- Robert (4/5): - Huge pain checking in. Only one device per room can use WiFi. TV that was hanging beside bed 8’ in the air was direct tv, I couldn’t figure it out, no one to help. Breakfast 8:30-9:30 only. We had to leave at 8. No coffee downstairs, one small decaf packet in room. No cups for it. Weird place, would never go back, would never recommend.
- Koty (8/5): - In summation, we enjoyed our stay. We had the Master Suite, which was very spacious, bathroom was huge, had a large walk-in closet. Now, check-in was a bit confusing. Phone service was rough until we could get hooked into the wifi, so we were scrambling a bit to know what to do to properly check in. The Inn is directly on a main highway, literally a turn off a fast moving highway, so that can be a bit stressful, especially if you dont know the area. Same for leaving the property, be on your toes because the traffic whips by. If you have a large truck, parking will be a bit tight. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was great, enjoyed that. We stayed only for 1 night because we went to Red Rocks to see a concert. Its a bit of a drive if you're planning on staying there after a late show, so be prepared for that. So aside from minor trivial complaints, we enjoyed the accommodation very much so for our 1 night stay!

- Marc (6/5): Beautiful spot, odd arrangement - Stayed two nights in September to bookend a concert at Red Rock. The B&B did offer a way to communicate to a service that could provide transport - 120 bucks. We ended up just driving up early and tailgating - def the way to go. As far as the property - it really is as lovely as the pictures show. Beautiful views from the dining room and from the terrace upstairs where out room was. Also, our room and bathroom were very clean. And the parking lot was convenient. Beyond that - it was a strange stay. We had the Red room - which doesn't come with breakfast (so, really just a B). Or internet for more than one person at a time. Or air conditioning at night (stipulated in the instructions). Which would have been fine, since the evening air in the mountains was cool and refreshing...except there was no tool available to open the one window in the bedroom. There was a small decorative closet with hangers - by decorative I mean the close was about 2.5 feet high, and the hangers hung over the in room mini fridge rendering them unusable except for perhaps socks. The kitchen was - there. It had an odd vending machine setup so you could purchase chips, sodas, water etc. Also some odd coffee vending machine, non working. Breakfast was served 830 to 930, oddly late. When I commented to that effect, I was informed by the cooks asst "i'm not getting up earlier". Paying what I considered a premium - I was surprised by nickel and dime attitude of the property and personnel.

- amy (4/5): - The property was described as a bed and breakfast. I have stayed at several. The staff was not welcoming. There is a strange front door that you find out that you are not suppose to use. After a long day driving and arriving at the property I was told to check my email as I stood there for how to check in. The only other staff was a man I saw the next morning that had nothing to say. It was not friendly or welcoming. It gave off the vibe that we were intruders in someone’s home.

By the end of the stay, he was announcing loudly in the dining room that the place was being sold and he didn’t have a job/home and may be doing illegal lending in an alley! Very bizarre stay and scene. Only positive was convenience to Red Rocks. The place is creepy in its own right, very overdone. I’d recommend seeing what it becomes, but skip it for now.

My only sadness is that I requested a birthday add-on for my husband since it was his birthday weekend, and he has wanted to stay here since he discovered it. We didn't get it, but it will not keep us from returning. Things happen. 😁 Thanks for sharing your home with us!

- Bethany (2/5): - My email to the owner: Yesterday we called to confirm our reservation for today. We were met with an attitudinal employee, scolding us for booking with Expedia, and he confirmed that we had a guest room. We had asked about the cancellation policy, due to the fact that we were under the impression we had paid for a suite, and he told me that was “impossible” because the suites had been booked over a month. When checking back with Expedia I noticed that I had been sent a message the day I booked the reservation (12/10/2024) offering to upgrade. How would I have upgraded if all the rooms had been booked for over a month? Nonetheless, we decide to keep the room as we were still greatly looking forward to staying, and called back to let them know that we were going to still be staying. When we called back the gentleman that answered the phone said with an exceptional attitude that “oh, it was the Eastmans again.” We drove three hours to your B&B, and call to ask if the room was ready upon arrival, and the same gentleman as yesterday said “we sent you an email 40 minutes ago” - again, extremely rudely. We sheepishly head up to our room with no interaction or help from the staff. Once in, we spend about one hour in the room before leaving for dinner reservations. We are met on the steps down by a lady and her obnoxiously loud children. We have a child we left home with grandparents whom we would have enjoyed having along, due to your website saying this was not a child-friendl

