• Alona (9/5): Уютная двухэтажная квартира в центре Тбилиси - Уютная двухэтажная квартира со всем необходимым для проживания. Наша компания из 4 человек комфортно расположилась в двух спальнях (одна-на 1м этаже, вторая-на 2м). Также есть небольшая уютная гостинная совмещенная с кухней. Хозяин радушный и открытый человек, готовый к помощи в случае необходимости. К квартире прилегает терраса со столом, в хорошую погоду-это доп.место для отдыха и обеда/ужина. Локация-самое сердце старого Тбилиси, если вы не планируете дальние поездки, а хотите осмотреть только Тбилиси, то в буквальном смысле транспорт вам не понадобится. Основные достопримечательности-на расстоянии короткой/длинной прогулки пешком. Несмотря на центральное месторасположение, дом находистя во дворах, между другими домами, за счет этого, место очень тихое и комфортное для сна. Без сомнений порекомендовала бы его друзьям. Не минус (в зависимости какой компанией вы едете), но ремарка, в спальне на втором этаже нет двери. Однако за счет площади квартиры, и хорошо закрываемой двери в спальню на первом этаже, лично для нашей компании это не было большой проблемой.

• naama (8/5): מיקום מעולה, מרחב כללי קצת קטן - מיקום מעולה. מקרר גדול ומכונת כביסה. ומקום לבשל. היה מרפסת ומקום לתלות כביסה. קרוב לבית חבד. לא היה מזגן בסלון והמרחב הכללי היה קטן. דירה לא מאוד זולה ביחס לתמורה.
• Денис (8/5): В целом, если хотите насладится всеми прелестями старого города - то это подходящий вариант. - Действительно понравилось расположение. До любой точки можно дойти пешком. Есть все необходимое: стиральная машина, утюг, два кондиционера, WIFI. Мебель также современная. Расположение это и минус. Это старый город. Может не понравится застройка. Дома очень близко. Сама квартира имеет уже характерный износ временем. Дверь в ванной не закрывается. На кухне, из подвала, бегают муравьи.

• A (10/5): - Apt has all you need. Location is superb, very close to bus stops, cable car, restaurants, monuments, old churches _ hundred meters from super busy area but in a very quiet place. Host is fantastic _ thanks for all help!
• Vivian (10/5): Cozy Tbilisi Stay and Great location - We had a lovely stay here! The place is clean, comfy, and well-equipped—it had everything we needed. The heater worked great, which made it super cozy on the cooler days. The owner is friendly and very helpful. We really liked the Old Tbilisi charm of the house. It's in a super convenient location, close to the town, tourist spots, and places to eat or grab groceries. But at the same time, it’s tucked in a quiet corner, which we really appreciated. The house is on a slope, so pulling luggage uphill might be a bit challenging. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind
