Guest Reviews
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - The room was comfortably good cooking facilities, friendly staff nice and clean good day service Location bit out of the way
- Mberede (7/5): Good - Serenity Nothing
- Mberede (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mberede (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mberede (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location The staff
- Melvyn (6/5): Not up to its previous immaculate standard - Clean warm room
Crisp bed linen
Clean functioning bathroom
No problem parking in the cul-de-sac
Quiet safe location Protracted checking-in process involving several phone calls and sending emails with identity documents attached
Filthy stairway to second floor (Flat 7 No. 211)
Faulty electrical panel on the landing open and bleeping all night long - No fire discernible
Room not en-suite - Shared bathroom with one other room but this was vacant (as before)
Former kitchen and sitting room now another bedroom (Room 4) and therefore no cooking facilities and no spontaneous international social encounters
Much evidence of poor maintenance everywhere (damaged locks and door handles etc.) - I am baffled that this company does not invest in routine maintenance and decor - I was here when the place opened in April 2018 and we were served a glass of wine at a reception in the kitchen of No. 215. The place remained very smart through the Pandemic but for the first time in many visits I was deeply disappointed tonight.
- Jan (2/5): Simple accommodation, must arrive by car. - Clean but smells of bleach. You’ve got to walk through mud, bushes of brambles if you aren’t travelling by car. There is a gentle smell of bleach everywhere. Keys given to open the front door, the apartment and bedroom are on the same bunch and keep getting mixed up - would help to code them.
- Ellie (1/5): Really bad - Nothing Rude staff bad set up for check in arrangements
- Tijany (9/5): Superb -
- Thomas (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing After payment they need to deduct £1 and then £25 more and they didn't state that only when you're checking in is when you know about extra charges
- Mberede (10/5): Exceptional - Calmness Nothing
- Nathan (6/5): It was a bit dirty and run down but the beds were clean and comfortable and the location was excellent so for the money - It was close to the airport and the beds were actually quite comfortable. The building was dirty and run down looking. We had to move the bed to turn the radiator off and it was dirty under the bed and the bed looked like it could fall apart at any moment. The bathroom was shared and there were big hairs in the bath so we didn’t use the shower.
- Charlie (1/5): Avoid at all costs! - Nothing AVOID AVOID AVOID!
The room was dirty - cleaner came out at 9pm…
The bed was broken and I was told it was useable (see pictures) had to fight with the owners to get anything sorted, booking.com were amazing and helped me get a refund.
Was told I’d be offered another room but I spent 48hrs at another hotel with no communication from owners, again booking.com got involved.
Window was broken - not locking so your basically on LHR run way…
- Judit (9/5): confortable - excellent baño propio
- Hopi10 (5/5): Passable - -No reply from owner - unable to access property. Owner failed to answer or reply to multiple calls for assistance
- Joan (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good. The bed was one the most uncomfortable beds that I slept in my life.
- Layton1775 (7/5): It's a nice place but it could do with a TV and a kettle with tea and coffee. But it was an ok stay. - It was clean and close to the airport. Didn't have a TV in it.
- Alexandru (8/5): Enjoyed and I’ll come back in the future - Clean , decent Radiator was turned off , room was cold , had to wait to heat up
- Shino (8/5): Very good -
- Keagan (8/5): Very good -
- Shohab (8/5): Very good - Ok
- Liaqat (5/5): Good - Corridor, stairs were quite dirty
- Marco (8/5): Very good -
- Carly (5/5): Cheap cheerful basic and clean but noisy - Property was clean and easy to access good communication by WhatsApp from staff Wasn’t happy that after being disturbed at 11pm by a male trying to get into our room as they’d got the wrong room we were then woken by the cleaner well before the checkout time on the Sunday morning hoovering outside the door and banging and crashing about so ended up awake earlier than intended then they knocked on the door at 10:45 to remind us of checking out time - I thought cleaners came in after 11am checkout time so be aware that they don’t
- Hari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexandru (8/5): Comfortable - Second time booked , no smells , clean and easy access Unfortunately the room with balcony was already booked and if you are a smoke you have to go outside the building to smoke , other than that everything’s decent and good
- Derek (2/5): - My family and myself were all totally disappointed and basically disgusted with the room and the property. We arrived at approx 9pm after a very long 14 hour flight. As there were no buses running, we had to spend approx Australian $85 on a taxi cab from the airport. We had to stand outside in the pouring freezing rain outside the property as the code we were given to get the keys to get in the building did not work and the lock box was jammed. We struggled for half an hour and finally got the key box open. When we finally got into the building it was very dirty and disgusting from the foyer right on up to the top floor. Leaves, dirt, dust, filth. The room was not even remotely as advertised. The room was very small, cramped, and very stuffy. Total false advertising.
