- Jose Manuel (10/5): Personal muy amable e instalaciones muy cómodas - Ubicación y comodidad y amabilidad del personal Nada
- EDUARDO (9/5): - Todo muy bien El perro de 8n vecino ladraba bastante
- Amy (10/5): Great location! Very clean, welcoming, and accommodating. -
- BaldTraveler1985 (10/5): BEST HOTEL- Luxury service, amenities, restaurants!!! - This hotel was amazing in every way! Hotel itself is stunning. Boutique style but still has all the luxury amenities at a resort hotel. Rooms are modern and very spacious (actually room was quite large). The outdoor grounds are stunning - the built the hotel around the landscape (trees are inside hotel). Pool and pool bar also amazing. Pool bar is open late too. At pool bar- light dishes are offered like sandwiches and pizza. Hotel also has awesome rooftop bar and restaurant- which includes outdoor loungers (great view of the ocean). Rooftop restaurant food quality was fantastic- and menu offerings are plentiful.
Hotel staff is 5-star service with amazing customer service (we messed up on our reservation but front desk went above and beyond to help resolve. Front desk is open 24/7. If you visit Galapagos- HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
- hktraveller887 (10/5): A great hotel for your Galapagos stay - Very clean and great staff. Really a nice place to stay while in Galapagos. Room was well cleaned, front desk staff welcoming and competent.
- Andy (9/5): V large comfortable room - Central location
- SouthYorkshireColin (4/5): Very poor customer service……☹️ - We have just left this hotel this morning with generally negative views.
It’s a nice hotel with good facilities and very close to the main port and town area. We had a huge room with an enormous bed.
Very sadly in our experience some of the customer service ethos that we would expect from a hotel of this type and standard was woeful.
When we arrived initially we asked the receptionist what time we could have dinner in the restaurant. We suggested 7 and she said she would check availability. When I asked her a little later she said that it was closed as they had a group booking. We had a bit of a fraught interaction revolving g around his could they not provide dinner to residents. The reception team could not really have been any less helpful. I am celiac and need GF food and had contacted them before arrival to say as much. I never had a response.
Hey ho it’s a reasonable sized place so we went to find some where else. It’s not very easy to do but that’s the lot of a celiac☹️.
Roll on 24 hours and we headed up to the restaurant for dinner and the same thing happened. They had a group in and were not open for other guests. This time I had a bit of a “celiac dad on holiday” melt down ( I’m not really proud of myself) and this resulted in an offer to have a room service dinner. I am not saying there is not a place firm room service food but on holiday it’s not really what I would want. It’s the kind of naughty child vibe.
At this stage I wrote a less than flattering TA review (since replaced by this) and at breakfast the staff were all over me like a rash. Would we like a table for dinner tonight? What time ? We “ have group in” but we will let you have a table. Wow, thanks. We felt honoured. So at 7 we went for dinner. It was nice and I think we had very good service. Then it became clear that the breakfast for them was going to be open at 6am. That was not offed to us. We were leaving and we could have what hotels euphemistically call a “boxed breakfast”. These normally range from poor to grim and have no relationship to the nice breakfast that they have charged you for☹️. If you think they are normally bad try getting a GF boxed breakfast. They normally range from grim to off the bottom of the scale. Mine was water, a coffee, some fruit juice and a pot of chopped fruit. Place that on the scale yourself
So, make of this what you will. If you are not in a group then hopefully there will not be a group in. We travel extensively ( Two months into this trip) and we have never been in a hotel that wont let you have dinner in their restaurant.
- Eleanor (10/5): - Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was great and staff were lovely! I would definitely stay again and wish I stayed longer. Location was perfect, very close to everything in the town and less than 5 mins away from the port to get to other islands.
- 7thEarlofSidcup (10/5): Beautiful hotel, lots of steps - My room was gorgeous and this was the nicest hotel I stayed at on my recent Galápagos visit.
A serious word of warning however. Breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant, which is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and I’m sure dinner too, and the views were stunning, but there are a lot of steps and NO ELEVATOR. You have been warned.

- lindat0808 (10/5): Perfect stay! - What a little gem. We loved our time here. Exactly like in the photos. Once you enter the courtyard, it’s as quiet as a sanctuary. Our room was perfect, lots of amenities. Breakfast was incredible. Walking distance to loads of restaurants. The staff was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back!
