• Brianna (3/5): Won't stay again. Ok for cheap stay - The free breakfast The rooms were nasty and there was food leftover in the fridge, phone didn't work. Was charged to another room but the AC didn't work and the room wasn't clean. I was upgraded because I was going to leave. The upgrade was clean and AC worked but I certainly settled with this property the shower tile was cracked. Elevators are nasty, hallways stink

• Justin (5/5): Location is fine. Room was damp. - Decent and convenient location. Close to beltway 8. Our room was very humid. I know it’s Houston, but it just felt damp all the time. The floors at breakfast were sticky all the time, and the coffee was lukewarm.

• Elisha (5/5): It was ok - The area it was in was good, and the breakfast was good. Something of mines was throwed away by accident, and when I asked the front desk if they could reimburse me for my item, a bunch of excuses was made instead of accommodating me for my missing item.

• Amy Marie lmk (8/5): You get what you pay for. - I'm a professional cleaner. So I was impressed with how clean the room was. It was also centrally located . Was close to stores and restaurants. I have 3 complaints. The room I stayed in was right off the elevator so I could hear the elevator ding. And all the foot traffic. Second: the tv didnt have sleep timer. So I was either stuck in the dark hear all the foot traffic or stuck with the TV on all night which is bright. 3rd : the charging port didnt work so I had to go to walmart to purchase a charging port.

When I told the front desk, they proceeded to try to hand me a plunger so I can fix it MYSELF. If I want to fix my toilet I wouldn't stay at a hotel with staffs for it. The TV didn't work either. Could not turn it on.

In the two days we stayed there, there was smell of weed in the corridor that was invading our room. We complained on the first day but it happened on the second day as well. Location does not inspire confidence.

A homeless man in the lobby from 5:00 pm to 11pm sitting in the same spot with a suitcase and garbage bag. I did not stay at this hotel. I left to find another place to stay. Called hotel to inform them of the roaches was offered another room. I did not want to stay at this hotel. Several homeless people around the hotel. Ask for a refund and asked to speak with a manager. I was told I will not be able to speak with a manager. I would like a refund because I did not stay at this hotel.

I hope they can improve the sound insulation or reduce the noise. My stay was not comfortable because there was constant noise throughout the night, and I couldn’t sleep well. I hope the management will improve sound insulation or control the noise level.

• Fernando (1/5): Spend a little more and stay elsewhere, this place is literally a dump - The hotel smelled pretty bad, as soon as you enter the building. Stayed in the 2nd floor and the entire floor smelled like cigarettes. Loud music playing all night, mold on the ceiling and walls, rusted bathtub, buggers smeared on the bathroom wall, nasty stains on room ceiling.

• Danielle (1/5): - I never had the chance to stay here. The manager canceled my reservation that I made for my mom and son. I was out of the country and they needed to stay the night in Houston before a long drive home. The manager canceled the reservation my mom had a service dog, he didn’t cancel properly with booking.com, so I never received my refund. When I tried to get in touch with booking.com it’s just a bunch of automated “we’ll call you back” messages. Never will I use this app again. Nor do I recommend this hotel.
• Cengizhan (7/5): It was an average hotel, but a good value for the price. - Breakfast was average. The kids enjoyed the waffles, but scrambled eggs were only served on weekends, so it didn’t quite suit me. Location was good, not too far from downtown, close enough to downtown. There should be at least omlet or scrambled eggs every day at breakfast. There was no coffee machine in coffee corner and during the breakfast and the coffee in the thermoses was mostly lukewarm.
