Guest Reviews
- Jason (4/5): - The bathroom was nasty, there was a bug on the wall when we got into the room, the floor by the door was sticky.
- Sheila (10/5): Horse show in Tulsa - The staff were very helpful, especially with a laundry need.
- Danny partogi lumban (8/5): - good
- Jessica (8/5): - Property was very clean and appeared safe. I arrived late at night and appreciated that the property was well lit, but the front door was locked which was not very welcoming. What upset me the most is that I had to use a credit card other than the one I had given Expedia because the clerk at the desk REPEATEDLY asked me for my pin number. That was very inappropriate and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm sure that if I had left, the hotel would have found a way to still charge my card without having my pin number. I was lucky that I even had the second card on me, because I never carry it. So, if you insist on taking payment at the hotel, you should know how to work your credit card machine.
Other than that - It's time to upgrade your mattresses. The one in room 114 is hard as a rock!
- NORMA (10/5): - Great room. One night stay to be at airport at 4:40 Am, just 11 mins away!
- Kevin (2/5): Bed Bugs at Hometown Inn - They had bed bugs in the room and when confronted, called us liars!!!
- Anthony Dean (2/5): - Not a single redeeming quality. The review rating is meaningless. Id be specific, but i don't have the time. Smell, dirt, attitude... just a starter list.
- Lewis (8/5): Htown - It's was nice
- Neil (10/5): - Nice, quiet stay and clean
- Patricia (10/5): - I love this property and the owners of this establishment š
- Matt (8/5): - I like the front doors were to be remained locked 24 hours and only can be opened with a room key or front desk. The room was great! Very comfortable bed and great A/C. Bathroom was clean and up to date.
- Markeia (10/5): - Its a very nice place to stay
- Rosemary (8/5): - The property was acceptable. I would not stay there again.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Hotel is very clean and seems safe. Qualitt furniture. Friendly staff. Area is next to freeway and other motels so fine for our purposes of a one night stay. Not in a tourist area or near restaurants etc. Well priced.
- Christopher (10/5): - Great
- Patricia (10/5): - I love this property been staying there for the last 6yrs
- Veronica (8/5): - It's quite air conditioning works quite well
- Raymond (8/5): - Convenient
- CINDY (2/5): - Property needed a lot of work
- Denisa (10/5): Best value Iāve ever seen for the price - This was the nicest place we have ever stayed for $60; we have paid twice that before and not gotten a place this nice. Cleanliness is the biggest thing for me, and there were no issues here. I also appreciate the thick curtains on the window that actually blocked out all the light from the outside streetlights so you could sleep. Bed was very comfortable which is surprising for a hotel bed. There were a few minor things that could use some repair - the trim around the edge of the microwave comment had some chips in it that made a sharp edge at the right (or wrong) angle, and the towel bar in the bathroom had some rust on one end. Both of those things are minor in my opinion. I didnāt even mention them to staff because they were so minor; I mention them here only to show that there were only *minor* issues. We will definitely stay here again.
- Paul (10/5): - Great affordable Motel!!
- Georgia (8/5): Nice stay - We were pleasantly surprised with our overnight stay. The hotel & room were clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the tv was a good size & worked. Only complaint is the traffic noise, we were right next to the interstate.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - My room was comfortable, everything worked and it was affordable.
- Jair (10/5): - Staff was courteous and attentive. Best bargain for the money! Will stay there again!
- Bee (6/5): - Hear Traffic noise from the freeway
- Katie (4/5): - So first impression is walking up to a locked door that you have to buzz into to get into the lobby to check in, if that tells you anything about the safety of the area. The first room we were given faced the neighboring motel so it was super bright in our room with the lights off, and there was no curtain (just blinds). The lamps were dim with only one overhead light by the door. No bugs when we pulled up the sheets (and there was no fitted sheet, just a flat sheet tucked in to sleep on), but there were tons of sketchy looking and large stains on the bedding/comforter. Went down to the desk and without arguing (which was nice), they gave us a new room. The new room was cleaner with no stains on the bedding and ripped curtains on the window, but the chair had stains so we didnāt use it. Didnāt use the shower, but every time we flushed the toilet, I had the lift the tank lid and drop the plug to get it to stop running. A/C and heat worked, but the unit made loud sounds sometimes. No breakfast offered, but the coffee was okay per my husband and they had some hot tea options which was nice. Donāt know how this place was rated so highly, and I mean it wasnāt awful, but I wouldnāt stay again.
- Sarah (8/5): Good budget option - For a budget hotel, nicely renovated, clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. Great option for a quick overnight stay. Friendly service.
- Mattie (6/5): - Need to fix the shower heads. They spray outside of the shower even with the curtain closed. And water gets everywhere so you slip and fall
- William (8/5): Satisfied customer - It was not bad they was friendly. Checking us in. Bed was a bit hard but that is just my opinion. Rooms were good. Only downfall was noise of interstate.
- Kevin (8/5): - Room was really clean. No roaches which is a big deal for me. I hate roaches. Security was tight! Cameras in every hall, entrance and all around the parking lot. Building was secure even during the day. No room key, no entry without being buzzed in.
- Carolyn (4/5): Would not recommend. - The first issue I had was when I received the confirmation for this hotel the address, I was given was for some residential area. Further down on the confirmation had the actual hotel information. As soon as I pulled up, I couldn't get in you have to be buzzed in or have a key card. I assume itās because the area wasn't the safest, but I don't live there so I couldn't say for sure. But that is the feeling the locked door gave me. The clerk who buzzed me in was in an enclosed glassed-in area with just a small hole they can slide your key. Made me feel like the area wasn't safe. The stairs going to the second floor are very steep for a hotel. The railing was wobbly again unsafe. The room it self seem nice enough. But the windows are old and let in all the noise from the highway outside. The loud air conditioner drowned out some of the outside noise. The curtains had stains all over them. The curtains also were not long enough to block out the light coming in from the parking lot. There was a gap at the bottom of the curtain to the bottom of the window that left more than an inch exposed. I had a long drive and needed some sleep before another long drive, so I stayed. But I was up by 1:30am because I couldn't sleep with the light and the noise and was gone by 2am. Definitely would not stay again.
- Jason (6/5): - Friendly front desk and very nice people.
- Haelee (10/5): - I appreciated how clean and quiet the place was. The bed was very comfortable.
- Dustin (4/5): - We arrived at 3pm, upon arrival we had to wait to be let in the front door because it is locked 24/7 and nobody was at front desk. The room was outdated, the chair has worn and faded with some places being so worn down there was no fabric left. I went down to front desk to ask about refund but nobody was there. I contacted hotels.com customer service and they tried to call but nobody answered as well. I then went down and finally found someone for front desk, they did give me a refund but I would definitely not stay here if at all possible.
- Jason (10/5): - Nice hotel very clean front desk very friendly and Iām staying 5 more nights. Very affordable
- Jeff (8/5): - Enjoyed my stay. Internet was slow in the afternoon when I needed it most. Also my shower did not have any place to put the soap other than on the side of the shower.
- Raven (6/5): - The parking was a bit of a challenge. Didnāt like that only one way in and out. Could use a bit more of updating. The room could have used a bit of more cleaning.
- Karen (10/5): - Very clean and comfy
- Holly (10/5): - Rooms are clean
- Erin (10/5): - I had no issues and everything was clean
- Crystal (10/5): Amazing - Very nice and clean and comfortable. Thank you again
- Christopher (8/5): Clean comfortable room. - Stay for rest during long drive. Clean and fresh decor. No breakfast, but not all places serve it. I would stay here again.
- Elena (4/5): - The beds themselves were clean, but there were cockroaches in the bathroom and what appeared to be poop smeared on the wall just above the back of the toilet and under the toilet paper roll. It was very late when we arrived and only for one night, so we stayed and just avoided the bathroom, but I definitely will not be back.
- Melissa (10/5): - Clean
- Patrica (10/5): - My stay was great
- Patrica (10/5): - Good
- Shawn (8/5): Good - Very nice and rooms or clean
- Kayla (10/5): - It was great and warming!
- Tamicka (10/5): - This was a cool property very small but very clean . Hot water was really hot
I enjoyed the stay itās very quiet
The even had good cable with options
Itās not the ritz Carlton but hey you canāt beat the price
- Verified traveler (4/5): Ok, if you don't mind cosmetic looks. - Rooms could use some simple repairs (bathroom door jam, sink, shower). Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Had old q-tips next to bed and hairs in bed sheet.
- Chandra (8/5): Clean and simple - Clean simple room for a quick stay.
- Uriah (10/5): - Definitely the best day Iāve had in a while. Cleanliness was top grade staff was amazing in bed and Ron was comfortable like sleeping on sheep definitely would recommend again.
- Edward (8/5): - Clean and convenient, located right off the freeway and near 24 hour food. Quiet with plenty of parking.
- Isra (10/5): - Very friendly and Right on time
- Raymond (10/5): - Clean recently remodeled rooms, itās next to the highway so there are always those sounds at night but it didnāt really bother me
- Kevin (8/5): - Clean place
- Jerri (10/5): - Nice clean room, smelled fresh. Plenty of good coffee ready early. Appreciated the extra security measures
- Patricia (10/5): - I love staying here, very nice
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Kinda old several things were just straight up broken and there was a long black hair in the covers of the bed
- Ilene (10/5): - There was no free Breakfast and the room Ive stayed in inside the bathtub roof there was a small hole in it. I was scared the roof top will fall down on me.
- Chiedu (10/5): - Great place. I felt safe. Room was clean
- Raquel (10/5): - Home like feel. Very kind owners
- Jacqueline (8/5): - Quiet and well maintained
- John S (10/5): - The hotel was great. Very clean. Unfortunately, difficult to get to and the surrounding area is not that safe.
- Carmen (4/5): Wouldn't be my first choice - The reviews seemed to point to a property decent, but my room was barely cleaned. There were visible crumbs on the table and food splatter in the microwave and around the mini fridge on which it sat. Hair on 2 towels and the bathroom floor. Hair/eyelashes on sheets. I used a clorox wipe to wipe the table and it was grey when I finished ONE table. I never saw any bugs and my nonrefundable prepaid room through hotels.com is the ONLY reason I stayed. My room was on 2nd floor and there is NOT an elevator. The young housekeeper threw dirty linens down to a chair in the lobby while she cleaned the upstairs rooms. I was standing down there beside it making a cup of tea and jumped because it startled me. I did not see a cart nor any other cleaning supplies with her. The older lady used a cart and had cleaning supplies. While there seems to be quite a bit of foot traffic around the hotel, I never felt unsafe day or night.
- Kirk (8/5): - For the price, this is a clean and well maintained property. With the desk included in the room, it was the perfect landing spot for my work that requires travel.
- Ashley (6/5): - Room was clean , bed was clean , shower was clean. But when we checked in the air was off in the room , it was 96 that day . The air conditioner was old and small and never got the room cold .
- Robert (8/5): Nice for the Price - Very nice for the price. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is totally redone, bed was very comfortable, and although there isn't much around it, it's very convenient to everything.
- John (2/5): Very disappointing stay. - Not a good place to stay. Bars on windows. In lobby, extension cords are stapled to the wall. Rooms a very small. The rating and price decently are not correct.
- SHERRY (10/5): - Very nice helpful people. Room was very clean.
- Peggy (10/5): - It was clean and very comfortable. Small and quiet!! Would definitely stay there again.
- Elliott (10/5): Hidden gem - A surprisingly pleasant hotel. This is a lesson in never judging a book by it's cover. This small hotel really delivers on every front except for maybe breakfast.
- Linda (10/5): - Excellent and quiet. Comfortable beds. I have stayed on 2 trips
- Vickie (4/5): Disappointed - This hotel was below expectations. The lobby had a VERY strong air freshener smell that was overpowering. The room was extremely small. The towels were threadbare and very thin. Our sheets had a rip in them. The lobby (more like a foyer) had the clerk in a bulletproof cage. No elevator to 2nd floor. Staircase railing was wobbly. The only thing going for this hotel was it seemed to be clean.
- April (10/5): Will stay again - I had no problems at all with staying here, you can tell that the stuff in the room is not new (scuff marks) but the bed was comfortable, it was safe and quiet. There is no coffee pot in the room, but there is a
Microwave and coffee and tea in the lobby. It is really good for the price!!
- Lady (2/5): - The lady working the desk gave me 3 different times to come check in and when I was finally able to check in there was a man and he was amazing. Check in with him was fast and easy. The lady was not very pleasant. At check out in which I was checking out around 9am the lady went to check my room (I keep rooms clean and dirty stuff in one pile) she claimed I smoked in my room in which I didnāt. I and my wife took turns going outside to the car in the cold to smoke. It didnāt make since you lose 100$ when we could jus go outside in the car with the heat on. So Iām waiting for my deposit and been waiting for about 30mins even though she told me heās 10mins away and could just come back. Iām traveling and the streets are bad from weather so Iād rather wait until he arrives. Check out isnāt until 11 and when I asked to wait in my room she said I couldnāt cuz I checked out and I told her I never checked out because I never got my deposit and itās not 11 yet so she threw the key at me threw the window with an attitude. I will not stay here again. Everything was good except for her attitude and way of dealing with customers
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Suited my needs for the time I stayed there
- James (10/5): - I enjoyed the coffee that was available 24 hours a day.
- Jermaine (8/5): Gets the job done. - Clean, safe, quiet, and close to nearby restaurants. Only not so great thing was the shower water not being very hot. Other than that it was a nice stay.
- Nancy (10/5): - Our stay was great, comfortable and quiet.