- amunozav (10/5): My stay was excellent from start to finish. - My stay was excellent from start to finish. The facilities were spotless and everything was well organized. I especially want to highlight the staff, particularly Jerry and Luis, who were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. They truly made a difference in our experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel
- Libby (8/5): -
- Jamie (9/5): Love the service , pool and roof top restaurant - Booking Cost
- HARRY (10/5): Muy confortable.Excelentemente atendido - La atención es excelente.
- ARIANA (10/5): Perfecto. - Excelente, buen desayuno y buena atención. Las habitaciones equipadas con frigo bar , aire y televisión. El desayuno se sirve en una terraza frente al mar. No hay nada que no me haya gustado
- chitown816 (8/5): Decent hotel, but don’t leave anything behind because it will be lost for good - The hotel was fine. The room was nice and clean. The front desk hotel staff were accommodating however, when we left, we realized that we left some clothes in each of the rooms that we had checked out of. My husband left two sweatshirts and a quarter zip in our room, and my daughter left a bathing suit, shirt, and shorts in her room. When we asked the hotel about this, they claim that their cleaning staff didn’t find anything. We are 100% certain that these items were left behind. Our fault for leaving them, but I don’t appreciate dishonesty.
- Fabrizio (10/5): - All perfect, room, breakfast and staff Nothing
- Donald (10/5): -
- Donald (10/5): Great stay the staff were all kind and helpful and the hotel is great homebase while in Galapagos - Great location steps away from the port and center of town. The pool and breakfast were both great and rooms are modern and big Nothing
- yoshiaki (10/5): - Clean, spacious, snack and drinks at the pool bar, nice view on the terrace with big binoculars. Dinner service at the restaurant was very slow
- eduardo (7/5): Razoavel e muito cara a hospedagem - Localizacao Toalhas velhas , banheiro com mal cheiro
- manoj (10/5): - Large rooms, very convenient location, very nice staff.
- Woodcliffmom (10/5): comfortable and modern - Located close to the Porto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island.. Very comfortable rooms. Spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom modern. They proved a pitcher of filtered water in the room, but there is more filtered water by the pool area. The restaurant is on the top floor. The meals are delicious and breakfast has a large selection of food. The fruits are delicious. Staff is courteous and helpful.
- Roman (9/5): -
No volvería.
- Serge (10/5): Great location, modern and clean hotel - Clean, modern and elegant No elevator
- avidreaderatl (10/5): Definitely recommend this hotel - We stayed in this hotel prior to a cruise and we’re very happy with it. Hotel decor is just beautiful, especially on the rooftop restaurant. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide me with hypoallergenic bed linens upon advance request. Location is awesome as it is within less than a quarter of a mile from the main strip of restaurants and bars. Beds are enormous and rooms are also very large. shower pressure is low, but this island has a lot of problems with water so that’s to be expected. Breakfast was fantastic, try the hotel’s special sauce and Ecuadorian, coffee! Staff arranged for a cab to pick us up in the morning and everything went seamlessly. The only thing I would change about this hotel is to make the rooms more soundproof. It’s very quiet at night, but once things get going very early in the morning, you’re going to hear activity outside, especially if you were in the bathroom. It’s great if you are an early riser, but if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in, this may not be the hotel for you.
- Adam (10/5): -
- Shaena (10/5): - Centrally located with lots of choices to shop and eat. A block away from The Port and plenty of taxis available.
The Staff was great and their breakfasts in the morning are incredible! WiFi was a little spotty but that’s the only thing I’d change. They even packed us little snack bags for our airport run!!
- Maria (9/5): -
- TARA (8/5): - The hotel was in a good position, close to the town and the sea front. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very big, as was the bed.
However the rooms were very noisy, particularly very early in the morning with scraping of chairs, slamming of doors and people being noisy.
The rooms could also do with a bit of maintenance in several areas. The shower was not particularly great and the dispensers for the toiletries were unattractive and didn’t really work. The breakfast was also pretty basic and didn’t really change much.
All in all, although the hotel was good, I felt that it was very overpriced for what it offered.
- Princessitaly (8/5): Nice hotel near with friendly staff - The hotel is conveniently located close to the main street, restaurants and shops. It offers free bike rental. The staff goes above and beyond to make one’s stay enjoyable. The rooms are large with a nice sea themed decor.
- bobbie277 (10/5): Terrific hotel close to shops and restaurants - This is a fantastic hotel! It's very close to shopping and restaurants in Puerto Ayora and half a block off the main street, Baltra Street. The staff and management were terrific during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. In fact, we were there when the big earthquake hit in Russia causing there to be a tsunami alert. The management calmly evacuated us to higher ground until it was safe to return.
