- laura (1/5): - La ubicación El olor a humedad que habia en la habitación cuando ingresé era espantoso; se observaba en el techo una filtración de agua.No era saludable para nada. Habia un sensor en la pared que marcaba la humedad , y se alcanzaba a leer 70% de humedad, entonces se sentia mucho frío y el aire acondicionado no alcanzaba a calentar lo suficiente. No hay forma de ventilar la habitación. Wi fi : terrible , podria decir que tuve por algunos momentos . Huyan de ese lugar!!!!!

- Siobhan (8/5): Fantastic lication in the historic centre. - Fantastic location. In the historical centre, backing on to the campanile of the Duomo. Near restaurants and an easy walk to buses and close to the interesting sites of Lecce. Our host was very helpful and responsive. The messazine on the first floor was charming. Nicely decorated. The damp smell was really strong. Our host advised that it is due to the porus limestone, and just a part of staying in an old building in the historic centre. We kept the windows open, and also used the dehumidifer which did help. The stairs up to the first floor wlth two additional beds were very steep - not for the very young - or old! The bathroom was long and narrow. The end with the sink was good. The shower end was restricted.

- NICOLE (7/5): Very pleasant, friendly town, will go back in the future. - We liked the location, centre of Lecce ideal, for walking around the old town, charming with many good cafés & restaurants. on the last morning , tried to contact the host, to ask for a little more time before checking out, but impossible to speak to anyone.

- Pierre (5/5): Not satisfactory. The place should be renamed without Luxury. Not luxury at all. - Well, location is ok. The flat was smelling bad. The shower was dirty. The coffee machine was not working properly. The wifi network was not working. I contacted twice the staff who did not answer. Really disappointed by the service.

Was told someone would be by in a few minutes. No one ever showed up. Two days without Internet. So-called. “Breakfast” was just some preschool sized juice boxes, packages of dried toast and yogurt.

- San Yin (8/5): Great place in a great location with a bit too little light. - Great location, nice host who was very helpful. Good bed, clean and nice things for breakfast. The shower was a bit crammed and the shower door didn’t close properly so it begane a bit wet in the bathroom. Something of an outside would have made it perfect.
- Karen (8/5): In the heart of Lecce - The accommodation was central to the historic centre, close to lots of great restaurants, bars and interesting sights. The suite was spacious and well presented. We did have to deal with a couple of cockroaches who had made their way into the property. The proprietor isn’t on site and we tried to contact them through the Hotels.com app with no response.
- Curt (8/5): The location is very good! - Average The bathroom and in particular the shower is much too small for a 200 lbs, 184 cm person. Sitting on the loo, I had to put my legs sideways as there was not enough space for the “standard position”
- Rachel (10/5): Almost Perfect for us. - Personalized service from Mauro who gave us an early check in and met us at the room. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and quiet. Superb location. There were even treats in the good sized room. We had the split level room and the area upstairs with two single beds would be great for a couple of kids, another couple, or somewhere to spread out. We wished we had booked for longer. Thank you Mauro. More, the shower door was quite small, so it wouldn't suit a bigger person.

The location was perfect, in the heart of beautiful Lecce The toilet wasn't super clean..the shower was too small. The room smelled of humidity. You could tell they hadn't opened the windows in a long time.the bed was overall comfortable, but the materass was a bit old.

Per il parcheggio ce ne sono nelle vicinanze 10 minuti a piedi piu di uno custoditi.

The host was really responsive and we could reach her on whatsapp. Very central location and quiet at night. In the room we stayed, the shower cabin was extremely small and it had inner stairs to reach the bed which if eg. you would like to go to the bathroom at night, might become dangerous.

- Sergio (2/5): - Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza causata dalla presenza di scarafaggi all’interno dell’appartamento. Abbiamo prenotato per 6 notti e sin dalla prima notte abbiamo visto gli scarafaggi Comunicato alla proprietà, che è intervenuta in modo tempestivo la mattina seguente con una pulizia accurata , la sera seguente è ricapitato il problema Ovviamente la proprietà si è scusata dicendo causa temperature elevate, disinfestazione in ritardo da parte del comune questo problema non poteva essere evitato. Naturalmente ci si aspetta il contrario e visto come pubblicizzano gli appartamenti non dovrebbe capitare affatto. Al di là delle scuse e di averci offerto un’altra sistemazione dopo la seconda notte ( la suite) abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’appartamento per i seguenti motivi: 1 dopo la prima notte abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ci è stato detto che non cambiava nulla perché le camere sono allo stesso livello, salvo poi offrirci la suite come detto sopra 2 inizialmente hanno mostrato stupore al fatto degli scarafaggi ma poi parlandoci hanno dato la colpa al comune. 3 per le restanti notti (4) il problema non sarebbe stato sicuramente risolto Abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’appartamento, ma con la scusa che abbiamo avuto una tariffa agevolata perché non rimborsabile, non ci è stato riconosciuto nulla delle 4 notti non godute

- Guido (10/5): wonderful place to stay in Lecce! - A great place to stay in Lecce; the receptionist Tania was wonderful and made me feel very welcomed, also the owner of this place, a wonderful Italian lady brought me a delicious tiramisu-what more can you ask for when staying in Italy! The place itself had lots of beautifully restored architectural details, the room I stayed in was very nice, A/C worked well, there was a small kitchenette to use, everything was top notch! Would definately stay again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): A stunning room in an excellent location - Cadelli is a beautiful, spotlessly clean and very originally decorated & furnished B&B/suite in a very nice old building in a good location in the old town, 10 mins on foot from the train station and mins from all the major sights. It is managed by Tania who is very responsive, helpful & accommodating, accepting early check in and left luggage on check out. She speaks English too. The suite is huge, warm despite the very high ceiling and the bed is extremely comfortable. The only reason I have not given a rating of excellent is because the hot water ran out, which I understood to be strange and a one-off from Tania. Also it gets noisy til late from customers at the nearby bar during the W/E but this can be resolved by bringing ear plugs as it is such a nice experience staying at Cadelli.

Muy bien decorado, equipado con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar durante la estancia. La recepcionista, muy preocupada y atenta con nosotros. Incluso le prestó juguetes a nuestra hija. El desayuno delicioso y recien horneado. Nuestra hija de 4 años, disfrutó también la estancia ya que tenia su espacio propio al ser dos habitaciones. Si bien nuestra preocupación era el no tener estacionamiento, ofrecen a pocas cuadras uno perfecto y que camino al coche te hace recorrer unas calles preciosas y muy animadas. Sin duda volveremos.
