- Victor (7/5): - This hotel was once an ultra luxury hotel on the 90s. It had everything you could ask for: two restaurants, pub, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, big bedroom with king bed and bathtub, two swimming pools and access to the beach... which also come down to the negative: unfortunately all of that has been almost forgotten as they don't receive a lot of tourists anymore and all of these amenities are run down and don't have the proper maintenance. I was almost on my own on the resort for a day.

- Brusco (10/5): Lugar excelente para descansar y escapar del ruido de la ciudad . - Felicito a todo el personal que a pesar de la situación tan difícil que ha estado pasando la isla, el Hesperia ha dado su mejor para mantenerse activo bajo toda circunstancia , Comida excelente , muchos gatitos lindos, áreas comunes en buen estado y mantenimiento de áreas verdes, el lugar es muy lejos para aquellos que quieran disfrutar de otras zonas turísticas.

La comida muy sabrosa Que no había wifi permanente Se fue la luz y se tardaron demasiado para cambiarnos de habitación. Días antes de la estancia traté de comunicarme con el hotel y nunca contestaron.

- Arbenis (8/5): El Hotel va en Recuperación - La habitación limpia, cómoda y amplia!!! Faltan amenidades en el area de la piscina, colocar más variedad en las comidas
- Pedro (2/5): Very poor - The food throughout the days was not very good, they were unflavoured and too many flies and too little variety of food, the drinks were not very good either and also all the soft drinks they serve were without gas and they could never fix that besides not offering water in bottle.

Definitely will be back WiFi signal is weak or lost time to time. Mosquitoes bite me several times around pool are & by the beach. There are so many dogs approaching customers during meal times which bothered me. Also resort is far away from city centers so you must request taxi wherever you want to go

- Mercys (5/5): it looks like the hotel doesn’t have enough budget to be a 5 stars hotel, only one restaurant is working for an all incl - the beach is clean, the staff is very friendly the hotel looks like it hasn’t been painted since 20 years ago, the rooms smell like mold, everything looks old, the beds are not comfortable, the air conditioner doesn’t run properly, the food quality is not the best, price is good, but I would have been willing to pay even more for the quality I received 10 or 15 years ago when I used to frequent this hotel a lot

- Glover (10/5): Exceptional - Great hotel, nice staff, huge cool square pool and the beach just down the steps with all inclusive bar service for cocktails. Amazing! Quite a few rude Russian tourists who treated the Venezuela staff not so well. But that is not the hotel's fault.
