Best for solo travelers - The bed, the helpfulness of the staff, the location (not that far from the Main Street, just 15 minutes walking) and the proximity of the bars where you can have breakfast with the coupon The bathroom (clogged and very small sink) and somehow the street (it can seem not that nice if you return home late at night)

We also appreciated the disposable slippers. The internet was excellent and very fast — up to 645 Mbps download and 158 Mbps upload. Nothing in particular. Everything was good.

• Yasik (9/5): It was a very pleasant experience to stay in this place. The staff were kind and welcoming. - It was clean & easy to find! The plugs were not working properly. We couldn’t charge our phones or use hair dryer.

• Terezie (10/5): - Ubytování je na skvělém místě, vše docházkovou vzdáleností, jak do supermarketu tak i na náměstí. Není problém zapakovat auto ve vedlejších uličkách, pokaždé jsme našli místo. Pokoje byly čisté a hodně prostorné s balkónem, vše bylo bez problému, posteli byli pohodlné, společenská místnost je veliká a je možnost kuchyňky a lednice. Ruční na pokoji samozřejmostí. Snídaně byli skvělé ať mimo ubytování ale to vůbec nevadí, výběr máte ze 3 možností, vše bylo na jedné ulici kde se nacházelo ubytování. Personál byl neskutečně milý, vše mi vysvětlil. Podpora přes WhatsApp byla také skvělá. Mohu doporučit na 100%!!

• Majolina5 (9/5): - Sve je bilo super! Domaćin je bio ljubazan, apartman je jako čist. Dočekali su nas ručnici, šamponi, papuče i hladna voda za piće. Imali smo na raspolaganju zajedničku kuhinju koja je bila dobro opremljena posuđem. Imali smo također i predivan veliki balkon u apartmanu. U blizini apartmana nalaze se brojni kafići, restorani i trgovine. Centar grada udaljen je 20min lagane šetnje. Domaćin nam je dozvolio da ostavimo prtljagu nakon check out-a. Sve preporuke! Nemamo zamjerku.

• wilhelmus (8/5): 3 nights: very good stay on perfect location - Comfortable room, near the centre of Catania, very friendly staf, extremely clean. cleaning of the road/street every very early morning and the noise that came with that as well as the general traffic was something we got used to rather quick. All in all recommended!

• Camillinaa (9/5): - Durante l'accoglienza ci hanno fornito informazioni sui luoghi da visitare a Catania e zone nelle quali cenare. La camera era spaziosa e ben illuminata. Ho apprezzato lo spazio comune con cucina e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out con la possibilità di recuperarli comodamente in autonomia. Si potrebbe migliorare l'insonorizzazione della camera per ridurre il più possibile eventuali rumori provenienti dall'esterno o dovuti all'impianto di climatizzazione. Si potrebbero migliorare i sanitari del bagno (bidet) e il box doccia.

• Maura Erika (10/5): Moderno (a pesar de las primeras apariencias) limpio y buen ubicado - Un lugar moderno dentro de un edificio antiguo, muy bien organizado, amplio, atendieron una sugerencia de forma rapida. A 15/20 minutos del centro y rodeado de buenas cafeterias y restaurantes. Recomendado Las primeras escaleras antes del ascensor, no las pueden cambiar, son parte del edificio, pero cuando se lleva equipaje pesado es incómodo.

• Eva (10/5): Sin duda...tu B&B en Catania. - B&B muy bonito y cuidado. Habitación amplia con baño dentro y con terraza exterior a calle. Cama grande y cómoda. Indicaciones sencillas para hacer el check in. Desayuno buenísimo que puedes escoger entre cafeteria y pasteleria. Cercano al centro (15mi). Si haces excursiones con civitatis tienes recogida en el mismo B&B. El último dia nos dejaron un desayuno expectacular al estar cerradas las cafeterias. Zonas comunes muy bien. Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría. Por decir algo....el ascensor es un poco antiguo...y hay que cerrar bien las puertas para que funcione. Era raro el día que podíamos subir en él y como no...la mayoria de veces cerrábamos las puertas en el piso del B&B (2°piso). Evidentemente no es culpa del hotel...sino de personas poco consideradas.

La camera si presenta molto ampia e spaziosa e dotata di tutto l'occorrente

The staff was very polite and they were helping us with tips throughout the whole vacation. The guesthouse is situated near the city center and there was always a place to park the car.

• Lenke (9/5): A great value for price with very helpful staff - and a bit of noise from the streets. - The hosts were great and very helpful with everything. The room was immaculate and nice, perfectly comfortable for two people with a lot of storage options. Everything worked perfectly and breakfast in the nearby local cafes was delicious. The center is just a 10-minute walk away and on the way you can stop in the beautiful park near Villa Bellini. The only thing that bothered us was the noise from the street at night. We could manage with earplugs though - it's a good idea to pack them if you plan with this guesthouse.
• Stevan (10/5): Super clean! - My wife and I stayed around new years, it was warm inside apartment. They offer super nice complimentary nespreso coffee machine. Staff were very friendly and responsive. We didn’t had an iron , they sort out super fast. They cleaned our apartment every day. Really good value for money!
• Carmen (9/5): Nice accommodation - The property is nice and clean. The room is big and chic, with very high ceiling and smelling really good. We had someone clean the room everyday. Also, when the sky is clear you can see the top of Mt Etna from the balcony. The apartment is located close to the city center, we walked everywhere inside the city, even to the railway station. The windows have no noise cancellation, it was really hard to get used to the city noises, especially during the weekend when the city life lasted till late in the night. Also, it was a little cold during evenings and nights. The area where the apartment is located seems a little shady after sunset.