- Scott (8/5): Good for a night or two - It's a decent property for a day or two night stay. I would stay there again if need be. It's very much a plain Jane place but clean.
- Eddy (8/5): - Stayed 3 nights. Had a clean room with comfortable bed; wifi, TV, microwave, and fridge all worked well; plenty of hot water for showers. Quiet place. Front door locked 24/7 for added building security, though the neighborhood didn't concern us. Coffee and assorted hot tea was available all day and evening, which was nice.
Would stay here again.
- Toni (8/5): - The room was clean but TINY. The bed was really comfortable. No breakfast only coffee. No problems, but would probably find something a little better for the price.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not happy! - This was worst hotel Iāve ever stayed in, room stunk so bad. Bed so uncomfortable and there was kids running up and down hall knocking on doors until late at night. I had to be up early next morning to be somewhere and got zero sleep. It was not worth the $74.99, should have spent $30 more and got a nice room somewhere else.
- Lisa (8/5): Clean nice hotel. - Clean hotel. Rooms are a little small but not bad. Staff very friendly. Manager was extremely nice and helped me out when I booked the motel for the wrong night. Would stay again.
- Nou (10/5): - We like it a lot because it's convenience for us to get around.
- Jo (8/5): Clean but small room - The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the room itself was smalll and was tightly packed in.
- Thomas (10/5): - Definitely will stay here again. The room was clean and the staff was welcoming!
- Anika (10/5): Love this place! - We have stayed here 3 times now. Every time we plan a quick trip to Tulsa, we now search for this hotel! Staff is nice and hotel is clean and smells good!
- Pamela (8/5): No frills, but comfy and close to airport - Stayed the night before getting up early for the airport. Bed was comfy! Was shocked that I could not find electrical outlets on 1 side of the bed at all. Ended up having to plug my phone into a powerstrip on the floor with the tv. Thankfully I had a 10ft cord. Overall, not many frills, but great place to stay that was comfy & clean for a decent price only 10 mins from the airport. Staff was also friendly.
- julie (6/5): - Located by highway so LOUD traffic noise. Room itself was nice. Major cons...beds gave me a backache, noise level of traffic and woke up to ants covering a drink left out. Pulled curtain and had an ant invasion by window, we were on 2nd floor. That was a first for me ever at a hotel. They did give us a different room. Positive was they came in everyday and picked up towres and trash. Older hotel. Good hot shower and good water pressure. Overall rate it a 3 out 5. Wouldnt stay again though. No amenities. No pool, gym or breakfast. Good hotel maybe for one night but we stayed 4 witha4 year child but only needed a place to sleep.
- Brazell (10/5): - Great customer service and they serviced my room daily
- Patricia (10/5): - I love this Establishment š
- Howard (10/5): Perfect stay - Our stay was amazing we couldnāt avast for a better service and the rooms were clean the lobby was clean everything smelled great
- Jose (10/5): - The staff was very polite and friendly.
- Jovette (6/5): - The staff was very friendly and we even received a āgoodie bagā with water and snacks. The atmosphere is very homey and the room was nice and big. We were supposed to have two queen beds and ended up with two double beds but that was alright. The tv remote wouldnāt change channels, and there were no coffee cups for the coffee maker in the room. There was also not Kleenex and unfortunately I needed some. Overall it was a nice stay.
- kimberlyn (10/5): nice and tight - well the beds are sturdy no loud noises when we were.... well u know
- Tommy (10/5): - The room was very clean. The bed was soft and plush. The room had a refrigerator and microwave and hair dryer. The man at the front desk was very helpful. This hotel doesn't have all the extra amenities like a pool or breakfast, but it was a clean, affordable and pleasant place to stay. I'll stay here the next time I'm in town.
- Jessica (6/5): - Staff was nice. We didn't get in until 11pm from a competition and there was only one parking spot left but was followed inside by a lady yelling that the police were coming. We get up to the room and Right under our window was a man sitting on a car throwing bricks. Two other men came and chased him. My 8 year old was very scared. I kept hearing people yelling and opening the side door, right under our room, until around 12:30. It was really hard to sleep not feeling safe and worrying about my kids. I had to have my daughter sleep on the edge of the bed because I was scared something would come flying through our window. It was a good price but I would not stay here again. It made my 4 hour drive back home very hard with very little sleep.
- Joshua (2/5): no good - it was not a good trip I had to go through hell to get my room booked once I got it booked I tried to go there for my reservation I had trouble paying with my quad pay the quad pay would not work with the hotels.com and it said that it was approved but it did not. something was not right with it it would not connect with hotels.com to pay for it with my quad pay or zip as they call it now