- Cam Van (8/5): Not interested due to poor front desk service! - Overall the Bed and Breakfast was a nice place to stay for my trip in the mountains. The room was quite cozy and nice for relaxation. Granted, the check in process was a little confusing at first but we figured it out. The front desk guy was, however, a different story! He was not a friendly dude whatsoever. I called to ask for a check in instruction to be emailed to my fiancée and he absolutely messed up the email address. In too of that this guy misspelled her last name and didn’t even bother to apologize. When I asked him to repeat back to me just to make sure he got it right the third time around, he flipped out and cussed…absolutely unprofessional!!!

Couldn't afford cheapest room without hotels.com discount. Even then too expensive. Still had a great Anniversay! Breakfast was OK. Server not very friendly! It is a unique setting and architecture is amazing. Our reason for staying there. An upgraded hot tub would have been nice!

- David (4/5): - Property has a quaint charm about it in the rock walls and mountain views. Main areas have a 30-40's vibe about them. Rooms appear to be overall clean, there has not been a deep clean done in quite some time. Lots of curtains and drapes, which were dusty. The coffee pot in our room was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time, not something I would utilize nor was there a way to clean it up. There are not drinks for food on the property, if you want anything you will have to bring it in with you. There are vending machines on the property, they do not work, will take your money and give nothing back. Never met anyone on the property, when we checked in, had to call the number on the door and was told that I needed to read the email sent the week prior to get front door code and code to bedroom. We never had breakfast there, saw 2 guys fixing breakfast there the first morning we were there at about 8:00am in the morning, there were 2 coffee pots on the counter space, neither was on. Never saw anyone on the second day. There is a radio that plays music in the walls somewhere, did not hardly get any sleep during the 2 nights we were there. For the $300 a night paid, it was most defiantly not worth the cost.

- Steven (10/5): - If you need to get away and reboot this is the spot. This place is not a hotel or motel it is a house or Mansion I should say . You don't even have to see or speak with anyone . You get the code to the door and a code to your room and are left alone. I turned my phone off for 8 hours and got some sleep well needed sleep. As always 5 star night. The jetted tubs and spas on the balconies are awesome also. I hate leaving this review because of availability but this place deserves a 5 star review so I'll let me little secret out. Breakfast is made to order in the morning. I love this spot on the mountain. If your going to Red Rock to see a venue this is your spot for the night
- Brandy (6/5): - We booked this non refundable room due to the option of having a shuttle to Red Rocks for a concert that we came into town for. We booked this hotel and shuttle in April 7, 2024 for our stay July 30, 2024. We were given a call July 28, 2024 to let us know that the shuttle was overbooked by one couple and we would not be able to use the shuttle. We were disappointed in this and would have gone with a different lodging option but didn’t have that option as this was a non refundable stay. There is no front desk. We arrived a little early in hopes of checking in before 4 so we could start the drive on our own to Red Rocks due to our transportation being canceled. We called the number and the person who answered the phone seemed unsympathetic and unapologetic to the situation we were put in. However, they were able to get us in 30 minutes early. This is a house with paper thin walls. Neighbors alarm clock woke us up way earlier than we intended on waking up. Breakfast was delicious but it did take an awful long time and pushed our plans back so that we were able to finish breakfast before getting on the road. Yes the breakfast was made to order but still would have been nicer to be quicker. Overall, we would not stay again.

