We had everything we needed. Very tranquil, excellent even for the kid (5 years old). The breakfast and the dinner not very diverse but tasty. The limited offer is quite understandable. Absolutely recommendable.

• Roed (8/5): - The rooms are comfortable. The mattresses are a bit bouncy. The basin taps were loose. Fantastic hot water shower! No TV or bar fridge. Great outdoor dining area and bar with DSTV. After a long day a big bonus is that they serve dinner. The food is good for Zim standards. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You cant go wrong with this establishment! Note that for Zimbabwe - all credit card payments attract a 3 to 3.5% surcharge/interest. The loose basin taps.

• Valérie (6/5): Un hôtel agréable et fleuri mais non non à la restauration - Un jardin luxuriant et une belle piscine Le personnel est adorable et fera tout pour vous aider et rendre votre séjour agréable . Du café et du thé sont à disposition toute l après midi Un bon petit déjeuner sur une jolie terrasse . La restauration enfin si on peut appeler cela comme ça . Nous avons choisi une viande saignante . Nous étions seuls et avons attendu malgré tout 1h . Les assiettes sont enfin arrivées avec des steaks durs et que du gras ! Les légumes : deux mini carottes et deux mini pommes de terres 3 haricots verts crues ! immangeable ! Nous avons renvoyé les assiettes et rebelotte les mêmes une heure après . Résultat 22 h , le ventre vide et bien contrariés de cet amateurisme. Une jeune femme à l accueil s’est excusée et nous a offert des croques monsieur sans aucun goût avec du pain sec . Une honte ! Arrêtez la restauration !

• Samia (6/5): Place is nice enough, but don’t trust the staff with your activity bookings - Well built, good facilities, bed and shower Staff were not very nice or helpful. I booked a transfer 4 months before my stay, only to find out at arrival that they hadn’t booked it, had adjusted prices and wanted to charge me double. They ended up solving it, but not without stress from my side. Also the night before my stay, I got in touch with them to arrange a helicopter flight. The morning staff were supposed to book it early, so that it would be ready on my arrival. None of that was done until I arrived. Breakfast was poor in my opinion.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There was tea and coffee facilities in the lounge and ready to be used any time. Beautiful established garden with palm trees and other subtropical plants. Pool was not too cold and we could have a swim. The property is slightly out of town , so needed to get a taxi to go into Victoria Falls town.

• Uwe (8/5): Feine saubere freundlich hilfsbereite Lodge - Das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit und unterstützt wo sie nur können. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, Das Essen ist schmackhaft und sehr schön angerichtet. Eine Anlage mit ca 20 Zimmern Leider war es schwierig für einen Vegetarier immer was zu essen zu bekommen, da die vegetarischen Angebote welche auf der Frühstückskarte oder Abendkarten angeboten werden nicht zur Verfügung standen, oder einen Teil der Zutaten es nicht gab. Das muss man bedenken wenn man nach Simbabwe fliegt. Ob es in anderen Unterkünften anders ist weiß ich nicht . Für Fleisch- und Fischliebhaber gab es keine Probleme.

El personal era amable y gestionó de un dia para otro la excursión en helicóptero. Muy bien la comida. Está en una zona residencial. De noche hay que salir y llegar en taxi. No son caros ni difíciles de encontrar.

If you are a solo female traveler do not worry you will feel safe and well taken care of . The Lodge is peaceful and they have taxis ready to call whenever you feel like going somewhere! Everyone was so kind . From the tax drivers to the staff ! The staff Denise , Tanya , Faith , Isaiah and everyone was so kind and made me feel like at home . Please book even if it’s a solo female trip you will be fine ! This town is probably safer than your home town . I know it’s safer than mine and I live in a so called “ first world country .” There is no pickpockets and scammers in Vic Falls . You will feel respected by everyone! I walk around with all my important documents with zero issues ! I loved everything! From the staff to the plants they have there outside

Vic falls is a hot place the rooms could do with a bar fridge and the packed breakfast was dry and the toast was burnt. Cheese and ham sandwich may be better option for your packed breakfast.

• Aya (8/5): Overall a nice stay - Big bathroom was nice. Ample hot water was a big plus. Staff was very helpful, especially the manager at the breakfast area was attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. They offered me a box breakfast when I leave early morning for Safari tour. Maybe because this is only my room, but I could hear people talking in the next room. Also I could hear baby crying. I did not expect the wall was that thin at night.

Although the excursions were on the expensive side, they were all first class. We had amazing experiences. The room were a nice size with a comfortable bed. AC was nice. Breakfast was nice.

Limited menu options. We arrived on a Tuesday and were advised we could only order dinner from menu 2. The following night we went out for dinner. The third night we went to order dinner and were advised we were back to menu 2. So we had the make alternate arrangements for dinner elsewhere as we had already had menu 2.
