Neben der Rezeption gibt es einen kleinen netten Aufenthaltsraum mit Kaffeemaschine , Tee, etwas Obst und Gebäck .Ein Frühstück gibt es allerdings nicht in der Unterkunft , was aber kein Problem ist , da man im nahen Umkreis Möglichkeiten hat . Der Vermieter hat uns auch ein paar gute Empfehlungen zu Frühstück , Rooftopbar und Abendessen gegen und sogar für uns reserviert .

• Karina (9/5): A great stay in the city centre of Palermo with an amazing host. - A very central accommodation in Palermo, spacious, clean, with access to shared kitchen with coffee and snacks. Michele is an amazing host, very welcoming, friendly and full of great recommendations on what to do in the city of Palermo and around. He was also very helpful in arranging the parking for us (not easy for a non-local!). The acoustic insulation could have been better, might be noisy for a light sleeper (I had no issues without earplugs but not sensitive).

Das Bellarotto Suite Hotel verbindet vorhandenen Charme, historische und neue Elemente zu einer Eleganz und Wohlfühloase. Das bei einer Raumhöhe von ca 5 Metern mit historischer Deckenmalerei. Die Lage ist unschlagbar im historischen Zentrum. Zehn Punkte sind eigentlich zu wenig. Grazie Mille M&V. Alles Perfekt.

Moreover the host, Mechele is very friendly and helps a lot with all our needs, like organizing our taxi and let us keep our luggage for a few hours and use the facilities while waiting for our departure time. • Ivana (10/5): Perfect 🙂 - We spent 4 days in Palermo. Our host Michelle welcomed us very warmly; the check-in was early in the morning, so we didn’t have to wait until 3 PM to enter the room. Michelle guided us on where to go, what to do, and what to see in the city, and he was always available for any questions or help. The rooms are in an ideal location, right in the center of the old town, and we were able to visit everything on foot without needing a car. It's very important to note that the property is located in a quiet street, so there was no noise or crowds during the night. We highly recommend Michelle and the Bellaroto rooms.

The room was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had lost my credit card at the airport and they were so helpful and really was there to offer suggestions and recommendations. That was sincerely appreciated. I liked everything about this hotel.

Elegant mix of the old and the new and everything worked well. The original frescoed ceiling was a bonus. Michele was a great host - bright, cheerful and always ready to help. The location was excellent, very close to Via Roma, Piazza Bellini, good restaurants, and a ten-minute walk to the station, but quiet and peaceful. Would happily stay here again, and to recommend it. Steve and Gaye, NZ. I can't see that the 100 Euro bond that Bellaroto requires on checking in is mentioned in the website. We think it should be. Haven't come across it before. No lift, but the beautiful 20 or so marble stairs wouldn't be a problem for most people. Thought the breakfast in the tariff - at a local cafe, as stated - was not good value for the money.

• Monica (10/5): Wonderful stay ! - Location was in the old city center. The property is brand new with comfortable beds and pillows. The parking was arranged by Michele with a valet service - highly recommended for Palermo. The typical italian breakfast ( cappucccino, croissant and orange juice ) was included in the price and served in a nearby bar 30 meters from apartment. Michele gave us very good recommendation for dinner where we eat the best caponata and other delicates. The restaurant was 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Easy to check in and check out. Great choice for Palermo! Everything was great ! Keep doing so !

• Carole (8/5): Beautiful room and great location - Room was large, very clean and comfortable. There was no lift, only a flight of stairs. A little difficult with luggage, especially for seniors. The check-in staff were very helpful in assisting with our luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was included, but you had to go outside the building to a restaurant close by where you gave the waiter your breakfast card for the day.

• Anita (10/5): Zeer prettig verblijf op een perfecte locatie, in een geweldige B&B 100 punten - AANRADER voortreffelijke B&B in het oude centrum van het mooie Palermo. Ruime en lichte kamer met ramen en balkonnetje. Gezellig ingericht. In een gezamenlijke ruimte kon je koffie/thee zetten. Maar vooral al aardige hosts Valentina en Michele maken je verblijf aangenaam. Niets op aan te merken

• Jose Vicente García Pérez (10/5): Muy bien - Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de Michelle, nos informó de restaurantes, opciones de aparcamiento, visitas...nos atendió en todo momento, la ubicación muy buena Lo que menos es que el desayuno era en un restaurante asociado y había que desplazarse, aunque era abundante y el trato del personal fantástico.

• Giovanni (10/5): Best location you can get. - We absolutely loved our stay. Michele was a great host. He shared the best location for tourists also where locals go to eat or drink. Very knowledgeable and proud of his city. Rooms are big and comfortable. You are 100 meters from 3 amazing churches. Walking distance to everything. It’s no more the 25 minute walk to any historical location of Palermo.

• Dina (10/5): - Everything was wonderful and perfect. We can’t highlighted out of all something special. Location 10 out of 10, so convenient and everything is so closed to apartment. Everything in room perfect, bed and pillow so comfortable that even in the morning don’t want get up 😀 Cute and care of Michele and his beautiful wife Valentina. Clean room with everyday cleaning, all stuff what you need for breakfast and if you enjoy staying at apartment for a lunch. But the most incredible and surprising thing is fresco painting on the ceiling, which goes to the 1200-1300 years , which as owners told discover when have started some repairing works. At that moment the feelings that you even indirected was closed to the history of that house, where the owner by name of reach family Belloroto on last had the theater its blow your mind No

• Pauline (10/5): Wonderful - The hotel was very quaint with some lovely original features but renovated to a high standard. We couldnt easily find the hotel having walked from the station but Michele was waiting for us on the street corner. As the rooms are on the first floor he carried my case up the stairs for me. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communal tea and coffee facilities were just outside our room. Michele was very informative about Palermo and recommends places to visit and eat.

Also expedia states coffee and pastries for breakfast is included, but only black coffee without any milk is available in auto coffee maker, with a plate of apples and plums set out and some cookies, so this is a bit misleading on expedia. Otherwise property is lovely with great balconies and convenient location for train station amd pedestrian area.

I asked for an extra 30 mins to check out slightly late and they said no. Really? Nearly everywhere I've ever stayed affords you some extra time, especially when it's only 30 minutes.

Michele fue súper atento y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones. El desayuno en la pastelería cercana (4min a pie) era buenísima y todos fueron super amables.

• Luc (10/5): Top, zowel ligging, kamer als host - Geweldige ligging en prachtige, ruime en zeer nette kamer. Enthousiaste Host wacht je op bij aankomst. Ligt vlakbij Quattro Canti (en de twee belangrijke straten van Palermo die elkaar kruisen op dit plein, namelijk de Via Maqueda en de Via Vittorio Emanuele),Piazza Pretoria, Kerk Santa Maria dell’Ammiraglio,Via Roma en de Mercato Ballaro. Ontbijt is in een nabijgelegen Patisserie met voldoende ruime keuze. Er zijn daarnaast kofiie/thee faciliteiten in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Hosts Michele en Valentina geven je trouwens voldoende tips en zijn altijd bereikbaar via WhatsApp voor vragen/boekingen/... Zeker een aanrader !!! Helemaal niets
