- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff was really kind and friendly but if you need to take relaxing vacation you choose wrong place . Te cambian las toallas dia por medio y una para cada uno , olvídate del shampo y condicionador. EL AGUA PARA BAÑARSE SOLO OFRECEN FRIA !!!!! Se escuchan las ovejas , gallos , perros todo el día y de noche es una locura querer dormir con los animales , la música fuerte por todos lados las 2 millones de motos tocando bocina a cualquier horario , el ruido de todos gritando dentro y fuera del motel . El sitio es muy limpio y la gente es agradable y servicial si quiere economizar no es el lugar se gasta más en translado aunque tienen ese servicio en un solo horario a las 8:30 am el centro queda muy lejos el motel queda en el alto de la una llanura .
- Yuliana a (10/5): - Fue una buena experiencia, las personas muy queridas, algo incumplido el transporte interno y un poco malaclaees, pero en general bn, sugerencia, el meni de la cena siempre es el mismo, bueno que lo variaran
- ELBA (8/5): Disfrute sus vacaciones con transporte de regreso - El hotel estaba muy limpio, el personal es muy amable y cortés. Mi único comentario seria que el hotel debe ofrecer “transporte al aeropuerto a la salida” dado que la ubicaciòn en La Loma, está muy alejado del paso de taxis. En nuestra experiencia fué angustioso que el taxista que supuestamente iba a buscarnos a medianoche no se apareciò y la noche del 1 de Enero no habian taxis dispuestos a buscarnos a esa hora de la noche. La opcion de ofrecer “taxi o transporte seguro al aeropuerto para cerrar las vacaciones “sin angustias” seria un “plus” para el hotel.
- Jesus (2/5): Decepcionante!!! - Decepcionante!!!, pues no existe wifi en las habitaciones, para tener acceso había que bajar a recepción. Fue toda una tragedia imprimir la tarjeta de embarque que pedía la aerolínea pues en recepción no tienen siquiera acceso a Google. La limpieza deja mucho q desear, un día no hicieron limpieza de la habitación. Al desayuno le falta variedad todos los días casi lo mismo. El acceso a la piscina es muy limitado no permiten acceso a partir de 6 pm
