It felt like a home from home, and Matt was the perfect host. He was waiting for our arrival and also welcomed us back each evening. He made sure we had everything we needed for the best stay. The location was a short drive from Crieff which is where we based each day.

The breakfasts were superb, everything you could wish for - cereals, toast, cooked breakfast and fresh fruit and yoghurt. Our room was large with king size bed which was very comfortable, clean bright and airy with views of the lovely gardens. We would definitely go back again and recommend to others. - David (10/5): Comfy and friendly. - Access was easy through aotomatic gates to a sufficient car parking area. The room was comfy with a view of part of the well maintained and planted garden. The breakfast was, as requested, sufficient and tasty With our host giving sufficient and suitable advice on the area . We were allowed to return to the room whenever wished throughout the day (very useful when preparing for an afternoon party). Nothing.

Our hosts Matt & Isabel were outstanding, so friendly, cheery and took care of us so well, nothing was a problem. Thank you for an amazing stay. We'll definitely be back! We liked everything, nothing to dislike!!

The garden and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Matt & Isabel are exemplary as B&B owners, they are so accommodating and clearly wish everyone to feel at home. There was nothing that I could possibly dislike.

Both room and en-suite were clean, and bed(s) were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Car parking secure and easy. It is hard to think of anything that could be improved! The only minor thing that comes to mind is that had we wanted to spend time in the room, for example, watching TV - the upright chairs might not have been comfortable enough for 'lounging'.
