- Anouk (8/5): Locatie perfect, zeker een aanrader als je een stedentrip doet! - De locatie is prachtig! Wil je veel van de stad zien, is dit echt perfect. De kamer is groot genoeg, geen luxe maar het is prima. Koelkastje op de kamer en een balkon, zijn zeker pluspunten. De kamer is goed en mooi, dus voor een stedentrip is dit zeker een aanrader. Communiceer goed van te voren want ze spreken niet zo goed Engels! (veel Italianen niet.....)

Staff super welcoming & helpful! - Great location, staff super welcoming, nice and helpful, great room, clean and spacious. Only minor issue was that we could not directly control the AC system which was fixed at 25°C, but temperature was comfortable. Bed mattras was OK but not the best.

The apartment is well structured and furnished. house need maintenance, has to be painted and walls to be fixed. wallpaper need to be fixed too Also, there is a water boiler which is embedded in a cupboard just next to the bed, and the waiter boiler makes noise every time (even during the night) the boiler heats the water

Oda ve içindekiler kullanım açısından fevkalade olup, stüdyo daire olarak hemen herşey düşünülmüş idi. Dış kapı, giriş kapısı (demir) ve oda kapısı olarak 3 anahtarlı olduğu için gün boyu yanımızda çok fazla anahtar taşımak durumunda kaldık.

Un téléphone est indispensable afin de pouvoir contacter notre hôte dès votre arrivée sur place. À noter également : le ramassage des ordures a lieu au milieu de la nuit, ce qui peut occasionner quelques nuisances sonores.

- Domitilla A. (4/5): Felice di andare via - La posizione 1)L'acqua come standard arriva al massimo poco più che tiepida (un giorno solo gelida a metà doccia, dicono guasto poi riparato). Hanno un foglio che parla di pazientare per l' acqua calda ma non arriva mai veramente calda. Per fortuna io sono andata in aprile. 2) Non è possibile ricaricare il cellulare sul comodino perché le prese sono dietro il letto matrimoniale che nel caso andrebbe spostato più al centro della stanza ma poi non arriveresti alle luci. Vedi foto 3) La macchinetta del caffè è stata portata dopo 2 gg su sollecito ed era una moka da 4/6 tazze. Vedi foto 4) Le luci che ci si aspetterebbe sui comodini rimangono dietro sulla scaffalatura perché hanno i fili corti, ed una non funzionava il primo gg. Sostituita su richiesta. Vedi foto 5) Il bagno puzzava di fognatura, dicono problema condominiale da risolvere. È stata una mia segnalazione e nessuna scusa preventiva. Difficile credere che chi ha pulito il bagno non lo abbia notato. Sorvolo su lenzuola macchiate, sapone non ripristinato, comodità di letto e cuscino, etc

È una struttura che consiglio a chiunque, coppia o famiglia. Vicino c’è il parcheggio sotterraneo, a piedi puoi muoverti senza difficoltà.

- Judith (10/5): Wonderful. - The apartment was very clean, spacious (we had reserved one bedroom and got 2) and chic. Also, steps away from a very good underground parking lot. The location is perfect, cafés and restaurants and museums, right around the corner. Also the check-in was easy. Nothing.

Servirebbe qualche appendi asciugamani.

Palazzo molto affascinante, posizione strategica per visitare la città, tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Staff super disponibile e professionale, ho avuto un piccolo problema nella doccia del bagno , non funzionava bene il microfono, sono subito intervenuti e hanno optato a spostarmi in altra stanza limitrofe, risolta in pochi minuti. Deposito bagagli sia al mio arrivo che prima della partenza.

- Jean-François (1/5): à fuir ! - Rien Il n’y a pas de réception dans cette « résidence », il faut appeler un numéro pour qu’un réceptionniste - qui travaille dans un autre hôtel ! - ouvre à distance le portail principal et le portillon. A l’étage, il faut composer un code pour accéder aux chambres. Là, la clé laissée sur la porte de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Après deux appels, la réceptionniste a reconnu qu’il y avait un problème avec cette porte et qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire. Nous avons pû ouvrir la porte et accéder à notre chambre au bout d’une heure d’efforts et de stress. Le réceptionniste volant, arrivé à 16 heures au lieu de 14 heures, n’a rien fait non plus pour résoudre ce problème. Le soir, même problème, nous avons failli rester bloqués dans le couloir et dormir dans un autre hôtel, il a fallu à nouveau 25 minutes pour ouvrir la porte de notre chambre. Le lendemain matin, j’ai demandé à la femme de ménage – qui connaissait aussi ce problème – de changer notre clé. Nous n’avons reçu aucune assistance. Ce comportement est scandaleux et totalement inadmissible. Rien n’a été fait pour résoudre ce problème qui existe apparemment depuis longtemps. Il a y pour seuls équipements : un coffre, une bouilloire et une télé qu’il faut débrancher pour l’éteindre. Le wifi fonctionne très mal. Les volets en bois laissent passer la lumière. La couette n’a pas de housse et repose sur un simple drap, ce qui pose des problèmes d’hygiène. Il n’y a que de l’eau tiède. Une porte condamnée à côté de la porte d’entrée laisse passer les bruits si bien que l’on entend les voisins comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre. Cet établissement est à fuir.
- Francesca (8/5): - Ottima posizione, camera confortevole e ben attrezzata. Staff gentile e disponibile. La serratura della nostra stanza aveva qualche problema e più volte abbiamo riscontrato difficoltà nell'aprire la porta. In 4 giorni di soggiorno non ci è mai stata pulita la stanza.