The rooms are huge! There is a big bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of counter space in the vanity area. They provide a pitcher of filtered water to use for drinking and brushing your teeth.
I would definitely stay at the Ikala again!
- 810catalinap (10/5): Recommended - We stayed in two different rooms at Ikala during our trip to Puerto Ayora. The first time we spent 3 nights here and had a room right next to reception. We didn't like this room as much as the one has had when we returned for 2 more nights. The room we had first was huge, but a little loud at times because of its location. The bed was two double beds put together which made it too big. The staff here is very polite and helpful, and they answered every question we had quickly.
The second room we had was on the first floor and we loved it. It was a little smaller, but much more quiet.
Breakfast was excellent. After two weeks of only being able to have eggs at breakfast, the chef at Ikala was able to make me Gluten free pancakes and Pan de Yuca. It was delicious and made such a change. It was lovely to have something else apart from eggs and fruit.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- W7526RTjimb (10/5): Good hotel, convenient location. - This was a nice hotel, and we had a large room without a balcony which was modern and well laid out. The bathroom was large but the quite see-through glass surrounding it meant you could see a person on the toilet etc. This wasn’t so great!
There were a few niggles that could be easily improved. Staff unfortunately could not, or would not, turn the music off around swimming pool when we were the only ones there in the middle of the day trying to relax. The breakfast was great. However, one morning we turned up 7 mins early to the breakfast area at 6.23 (6.30 start!’) because we had a 7am tour. It was pointed out that it would be ‘open’ in 7 mins and we could not even get some fruit or a coffee from the jugs which were already set out and available. The staff appeared to just be applying a rule rather than be a bit flexible and helpful to their guests. Maybe the hotel management are very strict?
Breakfast bags and coffee were provided when we checked out before breakfast time which were very good. Overall it was clean, there was a fridge in room and free water in the bar area. There were only 4 loungers and a day bed around the pool which means there may not be enough when the hotel is busier. There was no lift, but staff helped with suitcases. All staff spoke excellent English!
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Approx 100m from port area and so it’s a very convenient location.
- jennifer (10/5): - Beds too hard
- 991udayt (10/5): Great hotel well located - We decided to stay in Santa Cruz after our Galalpagos cruise.
This hotel is located near the centre, it hsa an airy feel about it with lots of trees and a pool in the central courtyard
We had a nice room, large with a big bed, all teh required amenities, wi fi and ac
The breakfasts were good and we could sit by the pool and have cocktails and snacks
The staff were all friendly and very helpful
We could have used bikes provided but everything was walkable so we did not bother
Very nice place
- 944genam (10/5): Would definitely stay there again! - Gorgeous hotel! We would definitely stay there again. Loved the pool, the staff, the food they had for breakfast each morning. Great attention to detail, and the staff was attentive to helping us with a few issues we had with transportation.
- Michelle (10/5): - Great staff and location. Breakfasts were great with pretty views. We also really enjoyed dinner the night we ate there. The rooms were very spacious. Would highly recommend.
- Lise (9/5): Great hotel close to main pier and in quiet part of town - highly recommended - Great location , reception staff v helpful , clean and large rooms
- Travelmomofsclub (10/5): Great stay! - We stayed one night at the hotel before we traveled to Isabella. The staff was very welcoming. The rooms were huge and comfortable. The rooms had very modern feel and lovely bathroom. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful carrying our heavy bags up the two flights of stairs. My daughter left her retainer at the hotel and we called the following evening - they had it in a safe place and when we returned to the hotel two days later they had it at the front desk for my husband so we could quickly retrieve it- it was very kind of them to hold it!! It was great hospitality! We would recommend this hotel! It also is a great location - close to the port and Main Street with shops and restaurants
- TONYIndianharbourbch (10/5): Great boutique hotel - We decided to go to the Galapagos for spring break and booked this hotel, it was close, walking through all of the major sites and very close tothe portport area. The rooms were a good size and clean. The breakfast was really nice on the hotel rooftop! The staff was very helpful and very accommodating
- robcrankin (10/5): Excellent find in the center of Puerto Ayora - We really enjoyed staying at the Ikala Galapagos. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The pool area has nice shade for sitting and a nice pool bar. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of town. The staff was also helpful, preparing a box breakfast for our early departure.
- frank (6/5): - They forgot to pick me up , they apologized and thought by buying us one drink it would compensate the mistake , no gym , small pool .