- Dena (8/5): Exactly as described - We stayed at the Arrowhead for 1 night to see a concert at Red Rocks. It is charming and has everything you could need. They even arranged a shuttle service (for an extra price) to Red Rocks. It is an older property , or at least made to feel as such, but clean and tidy. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars for service is because of the employee who "greeted" us upon arrival and gave us our tour...(seemingly) very put out at having to greet/meet us, (seemingly) annoyed at the fact that 2 of us couples arrived at the same time and wanted tours/direction to our rooms. He had zero bedside manner, and yet he's in the hospitality industry and the first face forward reperesenting the property? We left super early the next morning to go to our next town, so we did not experience breakfast or the hosts. I would probably stay here again for a Red Rocks concert.

We did run into a few problems though, when we arrived back from the concert at red rocks there was no where to park. We ended up having to block someone else so that we could park. Once we finally crawled into bed, the ceiling light wouldn’t turn off, so we had to try and sleep with the lights on, which didn’t make for a good nights rest. In the morning I tried to call down to speak to someone, wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. Also tried going down and looking for someone, and wasn’t able to find anyone. Once I did find someone I was trying to ask for a receipt and he was zero help. We needed to be on the road a little early and breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30, so it did defeat the purpose of staying there. Not sure we would stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable, the popcorn and movies were a really nice touch. Having a couple of complementary bottled waters was nice too, since the water out of the tap and the fridge in the kitchen was not very good. The view from the decks is beautiful during the day and at night. Parking is a little tricky since it’s not a very large lot and would be really hard to navigate with a truck or large SUV. The room I was in was on the side of the highway so all the traffic, especially Semi trucks was really loud. The sound machine provided helped some when I went to sleep. There was also a soft and intermittent banging sound behind my bed in the wall. Things took a significant turn for the worse when the power went out around 4am so the sound machine stopped working and I couldn’t get a response from anyone on the service line. My room got really hot, and the cranks from the window were removed so I couldn’t open it. In addition a strong smell of cigarette smoke started coming from tue vent in the bathroom which eventually filled the whole room and then the whole floor I was on. It want until 6:30am when someone finally showed up in the main area that I could talk to in my sleep deprived state. They tried spraying some smoke smell removing stuff in my room, but the smell of that stuff was worse than the smoke smell.

- CHRISTOPHER (2/5): - Our stay was a disaster from beginning to end. I searched on Travelocity of place with a hot tub, only to find out that the room I reserved did not have one. I called the staff and the process of talking with them was painful. When we arrived, a man took us on a tour and then took us to our room. It was a room with a hot tub. I shared with the man that this room is not ours. And he said that yes it was. So I thought they had upgraded us. That evening, another couple unlocked the room and walked in. They had reserved the room. The man had taken us to the wrong room. The couple was willing to take our original room. But the management called me up and started saying lies about me and my wife, saying that we did all this, it was our fault, and that I had been calling them and causing trouble for days. This was a last minute birthday trip that we had planned the night before. We have never been treated so poorly. Customer service, management, and and staff were horrible. I would NEVER go back there. It was utter chaos for me and a number of other couples. Cool property, RIGHT off the highway. Thin walls. Horrible operation. Parking is horrible. Doors don't actually lock unless you you press a button outside. Never again.
- Deana (4/5): - The website to this property doesn't work, so I couldn't book via the actual website, and so I had to book via Expedia and they charged my account in full for the stay a week before we even checked in after Expedia stated it would charged half now and half when you checked in!!??!! This property looks very nice on the outside, however, the staff was terrible, no one even answered the phone when we called on two separate occasions to confirm our reservation, and a check out receipt was not available upon leaving. The halls had a weird smell, the rooms were not as nice as I thought they would be and the staff were all very strange people and gave us a creepy weird vibe, we wouldn't stay here again or recommend this place to anyone!!!