The beds where awful, very cheap metal frames that were literally falling apart. When you put your hand on the bed head, it literally almost fell off in your hands and we thought the bed was going to collapse on us.
The bed heads had been smashed into the walls on so many other occasions from previous clients that the bed posts had created holes in the walls. The mattress's where awful, lumpy, hard. There was no ventilation in the room. There was a tiny unstable table that was at a slant and most things put on it just rolled off and onto the floor.
There was no tea bags, coffee, kettle or cups, no miniature bar fridge. Totally disgusting, we want a refund.
- Andres (10/5): Perfect place to rest before or after a flight - Very comfortable, complete and close to the airport Everything ok
- Amy (6/5): Pleasant - The room itself and bathroom very clean. Beds reasonably comfortable. Parking terrible,
The noise is unreal, tennants partying into the early hours, really loud to the point I was banging on their door and they couldn't hear me.
No kettle, cups/glasses. I've never seen this before, I had to go out and buy cups/kettle etc just so we could have a warm drink.
- Lester (2/5): - Difficult check in process. Tried to ring no one anwered. Most basic of rooms, no tv no kettle just a bed and shower. Was clean though..
- Timothy (5/5): Accommodation for basic needs only. - The price. There was only electronic communication, no person to talk to from the owners. The room was very sparse with a bed, a plastic folding chair, and a plastic table. The bed was a bit rickety and not very comfortable. I tried to book a parking space but did not receive a reply to the request. I ended up parking on the road, fortunately just a short walk away.
- Mark (1/5): Convenient location for the airport that’s all. - The moment I checked out Extremely basic
- Trent (2/5): Would never stay again. - Staff are rude and unaccomodating. Property is run down and dirty. Didn’t feel safe in the neighbourhood. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.
- Danny (5/5): Passable -
- Markus (2/5): Very poor -
- Charity (5/5): The person was rude everyone have not checked in like this before. If the young man wouldn’t have helped me I would hav - The bed was comfortable There was no tv
- Godfrey (1/5): Bad -
- Sivakolunthu (7/5): Only a short stay but no facilities to make tea or coffee. Also there isn’t any shop or restaurant close by. - Clean and comfortable No facilities to make any tea or coffee. And no table or dinning facilities
- Toni (7/5): Convenient for a quick stop over before a flight. - Convenient, very close to Heathrow. It was a bit of a faff confirming the booking. Quite a lot of emails asking for signatures, ID and deposits. Also there's limited parking so that was on my mind as we traveled down but thankfully there was a spare space.
- Abby (8/5): Value for money and fit my work convince ❤️ - The location and the simplicity of the whole thing. The price too 👍🏻 Nothing. What you pay what you get
- Dammika (9/5): Superb -
- Annabel (1/5): Horrible - It doesn’t look anything like the pictures at all, bathroom was horrible, dirty, hairs all over the place and there was no bath Matt so floor was wet.
Rooms were so dusty and generally dirty.
I couldn’t wait to leave.
- Happygolucky42 (1/5): Bad -
- Swatridge (1/5): Wouldn't use them again - All of it
- Swatridge (1/5): Shit - Nothing Everything
- Ryan (1/5): Wouldn't stay again - The place was clean Absolutely impossible to find. Address on the booking page is not where the accommodation is
- Nadia (10/5): Comfortable stay for cheap. - Comfortable stay. The staff was very responsive om Whatsapp. The room and bathroom was very clean. The rate was cheap as well. The location is 10-15 mins away from T2 Heathrow The apartment was 3 floors up and there was no elevator.
- Clay (8/5): Good place for an overnight layover. - The location was very close to Heathrow. Luckily it had a fan as there was no A/C Nothing
- Ryan (6/5): - Tenants at the bottom floor had their music blaring, room master bed was wobbly, fan was a bit expose without any guard.
- Lygia (3/5): Poor - Nothing There was a couple that had arrived a few minutes before me at around 12:20 a.m., and they told me their booking had been canceled. It really worried me about my booking. Imagine getting off a flight and finding out last minute your accommodation has been canceled for no specific reason, what do you do! And no refund either.
