• Julie (6/5): Poor communication and stressful entry to hotel. - The location was terrific and the room kinda quaint. It’s hard to get in. My eSIM doesn’t allow phone calls so had to rely on messages through Booking.com that never get answered. It was very stressful and I almost gave up to find another hotel.

• Stephan (10/5): Good value - You get exactly what you pay for, in the best way possible. Great location, very clean, room with a fine bed, sink, and storage. Bathrooms are shared, but very clean. Can’t complain. Communication can be a bit difficult, but everything was solved, with a good attitude.

• Alessia (8/5): - Ottima posizione. Letto e cuscini comodi. C'è stato un disguido la prima notte, sistemato subito grazie al signor Patrick. Gli infissi sono vecchi e non si aprono bene e le tende vanno lavate perché sono piede di polvere.
• Dorislava (9/5): - The room was clean, the bed is nice but I have payed for queen bed and I did not got that one but I was alone so that was fine. So I made a mistake. I put the arrival time at 13-14 o clock and I have changed it to 17-18 o clock but something happened with the app so it did not accepted change. But the landlord called me around 11 AM so I have told him that I will come around 4-5 pm as I did. I also had some problems on the road but that was fine at the end. When I came, I have waited for him in front for 30 minutes because he did not tell me to go upstairs where he was. He is not there all the time so.. Also he told me that there is a parking around the place but it is for paying and it is very hard to finde one during the day so be careful.

• Daniela (8/5): - Die Lage ist spitze, die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, Check in und Out unkompliziert. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, würde auch täglich gereinigt. Ausreichend großer Schrank mit vielen Kleiderbügel, alles super. Leider war es im Zimmer etwas kühl, Heizung nur in der Früh bis etwa 9:00 und Nachmittags ab 16:00, in der Nacht wird abgedreht. Nach 9:00 morgens auch Probleme mit ausreichend Warmwasser beim Duschen.

• anónimo (7/5): - Destacaría la ubicación céntrica y la limpieza de sábanas, toallas, baño, etc... Y eso es realmente importante Lo primero que fue difícil que me enviaran la información para entrar al edificio ya la habitación, lo tuve que pedir varias veces, por lo que me parecieron muy poco profesionales. La habitación igual que las instalaciones , aunque limpio, son un poco "deprimentes", sin luz natural, todo super básico. Llevo años yendo a Trieste y es el alojamiento que menos me ha gustado de todos en los que he estado. No creo que vuelva.

• Karin (8/5): Perfekt hotell för några dagar i TRIESTE - Vi upplevde det lite ”ruffigt” när vi kom in i trapphuset, väl inne på hotellet och på rummet var allt ok, stora rum, rent och fräscht, sköna sängar. Jättebra läge. ( nära stationen och folkvimmel vid kanalen. Ac fungerade inte, kylskåpet var inte på. Receptionen var inte bemannad. Saknar möjligheten till kaffe eller te på rummet. Det fanns en kaffeautomat i receptionen där man fick betala för kaffet som borde varit gratis. Saknar också något att sitta på i receptionen.

Świetny gospodarz, który pomimo braku znajomości angielskiego porozumiał się ze mną, on mówił po włosku i słoweńsku, ja po polsku, angielsku i hiszpańsku. Oddzielna łazienka z prysznicem i toaleta - na plus. Sprzątanie codzienne. Widok z okna, ale na to nie ma wpływu.

• Daniela (10/5): Very good - The property in central located. Was very very clean, we slept very well here. The staff allowed us to let our baggages in the first day before check in. Good value for the money in Trieste. In the morning there were some loud noises from the garbage machines.

• Sarah (8/5): - Unterkunft liegt super zentral! Jedoch wird es mit dem Parken schwieriger. Wir haben lange nach einem Parkplatz gesucht. Dame am Empfang hst extra auf uns gewartet! Konnte jedoch nicht sehr gut Englisch. Zimmer waren für eine Nacht super. Gang zum Zimmer eher nicht so sehr modern. Im Stiegenhaus zum Apartment hat es unangenehm gerochen.

• Kevin (2/5): Beware of Accepting Late Bookings - SCAM - Hotel took booking after 9p. No instructions for check in were provided. No warning that no one would be there given at time of accepting booking. Called hotel, called number on door- no one answered. No one cared.
• Ansgar (6/5): - The accommodation was fine for its cheap price. It’s super centrally located and everything in the city can be reached by foot. The shared bathrooms and apartment were always clean, sadly our room had a light yet distinct smell of wet dog to it. One of the double windows also had a piece missing, which let a lot of traffic noise through, so it wasn’t a quiet room in the morning. But overall the experience was fine for what we have paid.

• GEORGIOS (6/5): - They do not speak English, I was arriving at 20:00 and their check in is till 19:00, I called them and then I had to send info at their website in Italian. Never replied, day before arrival I had an Italian to call them and they said they will wait for me. Room is basic and clean. Nice at common bathroom had a chlorine bottle to clean.

• Artemis (7/5): Great location but not the best hotel! - The location is amazing. It’s right in the heart of the city!! The hostess was very nice and polite and very helpful. It’s very basic. The building is very old and not well maintained. One of our windows was broken, the toilet was like the ones that are made for old people in hospitals and the floor was dusty with a lot of hair. Also, the fact that the hostess doesn’t speak English makes the communication very difficult. I wouldn’t stay again probably.

• Vladimira (5/5): Ok - This place is so near to the lovely parts of Trieste. The location is excellent. The bed was comfortable, the decoration was not my style, there was nothing wrong with that though. On my arrival the female staff was there. She was very nice and helpful, answered all questions I may have had. The next day the male staff was a little bit less friendly. So, I choosen not to talk to him at the end. The room was clean.I only gave lower rating, as one towl was marked. It was ok place for one night stay, but I would not chose it for more nights. Also, it would not be my first choice. Checked out at 11am, usually is 10am in the area.

If you book this hotel make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo. They are very limited on the amenities. The WiFi did not work in our room. We had a room at the very end of the hallway to avoid the noisy area. Staff was very pleasant.

The place was very clean. Coffee was available in reception which was nice. The size and comfort of the bed and perhaps the noise from the hallway could be reduced somehow? Everything else was perfect.
