• Frank (9/5): - Sehr schöne saubere Unterkünfte. Das Essen war top. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Eigentlich alles super. Etwas abgelegen, aber das ist durch den Fahrservice ja super geregelt. Und einen Rollerverleih gibt es ja auch.

• Kateryna (10/5): Charming OWA lodge with a best cousin and a lovely staff. - The OWA place is awesome! We arrived after sunset and it was the same charming as in the morning! We liked everything. Even the bumpy road that leads to the place is part of the local charm :) The breakfast - awesome! The choices, the servings, the quality. We dined in it's restaurant for the dinner and it was the best experience as well. Beautiful room/bungalow, the surrounding garden, the swimming pool. The manager Laurent and each one of the staff are awesome as well! Taxi service was arranged for us, as well as the bikes rental. Thank you, guys! The smell of fires, but they are unfortunately everywhere and all the time on the island.

• Mart (8/5): Nice gem by the beach hidden at the end of dirt road - Staff was really nice. Organising a motorbike was really easy - i expected there to be 3rd party involved, but they just gave one of the Hotel's bikes. Massage was really good as well. It was just 10 Euro for an hour and way worth the money. Too bad we took it on the last day - would have used that service alot more if had an extra days. Road there was like our taxi driver said "traditional" - more potholes than road it self, but was manageable. In the bar / restaurant there was always enough staff, but they do like to stay in their phones and sometimes it was tricky getting their attention just to get another drink or order deserts. That phone addiction among bar / restaurant staff seem to be general problem in Indonesia. For sure i would have ordered 1-2 beers more per night if i the staff would be more proactive.

• Thomas (10/5): Awesome place to stay on a nice stretch of coastline - One of the best places we've stayed on Lombok. The food is really good, the restaurant gets a nice afternoon breeze and the staff is friendly and super accomodating. I couldn't surf due to an ear infection but the waves looked really nice, be it a bit crowded in the daytime. Even without surfing you have plenty to do, like fishing, have some Spa time, going on a scooter ride to Kuta town or towards Mawi where there are some really nice beaches where you can explore the coast or go snorkeling. We had the double room with sea view, but you can't really see the ocean. Still, it's a nice higher up room with a nice pool view and a bit more breeze coming in. When booking a massage, I recommend checking the prayer call times and plan around that. About Owa, I have zero things I didn't like. But, I booked a fishing trip through Owa and found it way too expensive for what you get (1mil idr for 1 person). I guess it gets cheaper when you go jigging with a larger group but then it's still too expensive. The boat is not equiped so well, the captain showed up about an hour late in the morning and speaks zero english making it quite hard to really get the most out of the experience. He tried though and with google translate we managed a bit. For reference; I did another, much longer fishing trip in the north of the island for less than half the money with a much more skilled fisherman/captain and way better boat. Luckily, I brought my own gear on the boat and managed to catch a bluefin travelly which was then bbq'ed really nicely by the staff at Owa so in the end it was still a nice experience.

• Anisa (8/5): A beautiful property with the friendliest staff and delicious food :) Would be great for anyone wanting to shut off and - The staff were very friendly and always accommodating! The stray cats around the property were very cute as well. The decor was lovely and the food was always delicious. The location was at the end of a poorly-maintained road, so going in and out was quite bumpy and difficult. The bungalow itself was not fully sealed, so there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in even when the door was closed. The connection, even with data, was very sparse and only in the restaurant area, but they did specify that in the listing.

Lekkere koffie in de ochtend. Zwembadwater leek iets minder van kwaliteit. Accommodatie redelijk basic, maar helemaal prima voor ons. Wifi alleen bij restaurant, was soms balen maar eigenlijk heerlijk!