- Lucy (3/5): A lot of fuss for a simple room - Easy access to Heathrow and easy self access to property. After booking I received an influx of texts, emails and booking.com messages demanding images of my ID in advance of arrival and completion of a payment link as a security deposit. Despite providing this information as requested, the property threatened to cancel my booking as I am 24 years old and they have a minimum booking age of 25. This was stated no where on booking.com otherwise I wouldn’t have booked. Thankfully after stating my case and some tiresome back and forth (arguing that I’m months away from their arbitrary minimum age and am staying for all of 10 hours ahead of a 6am flight) they agreed to honour the booking. A lot of fuss for a very simple room and none of these policies were clearly stated on this booking site. Nor were the requirements to send photographs of ID (not good practice IMO) and a third party deposit payment link. I would not recommend staying here unless you want a lot of hassle over email prior to your stay.
The room itself was unbearably hot and noisy. Myself alongside other tourists struggled to find the property as their address takes you to a car park , not the building itself.
- Anna (7/5): Great value for money. - Delightfully clean -felt a bit like a hostel.
Very quiet - couldn't believe we were near an airport. Didn't hear other guests at all.
Spacious in the room for three of us (me and two kids)
I was a bit nervous about some of the other reviews and whether it would feel safe to be in but it was great for what we needed - we arrived at 9.30pm. There was nothing nearby so it would have been a problem if we were there with time to do anything but go to sleep. It was fine - exactly what was described in the details. Expensive to get to in an uber from terminal 2. Next time I would go to terminal 4 and take an uber from there.
- Rory (5/5): Easy check in - Useful location. Cheap. Easy check in Less noise.
- Olushola (1/5): I sleep outside in the cold with my family and my load because I was given a fake address on the booking App and no matt - They give false addresses on the booking apps You can not locate the property so you could pay and never get checked in. Your call would not be picked after payment unless you persistently call
- Pradeep (4/5): Disappointing -
- Zoltan (3/5): It’s ok for one night - Close to the AirPort Only one small window in the room.
It was very worm.one broken fan was left there but it was dangerous to use
The room was not too clean.
( it would be nice if at least a kettle available in the room)
- Hannah (8/5): Great value - Really nice room, had everything in the kitchen I needed. Clean and spacious. Very close to airport and good price Up 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage, not their fault there's no lift but it wasn't the easiest. Wouldn't be good for people with access issues.
A little noisy between the other rooms but it was ok. Shared bathroom but didn't have any issues
- Didier (5/5): Passable -
- Giovanni (1/5): Bedbugs bites! - Nothing! Everything! From location to bedbugs... I said it all!
- Doyin (1/5): I was an international traveler. I booked, paid for the room upfront, but they emailed me while I was traveling and had - Close to the airport It’s a scam
- Weerasinghe (1/5): Bad -
- Tomoko (6/5): Ok - Close to Heathrow airport No elevator
- Terri (3/5): Very disappointed. No signage, very hard to locate. - The bed was comfortable and ensuite modern and clean There is no signage and street numbers were barely visible. It took me along time to find my apartment. Also the cost of a taxi from the airport is very expensive even though this accommodation is advertised as airport accommodation and is nearby.
- Wojcuech (7/5): Good - Clean and tidy Share toilet
- Aedan (2/5): Broken bed, only 1 room not as advertised on pictures - Quick and easy to get to from the airport Not as advertised online
- Verified traveler (4/5): Basic value room - Beyond basic appartment
Doubke bed qirh awful mattress
2 extreme value chairs and very flimsy chair...
But clean as anything.
Very difficult to find when dricing to this place.
- Kanagalingam (3/5): Poor - Nothings No water bottles, no cups or tea making facilities, absolutely nothing. Just the bed.
- Oluwatobi (4/5): Not okay. - Nothing. It was far away from amenities and defeated the purpose of staying close to the airport. For the price I paid I'm better off staying at the Heathrow holiday Inn. There was no drinking water on the premises,I think the least they could have done was provide one bottle of water. It is not too much.
They charged a "refundable" security deposit which was not included in the booking description. It would have been helpful to know this before booking as the total cost was not so different from the holiday Inn at Heathrow. The purpose of booking this place was to save costs. A hotel would at least have a concierge to assist with carrying luggage.
- Luhanga (7/5): Good -
- Anne-marie (6/5): Good value, clean and confortable. - While only 1.5 miles from the airport, it still cost me £35 for a taxi. Uber was more and the shuttle the Airbnb offered was £38. So it was “close” I guess.
The bed was comfortable and I liked the shampoo though I didn’t use it because there was no hair dryer. The stairs were a lot and difficult to navigate with my heavy suitcase. Like three flights up! No hair dryer but other than that it was adequate.
