- Mariusz (10/5): - Apartament w bardzo atrakcyjnej okolicy. Wszędzie blisko, do dworca centrale 10 minut spacerem, do katedry 30 minut na nogach. Stacje metra w pobliżu. Apartament w cichej okolicy. Bardzo wygodny, osobno sypialnia i pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym. Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy są na miejscu. Gospodarz bardzo uczynny, bardzo dobry kontakt. Gorąco polecam to miejscem

- eleonora (5/5): - La posizione rispetto alla metro, il balconcino e l'ampiezza del locale. Innanzi tutto migliorerei l'accoglienza! Ritirare le chiavi del portoncino dalla cassetta delle lettere rotta e non apribile se non attraverso l'uso di una carta o di una chiave è decisamente insoddisfacente, soprattutto se si rimane un quarto d'ora ad aspettare che qualcuno risponda al telefono per avere indicazioni. Poi migliorerei la pulizia, trovare peli e capelli nella doccia e nel bidet non fa venir voglia di utilizzare i sanitari con gioia. Infine migliorerei il servizio, fare trovare una bottiglia d'acqua fresca e cialde compatibili con la macchina del caffè mi sembra l'abc. Un'ultima considerazione soprattutto per chi ha bambini: state attenti alle prese elettriche, dietro il comodino della stanza da letto ce n'è una completamente staccata dal muro.

- Katalin (9/5): Jó helyen, kellemes lakás - Hangulatos lakás, két fő számára nagyon kényelmes, de még háromnak is jó lehet. Közel van a központi pályaudvarhoz, gyalog kb 10 perc. Reggel egy szuper pékség pár lépésre van. Gyalog mentünk el a belvárosba, egészen a dómig. Rendben volt minden.
- Giorgia (1/5): - L’unica cosa positiva è la pozione Sporca, capelli nella doccia e sul mobile del bagno, lenzuola macchiate, cucina con sporcizia e bottiglie vuote abbandonate forse da clienti precedenti, spazzolini da denti nei cassetti della cucina, bottiglie con contenuto dubbio in bagno. Colazione non pervenuta, ma considerando il resto penso non avrei toccato il cibo. Comunicazione praticamente inesistente

- Marta (7/5): Muy bien pero fue difícil contactar con el anfitrión - La ubicación. Fue muy difícil contactar con el alojamiento. No contestaban. Recomiendo agregar al anfitrion al Whatsapp, y entrar en su instagram (que encontraras en la info de whatsapp), al enviarle un mensaje mediante instagram encontrarás dos números de teléfono y debes escribirle a ambos, hay uno por el que contestan.

- Giovanni (7/5): - La posizione centrale, a pochi metri dalla stazione centralenen alla metro, ci ha permesso di girare il centro sia piedi per fare una passeggiata ma quando stanchi abbiamo usato i mezzi pubblici. La casa non è nuova ma è molto accogliente e, personalemente, ho trovato tutto il necessario. E' consigliabile per un gruppo da 4 persone ma, se ci si accontenta, l'appartamento è fornito di un letto singolo da mettere in stanza. Sulla pagina di Booking.com era chiaramente indicato che, all'orario concordato per l'arrivo, avrei trovato del personale ad accogliermi per la consegna delle chiavi e che il pagamento sarebbe potuto avvenire in loco. Al mio arrivo, tuttavia, non era presente nessuno ad attendermi. Ho provato a citofonare all'appartamento e a chiamare il numero di contatto fornito sul sito, ma entrambe sono state vane, con la chiamata che finiva immediatamente in segreteria telefonica. Per fortuna, abbiamo avuto l'intuizione di inviare un messaggio tramite WhatsApp allo stesso numero. Solo a seguito di questo contatto siamo riusciti a parlare con una persona, la quale ha richiesto l'invio dei documenti via messaggio per verificare la prenotazione, prima di fornirci le istruzioni per l'accesso. Avrei decisamente preferito e gradito ricevere indicazioni chiare e tempestive sulle modalità di accesso all'appartamento con un certo anticipo, e non dover gestire questa situazione di incertezza mentre mi trovavo già sotto il portone. Queste discrepanze tra le informazioni fornite e la realtà dei fatti hanno causato inutili disagi e stress durante il viaggio. A proposito ho pagato anche prima e il termosifone in camera non funzionava.

- Constantin (5/5): Overall it was ok. Ok being at the middle between good and bad. - Nice location. Quiet. About 300m from a metro station on M1 redline. Nice Coffee shop around the corner. A balcony on both the living room. Close to Buenos Aires Shopping strip and about 800m from Central Station. Not as I reserved. Should have been a 2 bedroom apartment and it was only a one bedroom apartment. And no breakfast as described. Water and wine glasses not available. Only big and small coffee cups. I had to worry because I could not comunicate with the host until almost 24h before to check if we can make a late check-in arrangement due to travelling in late. Eventually we were able to talk and set it up but I was already looking for an alternate location when we did.

Pleased to be able to stay , but not with $220.with that. - Location to train station Took very long time to register—stood in cold rain 15 minutes before opening door. No cases on pillows, no instructions on how to operate televisions or stove (never figured it out). No skid proof in shower or on bathroom floor and not enough towels. The space was good.

In giro ci sono molti bar La mancanza di comunicazione, il gestore non rispodeve ne alle chiamate ne ai messaggi. Non abbiamo avuto colazione, la macchina di caffe non funziona. Il gestore non si è messo disponibile per il check out.
