• sandra (1/5): Stay away disgusting - Nothing absolutely disgusting Everything shower not working Toilet didn't flush properly Kitchen rotten Kitchen bowl filthy Cups mismatched awful Plates and bowls the same Knife forks spoons all mismatch and not enough Cooker didn't work on all rings only 2 worked Fridge was broken and no door trays in door Bin had no lid Carpet in bathroom stunk of urine Windows didn't open as all locked Lino was all ripped Sofa was all stained rotten Hand rail up stairs was hanging off Plus was absolutely disgusting wiped clean and the kitchen roll I used was black Back yard was over grown and the concrete all broken. Low ceiling was not labelled Low step to stairs was dangers No information on fire exit Frying pans were all burnt bottoms were black Beds rock hard Cooking glass dishes rotten too Company that look after people who stay were absolutely useless Do not recommend this place at all
• Muhammad (5/5): Not recommended unless they sort out the issue we had - Bedroom was good location was also good Customer service was poor The Biggest problem was shower no waster pressure at all I called customer service they act like we are lying And old generation sink to cold or to hot They promised they send someone but they didn’t In original msg they didn’t provide the internet password correctly Second they didn’t had enough cutlery such as spoons and knife and cooking pans big enough to cooks and good chopping boards and open the can They could have spend£100 to update the kitchen but didn’t wanted and also living room was cold such a small heater inside the living room and radiator was very closed to wall couldn’t dry cloths

• Sharon (10/5): Home away from home. - It was very clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped. We normally stay in hotels, but staying here meant we were able to cook our own meal and relax in the lounge. Plenty of room for us, and a great experience for our first trip to Swansea. The customer service staff were great, they even checked back with us that we had everything we needed. Nothing
• Ross (6/5): Adequate for my needs - I like the convenience of having my own space and being able to come and go as I please. I mainly chose this property because of it's location to everything I need. The place definitely felt tired and could do with a bit of money spent on it to make it feel less cobbled together. Given the amount of people it could sleep, some of the choices within the property didn't make a lot of sense.
• Leslie (2/5): The beds were clean and close to the stadium but other than that nothing, photos to follow., but other than that, nothin - Closeness to the Liberty stadium Wasn’t clean, stained walls,peeling paint work, dirty mop and bucket under open staircase giving off a musty smell, backyard was rubbish strewn and rotting onion peeling, two dining chairs for 5 people and the sofa was stained.

• Joshua (5/5): Good Location, helpful and responsive staff but place is run down so was a little disappointed. - Good Location for the purpose of the trip. Quite run down, needs updating to be honest.
• Colette (9/5): good value for money nice size property - bedrooms are good sizes, big tv’s, fast Wi-Fi and nice sofa and kitchen there was a lot of extension leads plugged in to one another seemed a bit of a fire risk but everything worked well. the stairs up to the bedrooms were very steep so wouldn’t be good for young children but was ok for us just took our time