This was our first time in Denver and boy were we treated with the SIGHTS on the way to the manor. We arrived outside of check-in time but it was a breeze getting where we needed. The ambiance at the manor was awesome and you could not beat the views! The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

- Thomas (6/5): - I want to be fair about the rating I'm giving, but in all honesty, there are two things that pulled the overall rating down to "Average": 1. I called the day before and the day of our reservation, and spoke with "James" both days, advising that we would be arriving for a late arrival sometime before 7:30 and 8:00 pm MST. He mentioned absolutely nothing about the fact that "regular check-in" is between 4:00 and 6:00 pm MST, so when we arrived we were surprised at the nearly 10 minute call standing at the front entrance that was required to finally gain access to the property. 2. My room was nice enough, but upon arrival the room temperature was 63 degrees with the air conditioning blasting. I thought I figured out how to set the thermostat for 74 degrees, but the air conditioning continued to run until the temperature had reached a low of 60 degrees at about 10:30 pm MST. Thank God at just about midnight the air conditioning finally kicked off so that by 2:00 am in the morning the temperature in the room had risen to 63 degrees, and in the morning it was up to 65 degrees. To put it bluntly, I froze my ass off for the one night I was in that room. On the plus side, the breakfast was excellent, and we left a generous tip accordingly, but I will say that the staff, including the woman who answered the phone upon our arrival, seemed (to be generous) "addled". The bed was very comfortable and (thank God) had a warm sheet and blanket, and the bathroom was very nice also.
- Elizabeth (6/5): Birthday blues. - Arrived at 2. All excited for my stay. I specifically booked the b&b as a birthday present to myself and to take shuttle to concert at Red Rocks. I had called about a week before check in to make reservation for shuttle to concert. I was told it would be 60 dollars, since I was a single. once I got to the hotel, I knew my room probably wouldn't be available, but given how hot it was outside, asked on intercom if I could come in and sit in lobby. I had been driving for 4 hours and was hot, tired and needed to use the restroom. The guy on phone, said "we don't really have a lobby" and told me I could drive up the street. close by there was a town. So I got back in car - sweltering hot that day. I drove to a king super to use restroom and wait around there for about an hour. I hadn't heard anything on room. But decided I may as well drive back. I sat in car in lot for about an hour then was finally let in at 4. Opens into an expansive dining area, outdoor deck with chairs and tables and even a couple of seating areas. I found it super strange, why I wasn't able to wait inside. Really weird. The guy giving me the "tour" I can't remember his name, but he was not that friendly and was king of "quirky" for lack of a better word. I'm guessing there is a back story to why he is working there - because he didn't really have hospitality as his forte. He told me almost right away, that my shuttle is going to be 120 because someone cancelled, and I was the only one going.

We called the hotel and they would not let us in. Told us to come back at 4. There was no place to go but back down the mountain. My husband was so angry that we decided to book another hotel at the bottom of the mountain, so we lost $400!!!

- Erika (10/5): The most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed 🏔️😍 - We visited Colorado for my husband’s 40th birthday, and it was pretty amazing. We rented the Master Suite, and it was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! The style… the vibe… the service… was perfection! And that was just our room. When you go out into the common areas, the luxurious vibe continues. Beautiful artwork, fireplaces, furnishings… Perfect for a mini photo shoot! There is a town about 2 miles away that has everything you will need… restaurants, zip lining and other activities, a grocery store, a gas station, and many other businesses.
- amber (6/5): - Upon arrival it seemed nice but after dinner we got back to the room to use the hot tub we paid extra for and it was broken. They did take $100 bucks off but we should have just kept our original room instead of upgrading. The next night after we had changed rooms someone just walked into our room while I was in the tub. The breakfast is good and views are pretty but for the price I would not stay again.
- RENEE (10/5): - Everything about this place is wonderful. Johnny and Enrique were simply wonderful. Very helpful. The made to order breakfast was delicious every morning. The view was beautiful. We stayed in the Red Room. Cozy with clothing drawers below bed. Very clean and mattress was sooo comfy. Small table and two chairs. Small frig and coffee pot in room. Fireplace, beautiful pictures and draperies added to romantic vibes. The tv even had a romantic music channel on. The soaker/ jetted tub was big and spotless. The small gathering room upstairs by 3 of the bedrooms had seating options, a microwave with popcorn and a roomy deck. The breakfast and kitchen area was decorated beautifully in Tuscan style, along with rest of house. We took shuttle to and from red rocks, which I recommend if going to a concert. - Ashley (10/5): - As newlyweds, my husband and i LOVED this place. We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing to enjoy our honeymoon in the mountains and thats exactly what we got. Breakfast is made to order daily, the hot tub on our private balcony was relaxing, the view was phenomenal and the room was perfect size. We cant rave enough about this place. While they are smoker friendly, its only allowed outdoors. Which wasn't a problem for us. The location isnt far from shopping and good food either, so that was an added plus. We will definitely be visiting again.

