So I couldn't open the curtains.

Marvin (3/5): Not recommended. - It was fairly clean, some of the staff were good. The room I paid for and was advertised on bookings.com was not the room I was given the night I got there. The next morning I went to reception and queried this and was taken to a different room which still was not the room i booked. Some of the facilities my room should have had was a bath, ironing facilities, kettle and cups, knife, fork, plates etc. this was advertised and what an executive room should have but, was not the case. I requested an iron and did not receive it at all. I will not recommend this place and do not believe it is anything near a 4 star facility.
Marius (1/5): The Rundown Ranch - Nothing! Avoid at all cost! Tired looking room. Booked for two nights. First night no wifi, reported twice nothing was done. Also reported that the security gate at the door did not have a key! The cold water in the shower did not work and I could not get under the shower so I could just a have a wipe down. Reported all of this the next morning and asked for management to contact me. Never got contacted. When I then arrived before second night I was offered another room but was told that all had been fixed. I went to my room and nothing had been fixed. They offered me a room two doors down and I checked and found the exact same problems in that room. I packed up and left fortunately finding a room in another guest house.

RONALD (8/5): - The staff are very much hospitable, especially Mr. Berry (despite his speed 😊). I felt very safe in a place away from home. On one of the nights when the hotel was sold out, I was transferred to another place (partner hotel). I didn't like it as much due to its further location and the rooms didn't meet my expectations. Nonetheless, the hotel took full responsibility of my stay while there.

Shamaine (1/5): I did not stay - I did not stay I booked and drove there within minutes. When i got there no security, gate was wide open. Terrible sandy parking. No carports nothing. When i went in ...the staff were not even in uniforms. The guy at the desk has a apron on. When i asked the lady about the security and parking i was told thats how it is. I asvised I wasn't happy with the safety, location and parking as it appeared different on the website. She guided me on my phone to cancel the booking foe a refund. I received an email advising it is approved. When I followed up on email today that the refund wasn't received, I was told the facility does not offer refund but a credit. I advised I will not be using this facilty ever and require a refund. I am waiting for a response.

Tom (8/5): Very good - I didn't like how Berry took long to give me my invoice. Requested it upon arrival, and he promised to send in 30 minutes. He didn't. In the morning, I reminded him and promised to send by 9am, of which he didn't. Send him a reminder, and he promised 1pm, and he didn't again. After calling him and expressing my disappointment 😞 thus when he send it by 16.45
Michael (6/5): Airport stop over if on budget - Property ok for one night. Within travelling distance to OR Tambo. Safe secure parking. Restaurants in close proximity. Room spacious with comfortable bed. Confusion as to room booked. The room we booked was not available. King suite self catering, with balcony. The hot water pressure very very low.

Cleo (8/5): My stay at the hotel was absolutely pleasant. - Barry was such a vibe 😊 Staff is very friendly willing and ready to assist. Breakfast was awesome. The lady at the breakfast area was so warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I really appreciate it. - Very nice garden - Huge room! - Good location - Calm place - I booked this hotel (and better payed extra money) because of the gym. I needed a gym with treadmill for my training session. I even messaged the hotel before my traveling if they have it for sure. They answered yes - but finally the gym was under reconstruction, I couldn't use it at all. (The positive thing is that we could solve the problem by other way - thanks for the friendly staff.) - The choice at the breakfast was very small

Khunou (8/5): If you want peace and quiet, this is your place. - The service we received from Barry was outstanding. He took care of our every need. Provided driver services, suggested restaurants that gelled with our vibe. He was basically our concierge. We arrived late for breakfast and Pricsilla accommodated us. She did that with so much grace. Smart TV is a need. Please upgrade

Nina (4/5): Complaint - The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought it was 4 star according to the advert. But the sign at reception says 1 star. Reception area looks like a store room, gardens are neglected, dry and dying plants in pots, arrive 14h30 and our room was only ready 17h30. There was not even wall art in the room. The microwave stands on one leg. The TV remote did not work. It was short of a battery. The bathroom was ugly, old. Mouldy, patchy painted ceiling. The bed linen and towels are old and stained. The curtains were terrible.There are broken cars in the parking lot. There is events stuff standing around in piles everywhere.

Ntsoaki (8/5): Complaints - The garden, very clean & view of the pool. All staff members very friendly and are going extramile from supervisor to an ordinary staff member. The breakfast was a disaster very bad.No chef on site It was prepared by an ordinary cleaner.The hair was not covered.The food was not in the state of being consumed by human being.Chicken livers were stated and after eating 25minutes I had to run to the toilet with runny stomach. I really don't know whether was those food prepared for human beings or what?Shortage of staff members you waited a long time to be attended because same person is a receptionist also a cook, assist you in the room and concierge as well too much tasks in one person. Aircon dysfunctional in some rooms.
