Guest Reviews
- Amber (10/5): - This property is very affordable which is so nice in today’s world. The property could use some updating though. The carpet in the room we stayed in was the 70’s green carpet and had noticeable stains on it. The walls the in the restroom/shower weren’t completely painted. There were paint splatters on the floor. The breakfast was okay. This property has potential for sure.
- Amber (10/5): - Yes it is good.
- Melissa (10/5): - The room was clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and a big selection for breakfast was a nice surprise. I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay.
- Brian (10/5): - Great facility with a clean, comfortable room. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not want for anything. Slept great and enjoyed the free breakfast. I will definately stay here when I come back through town in the future. Highly recommend.
- Daniel (8/5): - Hotel is dated but the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and friendly staff. Air temperature was perfect with little adjustment upon arrival. Continental breakfast had good options and great coffee. Perfect location to wedding venue with reasonable pricing. Very pleasant stay for myself and my husband.
- Joy (10/5): - Wonderful in every way!!!
- Louis (10/5): - very clean
- Bette (10/5): - The room for Clean and the staff was great

- John (8/5): - great value for small hotel
will stay there again
- Jan (10/5): - Loved having the pull through trailer parking
- Tiffani (6/5): Ok place to stay - No coffee maker in the room. Also a nightlight on the blow dryer, right by the bed was very anoying. No way to turn it off or cover it.
- frederick (10/5): - Clean, helpful staff, good breakfast.
- Joshua (8/5): - Cheap
- elliot (6/5): A Renovation is Needed! - Although I had no real problems to report, the place is just very dated. It is in dire need of a massive renovation. The rooms and overall appearance of the place are old and tired looking. You can only put lipstick on a pig for so long. All staff were friendly and accommodating.
- JENAFER (8/5): - Good stay. Friendly staff. Would return.
- Tanya (10/5): - Kind staff. Everything in town is really close.
- Heather (8/5): - I booked here only because they allowed pets and had a close pet relief area. It was a clean, no-frill hotel.
- Doug (10/5): - Easy access, facility need to be updated.
- Terri (10/5): Tz stay - It was a wonderful experience. The staff was extraordinary. Suzanne gve me a pleasant and warm welcome. The breakfast had amazing variety. All in all they made my time there very comfortable and just like home 😀
- craig (8/5): - Was a good time. Staff was great.
- Arthur (10/5): - Have stayed here a couple times always friendly staff and comfortable rooms
- Melanie (10/5): - Clean and cheap. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if in Ephraim.
- Kris (8/5): - It was so close to everything. It is dated but nice for the age.
- John (10/5): - We had a excellent stay at this hotel. The wall are a little thin but that did not disturb us after 10PM. The room even after remodel is a little dated but it was clean, the bed, matress and bedding were all new or like new. Restaurant choices are limited in Ephriam but not a food dessert.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pillows - Didn’t like the small pillows
Breakfast was fair
No in room coffee
- Dianne (8/5): - We only stayed one night and didn’t spend much time on the room. The bathroom needs to be update cuz the workmanship on the last upgrade wasn’t very good.
- David (10/5): - Our party enjoyed the stay and will return.
- Matt (6/5): - I booked this because it got good online reviews but it wasn’t as good as I was hoping. The place wasn’t that clean especially in the breakfast area. There was no rhyme or reason for how things are set up. Room was just alright.
- Erin (6/5): - Average motel in a small town. Old and in need of upgrades. Clean, quiet, good rates. Broken hot tub. Good staff. Below average complimentary breakfast.
- Lynn (8/5): - Nice room, tired furnishings, clean, safe, staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
- Laurel (10/5): Great stay! - I loved the breakfast. The lady serving the breakfast was delightful.
This is the first time we’ve traveled with a dog, and their pet accommodations were great.
- Stephen (10/5): - Friendly staff nice clean room nice continental breakfast setup
- Marrio (10/5): - It is an older property but taken care of. We stay here every time in town to see grandson and a football game over at the college. Have always had great customer service from the front desk and friendly hellos from staff in hallways
- Richard (10/5): - Everyone at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Very clean property. Had a great stay.