- Breanna (8/5): - I surprised my husband with a stay here this past weekend. I loved how unique this place is and also how beautiful it is as well. We stayed in the Kings Quarters which was absolutely incredible. Has a beautiful huge bed and a two person jacuzzi tub. I got the breakfast for the morning and a package that had chocolate covered strawberries and apple cider and an adorable rose initial on the bed. The only only thing that was a little downside was our room was the lower level which was right underneath the kitchen area. We were really looking forward to sleeping in but heard a lot of foot traffic starting at 6 in the morning. The breakfast and the view were impeccable. They were training new staff which was fine, food was amazing just if your training someone maybe have a backup person so things aren’t as slow as it was that morning but huge huge kudos to the chef!

The person who checked me in said that since I booked with Expedia, breakfast wasn’t available to me. I looked back and the booking on Expedia said that I just needed to pay $15. I bought a cold Starbucks sandwich to heat up in the microwave while the service made breakfast for the other guests. They did not even offer me coffee 😬. The room itself was comfy although I had to climb a set of stairs and go out onto a balcony to get to my room. The jetted bathtub was very nice at the end of the day and bath salts were provided! The ceiling was slanted and low and I am a tall person! Maybe it was because I checked in at 3:20 instead of 4pm? Or I had a Texas license? (I’m not originally from Texas)

- James (8/5): - Absolutely beautiful property. The home is just gorgeous and perfect if you're attending a Red rocks amphitheater performance. The only cons are check-in is a bit confusing you have to ring the bell to get in and dont even try before 4pm. We drive over 1000 miles and couldn't really time our trip to get there exactly by 4 so had a time trying to get in a bit early, but it ended up ok. The only other con is breakfast. As in, there isnt one included at this bed and breakfast. So its technically not a actual bed and breakfast without breakfast included , right? Also, parking is very tight so no large vehicles will fit in rhe spaces.

- Lisa (2/5): Description does not match - Our experience was very disappointing. We arrived after the 4-6 PM check-in window to find only a sheet of paper with instructions on how to get into our room. We never did meet anyone in management and we stayed for an entire week. The only thing they reached out about was to collect the second half of payment for the stay – they called us after 10 PM our first night, only to wake us as we had been traveling all day. They never provided any details as to what we should expect, just got our credit card information. The internet is a disaster – despite the manager telling me repeatedly (as I had to keep calling with issues) that that they had the best system around. She blamed me for connection issues. They allow 1 device per room and even then, connectivity is very poor. Breakfast is included and advertised frm 8:30-9:30 AM. We got into the breakfast room every day before 8:30 and never once got food before 9:30 – waiting a full hour or more each day. We were a group of 4 and most days, we would get 2 breakfasts after an hour and the other 2 about 15 minutes later. We attempted to have breakfast and get out for the day, but even when we were first to arrive, staff seemed to serve people in random order. If you want to start your day early, you have to skip breakfast. I fully expect the manager to rebut each of my issues, as I now see a pattern based on prior comments. We will not be back to this property and we share this review so others wont be disappointed.
