They give you a passcode to enter the room, I had 2 emails with different codes and both codes worked - feeling safe was a huge issue. AC vent wasn’t cleaned, bad smell coming from AC unit and said “clean filter.” Couldn’t open the windows, no screen.

- Marloes (8/5): Gezellige, fijne plek voor paar dagen - Gezellige plek, leuke (maar wel harde) muziek. Grote kamer met aparte slaapkamer en gezellig zitje voor de deur. Accommodatie is aan het begin van de boardwalk. Gratis fietsen te huur (tot 7 u pm) en heel fijn zwembad (ook tot 7 u pm). Wel geopend in september! Lief personeel. De airco was vrij luidruchtig, de kamer enigszins vochtig waardoor niets droogde en de badkamer was erg klein. Veel restaurantjes zitten meer aan het andere uiteinde van de boardwalk.

He also loved laying on the loungers by the pool and people watching. No rugs in the room. He does t do well on hardwood floors. I brought my own runners to put down.
- LeeAnn (10/5): - I’ve stayed at the Shore House many times now, and I keep coming back because of the friendly staff and incredible amenities! We love the option of walking to the beach, which is only one block away, or spending our day at the pool on property. The lounging areas and fire pits are perfect for a relaxing night after the beach and boardwalk. We even forgot our beach chairs and umbrella, but the Shore House had them available to borrow! We’ll be back next summer!

Loved the pool, that it was a suite, that its dog friendly. Love that they have beach chairs, beach cart and umbrellas you can borrow. The mattress. For $500 a night I expected a higher quality feel to the mattress, it felt stiff. The bathroom was soo tight too, the sink didn’t need to be that tiny.

- Reilly (7/5): Very pretty Motel and a chilled out vibe. - It’s easily the prettiest motel in Wildwood!! The staff are really nice. The reception is open until late at night and has a welcoming scent and feel, and very helpful staff. Very Comfortable spacious and nicely decorated rooms that were immaculate, good water pressure, air con, decor, and fridge freezer coffee maker and tv were all brand new. Loads of space in the rooms and a comfy sofa bed. The shore house is a great location for the boardwalk. Staff helped us take bags up to the rooms. Able to use the laundry facilities for free. And over all a very pretty property to stay in. Poolside sub loungers and cabanas were really nice. Chilled vibe all round. As a destination, Wildwood was probably a bit too far for us to get to by public transport from Nee York. But the property itself was great. The pool area is a bit compact but I think that’s probably normal for the destination. Cleaning is on request which we forgot about in our first day. But the standard of cleaning was great.

- Joann (9/5): Overall we had a nice stay. Between the staff and visitors were all very nice. - The location was great and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful. The parking could have been better. The spots are too close together which caused me to park off the premise (and pay for parking) because a car was parked past the line and I was unable to pull into the space. Since it was after 11:00 p.m. there was no staff to assist. Another issue was the amount of dogs there. Every morning around 6:00-7:00 a.m. I was awoken by barking dogs. That was a little frustrating. This was my vacation I didn't plan on getting up that early.

Having the free wagons, chairs and umbrellas to take our stuff down to the beach was so helpful. The pool area was very nice too. It's located just 2 blocks from the beginning of the boardwalk and the tram cars, so it was very convenient. My only negative was that I wish there had been another 1/2 bath in the condo, but the seven of us managed the one bathroom okay.

Hair in the shower, dirty sink, and toothpaste all on the bathroom mirror. Had them clean specifically the bathroom the next day and hair was still there....mirror was still covered...Not sure what happened since they had such great reviews on how clesn they were. Maybe a communication issue? Staff asked for pictures the next day as well, unfortunately its not letting me add them here. The sheets were also stained on one bed and covered by a sheet.

Loved the lounges, couches and propane fire places although it was to hot that week for them it was so beautiful. Also the pool was very comfortable with floats you could use it was so nice. The staff was like staying at a resort very attentive and kind and made you feel priority. I have to say all I’ve been coming to wildwood for over 30years this was by far the best please we’ve stayed at outside of condos. I honestly cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

The beds were SUPER comfortable, and the AC worked great. The room was adorable and very clean. I liked that they provided beach chairs and carts and umbrella to take to the beach. Less packing made it very easy to pack. It's quiet and even the guests were very friendly. Having coffee available in the rooms and the office was fantastic. The pool was set up in a strange way that took up a lot of space with a fence around the entire perimeter. It eliminates a lot of seating. I did like the cabanas, though, although it's very limited seating.

The pool was temperature controlled and warm. Now about the room, oh my goodness, it was so cute. The fridge was apartment size and the microwave was nice to have. There was also a kitchen with stove and all of the dishes you may need. Very quite at night and such a lovely neighborhood. We also had a dog which was welcomed, they even had dog towels. We had a great shower head and the water pressure was perfect. Great experience for our first trip to Wildwood. 10 Stars!!! Nothing, it was perfect, so clean

Not only is the hotel itself fabulous, but every single employee was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process is done almost entirely through text, making it a seamless experience. The rooms were clean and inviting and the decor was adorable. They were so sweet and had a dog bowl and mat waiting for us in our room! They go above and beyond to accommodate dogs and their needs. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes and body lotion. There is a second floor deck with lounge chairs and cabanas, with electric fireplaces that offer the perfect spot to relax and tan, enjoy playing cards or eating a Mack’s Pizza! They offer complimentary amenities including bikes, beach equipment and towels. The entire stay was nothing short of perfect. Every single employee we encountered was super accommodating and warm. This hotel will now be our #1 spot in Wildwood. I urge you to book here and check it out if you are looking for the best beach getaway.

Didn’t really like the sets of outdoor stairs to my room on the third floor. A little dicey for an older or small person, carrying luggage up and down the stairs. The sink in the room is unusually small. A slight odor was present upon entering the room. After the ac was on for a while, I didn’t notice it as much.

The TV was tiny, the shower was weak On the last day of my stay being the only day to use the "amenities" everything was packed up the whole outside seating area the grills and the pool all locked up very disappointing it was a beautiful day and i dont swim well enough for the ocean this should have been done after I checked out the next day The manager was very apologetic