- Michelle (10/5): - Older hotel, but very clean and quiet. The staff is super friendly.
- Mandi (8/5): - Convenient location.
- Suzanne (8/5): - Breakfast is usually pretty good. What I enjoy most is the cleanliness.
- Jessi (2/5): - This was the only property available so we booked it. Sad to say it had bed bugs and the air conditioning didn’t work. Very hard to get any rest here with no AC and getting bitten in bed.
- Stephanie (10/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was furnished with multiple sitting/ gathering areas and was decorated with trees and other greenery. The breakfast was well-stocked and tasty. Conveniently located right on the main road/ highway, but quiet.
- Jill (10/5): - Quiet, clean, attentive staff at all hours.
- Armando (10/5): - Excelente servicio 👍
- Antonia (8/5): - Me gustó que tienen buen desayuno 😋
- Marco (8/5): - Good place to stay for a night! No negative issues
- Blaine (6/5): Good enough - Firm beds, soft sheets, clean facility. Small bathroom. Breakfast was lackluster and quite basic. Fine for one night's sleep.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The shower ,while large the floor was very slippery. they had a mat but if you didn't notice it before you got in the shower you could call very easily.
- Leanne (10/5): - Agent was very nice even though we checked in after midnight!
- Roland (10/5): - Perfect
- Matthew (10/5): - Great budget place to stay with actual daily room service and great breakfast.
- Bart (6/5): Hotel is Okay for a short trip - The Hotel was clean but very old and needs updates. The beds are hard. Breakfast items was limited food was good however. Very few low carb options most items where very high in carbs. Stay was sufficient for one night.
- Blake (8/5): - Great motel. Thank you
- Kyle (6/5): Only hotel in town and it shows - It is an aging hotel that they have not spent the money to keep up on the maintenance. Little details have been missed by them and will need to be improved significantly when the only other hotel in town opens in the near future.
- Monica (10/5): - Perfect place to stay when picking up my daughter from FSY early Saturday morning!
- Maureen (8/5): - Staff friendly. Weird breakfast dinning layout but adequate
- Darrell (10/5): - The facility was clean & close to the venue I went to. The staff was very nice & efficient in resolving some very minor issues.
- Amanda (10/5): - It was very nice and quiet.
- Maryann (8/5): - Clean. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast. Fair price.
- Thomas (6/5): - Hair dryer was broken and the upstairs people were so loud with kids jumping and running that the room would vibrate. Mattress was super hard, but the staff were friendly and accommodating.
- Jan (8/5): - Nice breakfast.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Cozy little place. A throwback for sure, but she's clean and comfortable!
- Kenny (8/5): - very convenient
- Jeff (6/5): - Woman at the front desk should not work in the hospitality industry. Rooms and hallways missing moldings. Where repairs had been done paint was never finished. Just felt kind of low budget.
- Matthew (8/5): - .
- Kristie (8/5): - Didnt likee thentv remoote couldnt play rhe volume upside or down
- Steven (10/5): - We really enjoyed staying at the Willow Creek Inn. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge and freezer even worked perfectly, which is not always the case with places we stay while we’re traveling. It was a great one-night stay. We’ll stay here again the next time we travel to Ephraim and Manti.
- Kristie (8/5): - The remote didnt work
- David (6/5): - This is a bare-bones, no frills hotel. Breakfast has about half of what's typical, but no fresh fruit, and no danishes beyond prepackaged muffins. Rooms are clean, but third floor was very hot and we slept with the window open for circulation. Few other options in Ephraim.
- Brian (8/5): - Hotel staff was excellent as far as restaurant recommendations, and general assistance when needed. Facilities are nothing special, but bed
- Brent R (10/5): - Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful about the area etc.
- abel (8/5): - ok
- Nicole (6/5): - Needs to be remodeled
- Kellie (8/5): - The hotel was easy to find. It was clean. The beds were comfy. And service was fast and the clerk was friendly.
