• Muhammed Eyub (2/5): Memnun kalmadım - Resepsiyondaki genç insanlar sempatiklerdi. Su ve atıştırmalıklar bulunduran ortak kullanıma açık küçük bir mutfağı vardı. Bundan sonra rezervasyon yapmadan önce odaların açıklamalarını daha detaylı okuyacağım. Otele geldikten sonra yaşadığım şoktan dolayı yaptığım rezervasyonu incelemek zorunda kaldım. Çünkü verdiğim fiyat bence bu oda için fazlaydı. Resimlere aldanıp benzer bir oda olacağı beklentisi ile gittim ama maalesef hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Öncelikle oda çok küçüktü. Yatak da küçücüktü. Banyo çok dardı. Haliyle oda içinde hareket etmek de baya zordu. Merkezi klima sistemi yoktu ve mevcut klima ile istediğim ısıda uyuyamadım. Odanın penceresi iç avluya bakıyordu ve bundan dolayı yeterince havalandırması yoktu. Ama işin en kötü tarafı pencere açık olsun olmasın otelin aşağısında bulunan asya restoranından gelen inanılmaz kötü bir koku vardı. Gördüğüm kadarıyla resimdeki örnek odadan yalnızca bir tane var ve diğer tüm odalarda benzer bir durum olacağını düşünüyorum. Benim kaldığım odanın hiçbir sitede görseli yoktu ve nedenini anlayabiliyorum. Kaldığım odanın numarasını hatırlamıyorum ama resepsiyon ve girişin tam karşısındaki odaydı. Bu yönü de çok kötüydü. Çünkü kapı ve duvarlar çok inceydi ve hiçbir mahremiyetiniz olmuyordu. Dışarıdaki tüm sesler içeri geliyordu. Genel olarak memnun kalmadığım ve aynı odada kalacaklara tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir deneyimdi benim için.
• Anthony (8/5): Great location, comfortable and affordable. - Well, I came to Barcelona to see a band perform in a venue not from the Guest House and it was also very close to a station I could get to and from the airport. It was a comfortable and quiet location. My room was a bit small. Toilet was a squeeze to use, but otherwise ok.

• Ingabire (7/5): Une chambre fonctionnelle pour un séjour assez court. - La localisation. Plutôt bien situé, sauf peut-être le fait que les uber ne s’arrêtent pas devant. Nous devions mettre l’adresse de la gare (rue perpendiculaire). Nous avons également apprécié l’eau gratuite à disposition, thé etc dans la kitchenette. La salle de bain est assez petite.

• FROG ACADEMY (9/5): Bonito, asequible, práctico. - La ubicación es bastante buena, cerca de la Barceloneta, del zoo, y de alguna estación de metro. El edificio es bonito, como edificio histórico. El alojamiento en Barcelona es caro, teniendo en cuenta este dato, el precio está bien. La ducha estaba estropeada, funcionaba bien pero terminaba con un chorro de agua fría. No es nada grave, pero entiendo que se podría arreglar. La habitación tiene escalones, si hubiese viajado con mis padres, esto hubiese sido un problema.

• Burak (9/5): Perfect location, lovely staff, definitely would recommend and come back ! - The location was perfect: the guest house is right in the middle of the El Born neighborhood, where you can find plenty of amazing bars, restaurants and activities. It is very close to the Barceloneta metro that takes you almost everywhere in the city. The staff are amazing, water / coffee, etc., is provided daily with fresh towels and a very rigorous housekeeping service. The balconies are presented as a huge plus to the accommodation, however, there really isn't much to see from the building's point of view, and the balconies are pretty small (though ideal for 2 to have a morning coffee). I must say that the rooms aren't that spacious either, but that is a trade-off I'm willing to make for the amazing location of the guest house.

Temizlik mükemmel diyemesem de iyiydi. Klima biraz verimsiz çalıştı ama sonradan klimayı sürekli açık bırakarak çözdük.

• Melanie (1/5): Conclusion: Despite the good location, the combination of a persistent sewage smell, lack of security, and almost no ass - Location: The location of the accommodation is good, central and close to everything. Unfortunately, this is the only positive aspect. Security & Response to Problems: During my stay, more than € 700 went missing from my room. The accommodation was unable – or unwilling – to provide any clear explanation. The support I received was minimal, with no transparency and no serious effort to understand what happened. This incident completely destroyed any sense of safety during my stay. Room: The room had a strong sewage smell from the moment I arrived, and it never went away during my stay. For an accommodation in this price range, this is completely unacceptable and very unpleasant.

The view was not so nice from it though still I loved it. Neat and clean. Very nice room. Beach and other tourist places are easily accessible.

• Wendy (7/5): Nice place to stay but it's really popular. Pls book early! - Location is centralised in the El Born area. There is a train station just right in front of the hotel for the Rodalies train to Barn Sants for transfer to Madrid or other areas in Europe. The lift broke down twice during my stay. Reception. Julian was fantastic! He helped bring the luggage up to level 4. The small common pantry serves me well. It's well stocked with condiments, so I can make simple meals after too many meals out. The lift was out twice!

Die Lage ist perfekt um sich zu Fuß durch die Stadt zu bewegen - El Born ist ein tolles Viertel mit unzähligen Lokalen u schönen Plätzen. Im Bereich der Rezeption befindet sich eine kleine Küche, wo man sich Kaffee, Tee usw machen kann.

• Alina (3/5): - Anna, die mich empfangen hat, war super nett und hilfsbereit. Extrem eng, klein, ich konnte nicht mal den Koffer auf den Boden abstellen, so wenig Platz. Extrem laut, hellhörig, hab kein Auge zu getan. Wände sehr hellhörig, man hört alles vom Nachbarzimmer, der Eingang ist quasi gegenüber des Zimmers, man hört die Gäste kommen und gehen. Die Küche , was eigentlich eine gute Idee ist, man kann sich dort einen Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten aber man hört natürlich alles, wenn andere Gäste mitten in der Nacht sich dort aufhalten. Auch im Haus war es angenehm ruhig. Für Kaffee, Tee und leichte Verköstigung war durchgängig gesorgt. Alles war gut - nichts zu beanstanden.

We loved our little balcony that we could sit out on and drink our coffees. The location was SO amazing- we walked everywhere. We hope to. One back and stay again

I definitely felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. VERY small room, not at all what is pictured. I was expecting a much bigger room because the photos show a much larger room.

• Amita (9/5): Lovely little budget find near the heart of Barcelona - The air conditioner was a godsend when it was super hot outside. Coming back to the room was a little slice of heaven, and it was easy to sleep despite the heat. The location was great, just up the road from Barceloneta metro station, which made it easy to get around. The staff was very nice – Anna was very welcoming, and the cleaning staff were very prompt in making up the room each day. The room could have used a good vacuum before I arrived. It was mostly clean (the sheets were fresh, the bathroom was wiped down, the towels were sparkling white), but there was dust in the main part of the room on the floor and some strands of blonde hair in the corners near where I kept my suitcase. I'm a brunette, so it definitely wasn't mine. There was a cockroach next to the elevator on the ground floor of the building when you enter. It was dead and may have been there for a while, but it wasn't great. Out of the property's control, potentially. But at least I didn't see one in my room! :)