• Kateřina (10/5): Krásné ubytování v klidné lokalitě se skvělým personálem a službami. - Neuvěřitelně dobrá kuchyně včetně snídaní, vynikající káva a smoothie. Kokosy z vlastní tropické zahrady a zelenina taky z vlastní zahrádky. Personál byl přátelský a doslova nám přirostl k srdci. Zahradník je naprosto skvělý chlapík, pomáhal najít žížaly pro muže z naší výpravy, aby mohli chodit na ryby. Otevřená koupelna, kde déšť stéká přímo do květináčů ze slaměné střechy je taky naprosto úžasné řešení. V ubytování je vesnický klid a z restaurace je vidět na pasoucí se buvoly v blízkosti pláže, která je mimo jiné vhodná i pro surfaře. Bazén je moc příjemný a je možné se okoupat kdykoli. Kombinace těchto drobností nám udělala dovolenou tak skvělou, že jsme odjížděli s těžkým srdcem. Vše bylo skvělé, děkujeme personálu za úžasně strávený čas v jejich areálu.

• stefen (8/5): A lovely resort stuck with some unfortunate realities because of its surroundings and access road - After six nights in Kuta, it was nice to relocate for 4 nights to a more quiet location on this bay. The resort is small but nicely put together. We stayed in one of the two villas, my daughter taking the bed upstairs. It was a bit hot up there, even with the additional AC unit up there. The staff was very nice and my daughter enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our stay. I don't have breakfast but enjoyed the coffee there. We only had dinner at the restaurant once because we ventured out to other places in the surrounding countryside. It was good and service was always great. The beach is very clean and quite nice, attracting a lot of surfers. This is a pretty remote setting, so, you are best to have rented a scooter unless you want to be stuck there. Of course, you can always take a taxi but that gets expensive quickly. We had a scooter and explored a lot. Sadly, the 1km road, if you can call it that, from the main road is very rough, mostly not paved and greatly in need of some grooming, especially if it rains nearly every day. Also unfortunate was the fact that there is major construction on both sides of the property, which involves considerable noise. This couldn't be controlled by the resort, just be aware of it as it will probably go on for another year or so. Even though you are out in the middle of nowhere, there are two mosques quite close to the resort. The prayers 5 times a day I can't quite get used to , but so it is. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, there's certainly lots of space. While the beds are comfy, the bedding was a bit heavy for the climate. If the road were fixed and the construction ended, I'd certainly return.

• Bujar Teliti (8/5): - Staff estremamente gentile, struttura molto ben curata. Il giardino molto curato e la piscina molto bella. La colazione abbondante e varieggiata. Rumore di costruzione nelle vicinanze, iniziavano a lavorare presto e andavano avanti fino a tardi, verso le 10-11 di sera. Capisco che il problema non è dovuto alla struttura in quanto il rumore non preveniva dalla struttura ma dai vicini, ma avremo preferito che ci avverserò avvisati prima della prenotazione di questo problema. L'internet funziona praticamente nel ristorante e qualcosina nella piscina, non funzione nella stanza.

• Abril (10/5): Amazing, peaceful stay - Customer service was amazing! Everyone is so friendly and always happy to help. Location was perfect for us. 15 min away from Kuta centre, very green and relaxing, super close to the beach (great for swimming and surfing). The accommodation offers to arrange scooter rental, taxi, excursions, laundry.. We rented a scooter with them and it was great. Price is more than reasonable and it was in great condition. They also arranged transport to Bangsal port, which again was great and well priced. Breakfast is included and delicious, with many different options. We also had dinner there every night (there are some Warungs around but not other restaurants) and it was also great. Overall an amazing, relaxing stay in Lombok, close enough to Kuta but still super chill. This wasn’t a problem for us, but the main access can get quite muddy in rainy season. If you’re not keen on driving a scooter, better to get a driver!

It’s an oasis of peace, beautifully maintained in every detail, and surrounded by a wonderful vegetable garden with fresh produce — no wonder the food is absolutely outstanding. Its location near the sea makes it pleasantly breezy, and you can even see the water buffaloes grazing, which is truly unique. The staff is incredibly kind, always helpful and welcoming. Our apartment is fabulous, spacious, well-kept, and made us feel at home right away. A charming place, perfect for relaxing and recharging. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, Grab doesn’t reach this area, but the staff is so kind that they will help you find a taxi without any problem.

