the only thing I was able to find was bread and made myself a coffee in a self serve machine.

- Sanna (8/5): Enjoyable staying - A clean hotel with a good location in the center. We especially enjoyed the large swimming pool, which was peaceful. A basic breakfast that didn't change much during the week. Thank you to the hotel for the lunch you provided.

Outdoor terrasse in the evening too busy with local/passing drinkers and especially smokers. Rooms very nice but outside needs a good refresh. Will go again on occasion.

- Brent (8/5): - Classic Moroccan interior design! The main floor was straight out of the movies. The only drawback was that people were Smoking Everywhere from the dining room to the bar and from the outdoor patio to the pool. For a non-smoker, it was not good. The room was nice. The 2nd floor looks like it was recently remodeled with clean hallways. The elevators are tiny and could pack in 4 people like sardines. The room was very clean and simple with wood flooring. If there wasn't smoking, I'd have enjoyed it more and partaken in more of the amenities.

- leeMonds (8/5): Great pool, satisfactory rooms - The pool is just amazing;it is clean and ample for making laps or just frolicking. Location in great as it is in the city center but not on the main street. Breakfast was limited but ample, and do consider that I stayed during Ramadan. Staff are generally helpful, although the male reception personnel on night duty was a little grumpy but was not a big deal. The sound of closing doors can be heard from my room (twin room) but I was able to manage. My room was clean, the size was ok, the toilet and shower was spacious, and room amenities were basic. Overall, a very good hotel.

- tajmahal2017 (10/5): Hotel of Excellence. I loved it - The hotel is well located. It is in the center of town. It is close to everything. The hotel is very safe and secure. The room is clean, heated and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and it is well equipped with everything you need. The staff is very courteous, polite and very serviceable. The staff is also very trustworthy. There are there to make your visit worthwhile. When you ask for something, they run to get it done. The breakfast is very good, has a combination of stuff so you will have more choices. I was impressed with the staff at the Mamora and their smile and hospitality. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely go back to stay there.The restaurant downstairs offers very good and delicious dishes (Moroccan & International). I assure you it is the best food i've had in the region. Something I really liked about this hotel, Managers/Supervisors are always on site to ensure service quality for clients and to ascertain that things are running smoothly.
- zeync (10/5): Mr - Alhamdulilaah,had a great stay here at the Mamora hotel.The staff at the reception were very very friendly and helpful.The location of the hotel is excellent.The room was very clean and the price was definitely within the price budget.Accessible to pattiseries closeby.
- irishbogman (10/5): Perfect for me - Felt very comfortable right from the start, stayed here for two nights, €100 including breakfast, clean rooms, terribly nice staff including Omar who returned after work which finished at midnight to bring his laptop and help sort OSM maps on my gps, relaxed by the pool drinking beer and coffee talking to friendly locals, this hotel has a bar and is central to Rabat, Air conditioning was on in my bedroom the first night but not on the second one, security and the resident cat kept an eye on my motorbike which was parked right outside the entrance.

- GlennBob86 (4/5): Bring a mosquito net and a smoke filter - The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but there isn't any air conditioning and no screens on the windows. You need to keep the the windows open to cool the room down, but the mosquitos come and destroy you. Also, all the smoke from the outside and other hotel rooms waft through. The courtyard is very pleasant and the serving staff bring tons of food. Breakfast is pretty basic. But if y find yourself in Kenitra, this is best place to stay.

- massahoudoujosepha (8/5): friendly - it was a special experience because the atmosphere was friendly and professional. special thanks to the cookers especially Mohamed, lovely person. the place make this hotel very practical. the rooms are clean and i like personally the sliding door of toilet. there's little noise by the side near the town hall but not so disturbing.
- solotravellerCanada (6/5): Time travel back to the 1940's - but generally quite good - An Art Deco property from the 1940s, with pride of place on the town square opposite the Hôtel de Ville (city hall). At one time, this would have been THE place for the fashionable to be seen in this town. Today, it's a bit behind the times, but fully satisfactory. The lobby, cocktail bar, and Lido area are almost historical - one might expect to see Bogart & Bacall walking in for cocktails in the evening. Good value for for the price paid (not expensive). Clean and tidy. Wi-Fi is a bit unreliable in the rooms, but fast in the public areas.

- Mihai_Calgary (6/5): Good hotel for 1 -2 nights - I stayed one night at this hotel, it was cheap. The room and the bathroom was clean, but it is for the people who are not pretentious. It is not luxurious. The beds were big. The wifi was working. The staff was very helpful. They gave us a decent breakfast. It is a good value for the money. It was not noisy at all. I will stay again there if I will come back in Kenitra.
- suhailsufi123 (10/5): The Best place to stay in Kenitra ! Forget the rest... - If you happen to be in Kenitra for business, leisure or anything at all, then this is the place to stay. It's in a very ideal location, very close to many restaurants, metropole is one of my favourites, and their is a nice little eatery called champs Elyssie, they do nice shawarmas. Now the hotel itself, has plenty of rooms, choose a room which is higher up. I stayed here twice, in January 2012 and December 2013. The reception staff are excellent, the rooms are clean, simple and spacious, the internet works all over the hotel. The price is very decent for morocco. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay in Kenitra, probably the only decent place to stay at in Kenitra.
- dareddiafa (6/5): A perfect swimming pool that becomes hell on earth. - Didn’t stay at the Hotel but visited the swimming pool. Perfect for your morning swim before going to work; this is long, rectangular and clean. But for a lazy day, just forget it. It is frequented by affluent local youth with portable music, doubling with onsite music urban style. The nearby local French college also uses it for their swimming classes. No need to consume your included sandwich, this isn’t worth it.
