- Aditya (1/5): Terrible - Close to Golden Temple No hot water at all, driving from Delhi 7 hour drive. We came around 1pm Indian time hoping we can have a quick shower and pay our respects at the Golden Temple, but we couldn’t do that. The customer service was very terrible saying they use solar panel (which is a lie), but even if it wasn’t who will implement solar panels in the foggiest times of the season. They didn’t pay anything back and we was required to pay every simple rupee. Even the morning next day there was no hot water at all! Like literally the next day in the morning when your meant to shower you couldn’t. DO NOT BE RECOMMEND!

- Muktikam (5/5): Was not very satisfied with the stay. - Breakfast was great. No complaints for that. Beds were clean and comfortable. Over cleanliness was needed. Lack of staff members. No staff at night except one person. Our room didnot have an intercom. Deactivated tv cable. No water bottle or drinking water was provided in the room. A tiny lift for three normal sized person. No emergency system in the lift in case of power outage,except a bell that you will have to ring so that they start the generator. Bathrooms had a smell. Overall the standard was not upto the mark. But location was near to isbt and station. If stay is not important and someone just needs to hault for a night then it's fine.

- Arun (1/5): Bad - Nothing I booked pay at property...the reception guy didn't get money from me when I check in ..I thought I would pay at checkout... suddenly afternoon the owner old person came and powered off ac from reception switch control and they switched off WiFi router...so cheap behaviour..noone knows English...they smile when showed the cash and then powered on everything.....worst unprofessional behaviour...and food is very unhygienic and location also dusty and not great ...owner old person was so rude all the time.....no smiling gesture
