- Tatiana (7/5): - Апартаменты большие. Хорошая локация, фронтальный вид из апартаментов с балкона на море, на восток, на дорогие виллы. На этаже одни апартаменты. Есть стиральная машина, посуда, микроволновая печь, большой холодильник, мультиварка, плита, вытяжка. До моря 5 минут. Большой чистейший пляж с белым песком, но нет лежаков. Далековато от центральной набережной. Большие вместительные апартаменты. Полотенца меняли регулярно. Связь с администратором была через Whatsapp. Слегка устаревший номер, ванная с душем очень маленькая, ванная комната с ванной не предназначена для принятия душа. Так же для нас был большой минус в том, что одна спальня с выходом на балкон, из коридора со второй спальней , не имела двери, поэтому, слышимость была большая. Вторая спальня имела раздвижную дверь, открытие двери очень шумное, что мешало спать в спальне без двери. Это основной минус планировки.

- David (1/5): Room Stinks and the manager is corrupt - Do not stay here. Our room “the Hugo Boss apartment” was unfit for habitation so I asked for a new room, which was not agreed to so then I requested a cancellation and refund however the dodgy manager that was only available by phone didn’t care, refused to discuss it with me, did not answer my phone calls, would not communicate with me by the booking.com app or in any way until the booking expired and then said that the room was perfect. There was an almighty stench in the apartment emanating from a super large fish tank that was mostly empty but still had green matter at the bottom and probably fish faeces. I say this because I’ve had fish tanks and I know that smell. So we booked another hotel as the place reeked, there is no way we could stay there. I asked for a refund from the receptionist and the manager just played games with me for two days, told me to come to the hotel the next day at 11am to sort out the refund and she wasn’t there. I phoned her about 20 times in total and she does not answer however when the receptionist calls her she answers every time but won’t speak to me. As soon as check out time comes around on what would have been the final day of our stay I get a message from the manager to say everything in the room is perfect, the fish tank is perfectly clean as well so there will be no refund. All of this deceitful behaviour for two days, not answering messages, not taking phone calls from me and telling lies about the fish tank being clean as well as loading doctored room images to booking.com to mislead the customer are reasons why you should not stay here. I’ll attach the photos of the fish tank, it’s hard to see inside it due to the glass being so dirty but you can see the green coloured matter in there and you can see that the booking.com images show that the ugly fish tank as being an orange wall. Uploaded like this to deceive the patron and gain their booking and their money, its so fraudulent.

- CLOSE (5/5): We were ready to leave - The location was not too far from the beach, but quite a way away from the life of Da Nang It wasn't as good as I hoped it would be
- Minsung (7/5): 꽤 괜찮지만, 다른 선택지도 고려해보게 되는 숙소 - 대부분 다 만족. 호스트가 적극적으로 대응해 줌. 위치나 오션뷰라고 하기엔 애매한 뷰라서 좀 아쉬움. 수건에 냄새가 남.
- Quỳnh Anh (10/5): - * Phòng rộng rãi sạch sẽ, 3 ngủ mà thoải mái cho bọn trẻ chạy nhảy * Vị trí đối diện resort nên sang đường tắm bãi resort luôn, sạch sẽ, ko quá đông. * Ngay chợ Bắc Mỹ An, ra chợ có 5 phút. Hai bên có tạp hoá, hiệu thuốc đầy đủ * Chủ khách sạn cực kì nhiệt tình, tâm lý. Đoàn mình toàn trẻ con tắm bơi giặt sấy liên tục mà khách sạn lúc nào cũng sẵn sàng phục vụ. Khăn tắm cũng cho dư để bọn trẻ con đi tắm quấn ko bị lạnh. Thậm chí đi chợ gần mượn xe máy chủ ks chạy ra chợ cũng ko tính phí thuê xe. Túm lại lần sau sẽ lại quay lại lần nữa

- Syed (1/5): We had booked for three nights but moved to another hotel the next morning - The only staff member we saw Henry was very helpful and tried to do everything we asked for Felt like false advertising. The doors and windows didn’t shut fully Very noisy. The family couldn’t sleep. Was advertised as beachfront but you couldn’t see the beach. You had to cross a three lane double carriage highway to get to the beach. There was no 24-hour reception despite advertising as one on booking.com, as i had specifically searched for a property with 24-hour reception

Staff were very helpful. Some issues with the keys to the apartment. having a key per bedroom would be good. Not a big problem though.

- ろに (10/5): - 施設は日本では考えられないほど広くて綺麗。ワンフロアを占有していて、部屋のカードキーが無いとエレベーターが動かないのでセキュリティもOK。 ビーチは徒歩で行ける。その反面、街中からは離れているので、買い物メインの場合は都度タクシーを使うことになるが、ホテルの前に常にタクシーがいるので大丈夫。 ホテルの近所に食堂もマートもある。便利。部屋にキッチンもあるので、簡単な料理なら出来る。 スタッフはとても親切。英語を話せるスタッフもいるので意思疎通は出来る。 また行きたいと思うホテルです。

- Carol (10/5): - The host is super nice, friendly and helpful. I stayed with my family for 5 days. He walked with us for over 10 minutes to find a restaurant on the second day morning. He bought a Taiwan cake for us for breakfast on the third day. He also gave us free breakfast on the last day and gave my mom a Christmas gift. He also introduced us places to go, grab driver and restaurants. He always gave us a hand wholeheartedly. He is the best host I never met. The house is spacious, cozy and clean. It is near the beach and the location is good. Taxi is always waiting outside the apartment. Love it!
- ahra (10/5): 청결하고 친절한 숙소! - 전반적으로 깔끔했고 가족여행에 아주 좋아요 매니저분들이 아주 친절하셨네요~~!! 조식은 부페식이 아니라 전날 신청하면 방으로 가져다주세요. 다만 생긴지 얼마 안돼서 그런지 택시잡을때나 위치안내할때 잘 모르시더라구요.ㅠ 옆에 큰 푸라마리조트가 있어서 거기로 잡으면 되긴해서 많이 불편하진 않았지만요ㅋㅋㅋ