- Clint (10/5): - It was great for us
- Kevin (10/5): - Great value for the price
- Sue (10/5): - Nice clean place to stay.
- jackie (8/5): - Quick trip to watch football comfortable clean staff was wonderful. For small older hotel was very nice beds super comfortable
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Great friendliness of staff. The work crew was a little noisy in the middle of the night
- Claudia (8/5): - This is a nice, basic property. The room was clean, a little dated, but we'll maintained. Walls were very thin and we were able to listen to our neighbors conversation (no raised voices). We just needed a one night stop over and it met our needs.
- Holly (6/5): - My husband and I love this place it is quiet and clean. I didn't look the bed it was to firm and the pillows were tiny. Also the bathroom door is a sliding broken door with a screw sticking out very easy for someone to get hurt. The hot tub was dirty! The last time we stayed there the bed was soft and everything about it was perfect . So I'm not sure what happened if we just got stuck with a bad room or what. Also it was very hard to regulate the heat in the room it was blowing cold air. We had to turn the heat way up for it to blow hot air at all. And they only took cask for snacks we had to find an atm.
- Brad E (10/5): - Traveling, going to a lot of different hotels, Willow Creek Lodge has been one that is a step above most of the places I’ve stayed at. Their breakfasts are great, the staff makes you feel welcome, and easy to work with.
- Raie (10/5): - Good place little old bit l worth the price and home feeling by staff!
- Becca (6/5): - Front desk didn't communicate about hot tub hours or WiFi access.
Queen room booked, room has full beds.
- Jay (8/5): - Good location for our purpose
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The guy at the front desk was efficient but not very welcoming. He also didn’t seem very familiar with the town when asked for restaurant options. The hotel is older but clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok but they wasn’t any bacon or sausage to accompany the eggs and hash browns. There may have been some earlier but there were two sports teams staying at this hotel the weekend we were there so they may have just run out.
- Cathy (10/5): - Great place to stay if travelling through. Front desk staff very nice & helpful. Food options quite limited on a Sat eve. Closed or take out.
Beds comfortable Rooms clean & quiet
- Christopher (10/5): - Willow Creek Inn is right on the main road in the heart of Ephraim. Nice rooms and good warm breakfast. The whirlpool was nice .
- Jamie (6/5): - For the price this place is fine.
It’s old, run down. Odd furniture in halls and corners. It smells funky, the beds were not comfortable. All of that is doable for what you are paying. The worst part was the rooms were SO HOT. We knew people in 5 other rooms and all said the same thing. The air conditioners were terrible. This was February. I can’t even imagine what summer would be like. It took until 5am til the room was even bearable to be in.
- KRIS (10/5): - Clean, friendly staff, could use updates to the beds. Really hard.
- Lance Adam (8/5): - Adequate for our purposes
- David (10/5): - The stay was very good and staff was very friendly.
- Robert (10/5): - The sliding door wasn't working so entering and exiting the building was a pain. The "fitness center" consisted of a beat up treadmill and an exercise bike with a few dumbbells. The staff was great and breakfast was wonderful!
- Rene (10/5): - Staff was fantastic , older Hotel but clean
- Dalton (10/5): - Nice little place, very clean.
- Gregg (10/5): - Very nice.
- Dayton (10/5): - Easy to find.
- Cami (10/5): - Very nice, clean hotel with lots of amenities. Cute Christmas decor!
- Susan (8/5): - The breakfast waffles were good.
The price seemed quite high.
Our room wasn’t as clean as it could be and there were no water glasses or cups.
- Leonard (6/5): - The first thing I noticed was that the elevator floor appeared not to be cleaned regularly. The color of the rugs in the hallway and room made it feel dingy. The room itself was clean and beds ok. Good shower. The only hotel I have stayed at worldwide that left me a note saying I had to allow room access because they were required to clean sheets every other day. It didn't matter the fourth day when I was present and they did not change sheets at my request. Breakfast was pathetic albeit present. Coffee was brown water. The town is severely economically depressed though so I understand choices made.