- Cirino (10/5): - Super place! Clean, comfortable, spacious and modern. The staff was perfect and extremely friendly. Fully recommend for anyone staying in town.
- rebeccaz916 (8/5): Very good minus bad WiFi - Solid experience at Ikala. Perfect location for exploring Puerto Ayora as you are right by all the restaurants and shops. Also super close to the dock where tours leave. A big supermarket is also around the corner. I had a nice afternoon one day laying by the pool and swimming. Room had all needed amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner). Solid breakfast - eggs to order, fruit, juice, coffee, French toast. They also made me a great to go breakfast on a day I had to leave too early to eat. The only reason I take one star off is because I found the Wi-Fi painfully slow. Like difficulty even messaging one photo to my family over WhatsApp. Definitely no ability to stream or download anything. Difficult to even browse Tripadvisor.
Other than that, no complaints.
- D2748QDscottc (10/5): A gem - The staff are incredibly nice. Rooms are huge, clean, and well designed. Very quiet at night. Great amenities. Just a few minutes from the harbor. The restaurant is rooftop and breakfasts are wonderful.
Highly recommend this hotel when you're in Santa Cruz.
- Alexan (10/5): Highly recommended! - The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything in Puerto Ayora and especially the port docks from where all excursions start. It was very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious, offered great breakfast with a view of the port, nice bar + swimming pool area.
- Azure (10/5): - Most things are walkable or a cheap taxi. Could get you around most other areas.
- Maria Lourdes (10/5): - Very nice and friendly hotel and staff. Close to everything. The service is up to par, the breakfast is great and the staff are attentive. Definitely one of the plus on our visit to the beautiful Galápagos Islands.
- DON (10/5): - We had a lovely time. The staff were so kind and the location was amazing while also remaining quiet.
- Poul (10/5): 5 dias, 4 noches - Excelente el hotel. La ubicacion no podía ser mejor. Nuestra habitación super cómoda, el desayuno muy bueno. La atención de todo el personal de primera. La comida del restaurante excelente. Recomendadisimo!
- 0Pete_23 (8/5): Good location and friendly staff - We arrived around 8:30am on the speed boat from Isabela. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but within an hour, during which we sat on the loungers around the pool our room was available. We were allocated rm 101 which is near the reception area and can be noisy, especially one morning when a large French group decided to have a heated discussion amongst themselves. The room itself had 2 twin beds, tv, minibar, aircon and a ceiling fan, there is no coffee or tea provided in the room. Good sized bathroom with a walk-in shower with toiletries provided, also good quality towels and a hairdryer. We had a small balcony which was completely enclosed by a wooden fence because it looked towards the front of the hotel and the reception area, so it wasn’t a nice place to sit. There is a pool, with a few sun loungers and a bar. Meals are taken in the fourth-floor restaurant which has great views over Santa Cruz, but there are no lifts to the fourth floor. Breakfast consists of fruit, cereal, juice, coffee and pastries with an egg option cooked to order. We ate in the hotel on a couple of evenings, one of which was a sushi evening, which we didn’t want but there was only a limited general menu available. All the staff we came across were always polite and very helpful especially the staff in the restaurant.
- JeanneFleur63 (10/5): Didn’t Want to Leave - What a great base to stay for touring Galápagos. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to town with incredible restaurants ( recommend Bahía Mar and Al Mar!) insane bed, possibly two queens put together that was enormous and super comfortable. Breakfast served on rooftop, but since I can’t climb four flights, they served me poolside. Very congenial staff. The people of this area are so warm and welcoming and it’s a very safe area. I just loved this hotel!
- CMR612 (10/5): Beautiful ‘Boutique’ Hotel - We booked a scuba certification through PADI and they hooked us up with Ikala Hotel. It was perfect! Centrally located near the main street it was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in 15 min or less. All the important things- Scuba Iguana (for us), Charles Darwin Research Center, Galapagos National park to Tortuga Bay (bay was a longer walk), and the pier. As well as tons of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and guides all nearby. The whole area felt extremely safe at any hour of the day.
The hotel itself is lovely! The main office is helpful and friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted with juice and welcomed to the bar area by the pool while the staff brought our luggage to our room. We booked one of the suites, it was very clean and well put together. Large bathroom, couch, balcony, filtered water pitchers were put in the room daily and everything was just very nice.
If you have breakfast included (which I recommend), there is a buffet daily from 6am - 10am; fruit, pastries, daily items, fresh juices, coffee, and they offer eggs cooked to order.
