• CONSTANZA (1/5): Mal - La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Al llegar no había ni toallas ni papel higiénico. Cuando vinieron a solucionarlo entraron sin avisar y pillaron a uno de nosotros saliendo de la ducha. Check out a las 10 y se pusieron a golpear la puerta a las 9:30 para echarnos. Más grave aún cuando estábamos en plena tormenta eléctrica (alerta en los móviles por lluvia intensa y tormenta eléctrica) No son anfitriones, no están a la altura.

• Clare (8/5): - Clean and comfortable space in the heart of the old town. Good communication from host with lots of tips and recommendations. There are a lot of steps upon entry to the property and also, Ubers cannot enter the old town. These cannot be helped but something to be aware of when booking especially if travelling with luggage.

• Pietro (8/5): Essential place to stay in Dubrovnik - The room is in the centre of Dubrovnik. Everything was clean and tidy as expected. Air conditioning and Fridge. Discount for luggage storage. The room and bathroom are very small. The room is in the top of the building and there are many stairs before entering the place. Not available anything to hang the wet clothes. Limited space for luggage and personal goods.

Il etait difficile de se mouvoir, nous sommes congé a plusieurs reprises surtout la tête car c'etait sous les toits. Il n'avait pas de micro-ondes donc difficile d'utiliser les ustensiles. Néanmoins c'etait propre et au coeur du quartier historique.

The price was great for the property We didn’t know it was up 3 flights of stairs, so be aware if you have mobility issues as no lift.

Who replied machine door was broken by previous guest. We asked for a resolution but got no further communication from owner we were there for 3 nights. We noticed on the listing on booking .com. the washing machine door was obviously already broken!!! OBVIOUSLY DOOR APPEARS to have been broken for some time. Limited toiletries only hand wash supplied We also couldnt get the gas hobs work She didnt reply to this problem either Great location but very dissapointed with host unresponsive. Kitchen facitlies very limited.

It was a well run B&B !! Could not have been better. The B&B is very successful, because the couple understands what people want and also how to make them realize how nice of a place they are staying in

Nice corridors and hallways and stairs to climb. All clean and tidy Stairs can be a problem if you’re not so mobile.

The apartment is at attic level up 60 steps which may be an issue for some but has some of the unique character of this location as well as a wonderful rooftop view. We found it comfortable enough and quiet enough at night. It was good value for this location and the host was helpful and welcoming kindly carrying my partners bag up the stairs. Would be happy to stay there again. Take care with your head with the angled roof beams. Its not really a problem unless you forget they are there!

• Johan (8/5): Pleasant accommodation in a cozy dovecote - If you intend to visit Dubrovnik, this accommodation is absolutely perfect. If you get an apartment at the top, the feeling is dizzying, while the narrow alleyways convey everything that happens on the street. The hostess is very concerned about your well-being and can easily point out the most worthy places to visit for you. If you visit the city with your own car during high season, the latter part of July and the whole of August, parking is a problem that can cost you dearly. About 3 km from the Old Town in the New Port there is parking at moderate prices and it is easy to get back to the Old Town, either by bus number 1 or taxi.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - You get what you pay for. Cheap but a rather odd property. I guess during the season anything rents. The TV didn’t work. Good internet connection. Great location. So all and all it was a good value Three flights of stairs but think of all the money you’ll save for shopping. Better yet the air works great
• Verified traveler (6/5): Yes for location and size of the unit. - It was spacious but the beds and the closet screeched very loudly. There was one huge cockroach living in the bathroom. The stove was not able to boil water after 2 hours of it being turned on... The owner was friendly and the location was great. Air conditioning worked really well. They need better shades on the windows because it gets very bright inside. I recommend the place but they need to fix the small yet important problems.
• Leehu (8/5): Location, location, location! - I stayed at the attic room of the accommodation. The main advantage is its location - in the center of old town Dubrovnik, within a very short walking distance of almost any major attraction in the city. The place is run by a very nice lady, but be aware she is not there all the time - you need to schedule check in in advance or call her and wait until she arrives. The room itself has all the basics: a reasonable bed, air conditioning and a private bath and restroom. Everything is tiny and somewhat cramped. Good for 1 person, reasonable for 2, but that's it. Do not expect luxury of any kind but for a traveler on a budget - this will get you a very well located spot to stay in Dubrovnik.