- Lovejoy (2/5): Bad business people, poorly managed, scam artist, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CODE BEFORE LEAVING AIRPORT/WIFI CONNECTION!! This place is unattended. I couldn’t get WiFi once at the location, and could not get in room. I had to walk back to airport and stay all night, plus they ripped me off for the nightly charge anyway. Terrible place and experience. I COULDN’T GET IN!! It was horrible that they asked for more and more info rather than just providing the necessary key code.
- Tracey (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nick (8/5): Very good -
- Okeowo (9/5): Superb -
- Ian (8/5): Comfortable and basic - Comfortable and basic Convenient for Heathrow
- Mooney (10/5): Very pleasant apartment, but a long way from - How clean it was and that you could make a cuppa. There was no blind on the large Velux window directly above the bed. It was bright daylight in the room at four am.
- Cobas (8/5): Very good -
- Rory (3/5): Poor -
- Ahmad (7/5): Good -
- Ahmad (7/5): Good -
- Darren (8/5): Very good -
- Lucie (6/5): Pleasant - Not soundproof. Other guests were very loud the whole night
- Abderraouf (8/5): CLEAN SAFE AND CALM TO SLEEP - CLEAN VERY CLEAN
- Dingzhuo (1/5): terrible - 差
- Jim (5/5): Passable -
- Stijn (1/5): It's a scam. Avoid at all costs! - Very sketchy neighbourhood. I found the key to enter the building. When I walked in I already heard the fire alarm go off. I followed the instructions to the top floor. There was no "Room 4"! Very difficult to talk to customer service. No help whatsoever. All they did was send me back the same standard text I had already received via email. No personal contact. I called a taxi that took me to the nearest Hilton. By then it was already midnight. I have not received a refund. Avoid at all costs! It's a scam!
- Ethan (8/5): - Pay attention to the check in/deposit process.
After check in an email should be sent and a request for a deposit. After the deposit, instructions on your room and how to get in will be sent. Other than that the come and leave as you go is nice and convenient.
- Rob (5/5): Passable -
- Neacsu (9/5): Superb -
- Craig (9/5): Brilliant for the price. - Everything was spotless and well presented Tricky to figure out where to go at first
- Bev (4/5): No heating, no shared kitchen as listed. Pay extra & get a hotel instead. Very disappointing. - The location was fine, & there was hot water. The heating wasn't working, after waiting a couple of hours I rang the 'help' line. The lady said she would ask the cleaner to come & check it & she would call me back. Nobody came to check it & Nobody called me back! The room was supposed to have a shared kitchen too but when I mentioned this on the phone, apparently there wasn't one, even though it was listed. The room didn't even have a kettle so I wasn't even able to make a hot drink! So my boyfriend & I were pretty cold. When taking a shower, the jet piece of the shower head kept falling off & water was shooting everywhere. Bed was very noisy when turning over & placed under a sloping roof wall so I had to be careful not to bang my head. A very disappointing stay. & noisy too. Wish I had paid an extra £40 for a hotel. Room was small too, really annoying with no heating & no way to heat food or make a hot drink! I would suggest avoiding this place! We will never stay in accommodation run by this company again, definitely not worth the money!
- Sandra (9/5): Superb -
- Luz (7/5): Good - All was very clean and comfortable, the area is quiet and peaceful, excellent for overnight stay, and strategically close to Heathrow Airport. In the description, it said that there was a shared kitchen, but there was none in the building, at least not visible.
- Ammar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Henry (5/5): Passable -
- Gary (5/5): very basic accomodation offering the bare minimum. no parking, no TV and no tea or coffee facilities - the room was a little small, a little bare/sparse, a TV would of been nice. no parking was available, first come, first served. the room is part of a apartment that has been dived up into small rooms, my room had the only ensuite. only 1 parking space for the 3 units. not suitable for the disabled.
- Singh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lukas (7/5): Totally fine for a quick stay as an airport layover - Good location for a airport layover Old bed that makes noises
- Sofia (3/5): Great location and Clean but not good instructions and communications . Didn’t sleep well :( - Great location and clean Had to wait ages for instructions to enter room and had to make several phone calls . Was invoiced for an extra security deposit twice. Was sent the wrong booking details . Was contacted before hand with requests for contract signing and requesting security money . Bed not comfortable , didn’t sleep well alot of activity of people arriving and leaving and no TV .
- Edwin (7/5): Good -