Spa y alquiler de moto dentro del mismo hotel, también tienen el contacto de un coche por si prefieres. Sitio tranquilo, delante de una playa (no la más bonita pero más local y si quieres surfear perfecto). A 10 minutos en moto del bullicio de Kuta. Recomendable.

Der Kaffe und das ganze Personal (inkl. Besitzer) sind äußerst höflich, engagiert und sympathisch! Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist sehr holprig, vermutlich aber durch kurz zuvor starken Regen verursacht.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch das Housekeeping und das Frühstück waren einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! (wichtig: will man Lombok (insb. Kuta) richtig erkunden braucht man einen Roller, kann aber ohne Probleme vor Ort gemietet werden!) Nichts

• Mazzoleni (8/5): Bellissimo soggiorno - Moderna, attenti al dettaglio, pulita, sempre in ordine, zona piscina bellissima. Colazione top! L’unico appunto è precisare che quasi tutti i servizi (escursioni, massaggio, noleggio moto…) sono da pagare in contanti
• Kamila (10/5): Wspaniałe miejsce w okolicach Kuty. - Obiekt jest wspaniały, położony przy pięknej (i niemal pustej) plaży. Panuje tutaj niesamowity, sielski klimat. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Na miejscu wyśmienita restauracja o bardzo przystępnych cenach. Polecamy! W pokoju trzyosobowym jedno łóżko znajdowało sie tuż pod klimatyzacją, z zimna nie dało sie tam spać. Musieliśmy zdejmować z ramy jeden materac i przenosić go co noc w inne miejsce...

• Claudia (9/5): Geweldig plekje! - Prachtige lodge waar je echt gast bent en in de watten gelegd wordt. Mooi, kleinschalig, in een prachtige tuin. Schoon! Vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening en eigenaar. Geweldig lekker eten! De lodge ligt wat afgelegen aan een onverharde weg. Geen taxi daar te krijgen. Lodge regelt vervoer als je wil.
• Bart (10/5): Heerlijke kleinschalige lodge met relaxe sfeer - Vriendelijk personeel, fijn zwembad in mooi verzorgde tuin, heerlijke yoghurtbowl als 1 van de ontbijtopties, lekker restaurant met Indonesische en westerse opties. Strand bij de accomodatie is inderdaad heel vuil.
• Filippo (8/5): - Camera spaziosa, servizi della SPA perfetti e disponibilità dello staff per qualsiasi esigenza! Molto comoda la possibilità di noleggiare lo scooter (fondamentale).direttamente in struttura! Cucina ottima sia a colazione che a cena :) Non dipende dalla struttura ma la spiaggia di Areguling è stata la più grande delusione! Sporca e con strutture "discutibili"... Ci sarebbe piaciuto andare in spiaggia a piedi dalla struttura ma purtroppo, come in tanti luoghi in Indonesia, si sta facendo di tutto per rovinarli :( Questo penalizza purtroppo un pò la posizione perchè per avere una bella spiaggia 10/20 minuti bisogna farli! Sarebbe interessante promuovere iniziative per mantenere pulita l'area come abbiamo visto in altre strutture (ad esempio a Gili Meno)!
• Nizar (9/5): Hôtel de charme paisible à proximité de plages magnifiques - Hôtel de charme, avec bungalows très confortables, bien équipés, décorés avec goût et propres. Lieu très paisible à l’écart du tumulte de Kuta. Belle piscine dans un magnifique jardin. Location de scooter accessibles et en très bon état. La restauration est excellente, et le personnel agréable. Le gérant est français et prend le temps de vous conseiller tout le long du séjour. Un peu loin de Kuta en scooter (compter une vingtaine de minutes) mais à contrario, l’hôtel est plus proche de plages magnifiques qui vous seront recommandées sur place, que nous avons trouvé les plus belles d’Indonésie!
