• Rhonda (2/5): Not happy - The front gate was locked. Unable to contact anyone. Guest let us in. Found a key for empty unit. Under renovation. No sheets or towels. Around eleven pm acting manager shows up. Has no record of us coming. After four days of no sheets etc we paid him for four nights and moved out. I tried numerous times to TALK to someone at Hotels.com. Not pleased atallwith my last two bookings with Hotels.com
• Ryan (10/5): Beautiful - The property is comfortable and beautiful. The place is very quiet after 9-10pm. I mean super quiet. The place was clean and the owners were very kind and accommodating. The beach is super close by and it’s quieter than the other side of Bucerias. I would definitely go there again.

• Marie (6/5): Coral Suites Bucerias - Nice people but none can speak English so you must have translate on your phone or iPad. The WiFi is very weak. Hot water is hit and miss in the shower and it’s a drizzle. Lots of little sugar ants so you must keep all food in zip lock bags. very Nice long term customers there that make the stay there enjoyable.

• Ana (8/5): Comentario - En general muy bien, apartamento muy bien equipado. Lo único q pueden mejorar es una de las habitaciones el aire acondicionado no funciona muy bien y el último día se daño la televisión. Lo demás súper las camas, servicio súper.

• carmen (6/5): poca comunicación - En la recepción no siempre está la persona. El primer día llovió y no tuvimos pasar a la playa por la calle que baja hacia ella porque estaba inundado el acceso.

• Sonia (2/5): Muy mal las habitaciones - Muy mal la verdad no tiene aire acondicionado en el área común que es la cocina la sala y el comedor y si sentía muy feo ya que los aires de las recamaras una de ellas era mini split de una tonelada y el otro aire de ventana viejisimo q hacia mucho ruido para dormir en la noche y no alcanzaba a helar toda la suite al momento de reclamar me dijeron q hablara con el dueño el cual ya no contesto dsp de q llegamos.. También duramos tres días de los cuales la alberca no se veía de lo sucia dsp del 3er escalón la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada
• jose luis (8/5): Poco recomendable - muy cerca de todo solo falta poco mantenimiento el acceso a la playa esta fatal los insectos dentro de las habitaciones supero la tolerancia pues falta fumigar falta material de baño creo que podria estar mejor

• Paco (8/5): Depa a una cuadra de la playa - Es como llegar a tu casa, si es que vives en casa pequeña, ya que cuenta con dos recámaras, dos baños completos, sala, comedor, cocina, y buenas áreas comunes: terrazas, alberca y estacionamiento, muy cerca de lugares para comer y del mercado de Bucerías, además es punto intermedio entre excelentes playas, muchas de ellas muy bonitas y poco concurridas. Lo único no tan bueno es que tú te haces cargo del aseo, y en general hay cositas que necesitan mantenimiento. Si buscas una opción para sentirte a gusto con tu familia, y si no eres muy exigente, es una de las mejores opciones, además de que la encargada es una persona muy amable.
• ale (8/5): Condominio amplio muy cerca de playa - El condominio queda a muy pocos pasos de la playa. Es amplio y agradable con lo necesario en cuanto a utensilios de cocina. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas y los sanitarios estan en buenas condiciones. La limpieza es limitada y te prestan sombrilla y silla para Playa