Everything about this hotel was so great that after we went to Isabela island for a few days, we decided to come back to stay before having to catch our flight home. This time we booked a standard room and it was just as nice!
Thank you Ikala for a wonderful stay!
- Planeman787 (10/5): Great place - Can’t do better on Galapagos - Great hotel! Best of five I’ve stayed at on the Galápagos Islands. Spacious rooms, hot water, nice restaurant, central to port and other restaurants and shopping, gratis bikes for riding around, pool, gracious and hard working to please staff, has other locations in Ecuador as well.
- Jan (10/5): - This hotel is ok, location very good, staff is very helpfull, rest is your disaire???
- David (10/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and cleaned.
- LindaSeattle (10/5): Beautiful rooftop view! - The staff at the hotel are amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! The rooms are good sized and come with a mini-fridge. The decor is in an aqua blue/white color theme which is beachy looking and pretty. The restaurant offers a very nice breakfast buffet and gorgeous views.
The hotel is in a great location to walk to the Darwin Research Center, shops and restaurants. You get to see lots of Marine Lizards, Pelicans, Seals and check out the sharks at night at the Pier
Heads up that there isn't an elevator.
- Travel827038 (10/5): Amazing split stay - We stayed on two different nights one at the beginning and one at the end of our trip. Both rooms were wonderful and the staff was excellent, and provided assistance whenever we needed it.
The breakfast was great and the rooftop dining had a great view of the harbor.
- Darlene (10/5): - Needs more storage space and a long mirror. Really liked the trees and landscaping.
- Erik (10/5): - This property is very upscale and quiet! You won’t go wrong here. It is central to everything in Puerto Ayora.
- Patricia (9/5): Superb -
- Wendy (10/5): - The property is beautiful. Close to restaurants, travel agencies, pharmacy, stores. Walking distance to the docks and convenience stores. Service was outstanding, food was amazing, rooms were impecable and staff was so nice and friendly. Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to return soon!
- Olesya (10/5): - I think this is the best place to stay on Santa Cruz, everyone was excellent and provided great service.
- Superses20 (10/5): Fantastic stay - Absolutely fantastic hotel with close access to the town. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. During our trip I wasn’t well and the staff were really accommodating and made a difficult situation better. Would highly recommend. The rooftop restaurant has great views of the island
- Kerstin (10/5): - Absolutely lovely hotel within walking distance to Pier 1 and many restaurant, yet very quite. The staff went above and beyond and rooms are very clean and spacious.
Thanks for the lively stay!
- Nadia (10/5): - Ikala was the perfect hotel for my stay in Puerto Ayora. It’s two blocks from the pier, close to all the tour guide offices, close to all the restaurants and shopping. As a single female, I felt safe and well cared for. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. There’s a great restaurant with a view, pool and bar. The front desk spoke English which I was grateful for since I don’t speak Spanish. I will definitely stay here again as I plan to go back as soon as possible.
- CHRISTIAN (8/5): - I will start with the amazing staff always there to help you, property is safe and in a great location. Rooms are comfortable but internet signal around of property is very little. Breakfast buffet is very tasty and delicious.
- Ulpiana (10/5): - It is a beautiful, modern, comfortable and quiet hotel. The breakfast is excellent and the staff so kind and helpful.
Thank you
- Fay (10/5): Amazing stay - Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, nice breakfast, very relaxing atmosphere and didn’t feel crowded around communal areas as not many rooms. Huge comfortable beds! Great air con and WiFi. Happy hour at pool bar could change the drinks selection daily.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely - The hotel was lovely. Staff were really helpful, the pool was nice. Can't say more about it just that it was a lovely stay
- Laura (9/5): Great stay! - Location, large room with balcony, great staff, pool and pool bar, great breakfast on upper terrace
- Sally (9/5): A little oasis in Puerto Ayora - The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The 4th floor dining and seating area has a wonderful view of the port and a great breeze if you wish to cool down. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and the location is quiet but close to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. The pool was rather warm when we stayed so not as refreshing as it could have been.
- Fiona (10/5): - All the staff are most kind and welcoming. Thank you for taking such care of us.
- Aditya (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Amazing Property - Our stay at Hotel Ikala was a wonderful experience. Clean spacious rooms with beautiful common areas. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Would recommend 10/10!
- Jessie (9/5): Superb -
- Sheelagh (10/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is large and clean. The courtyard is beautiful.
- Christopher (10/5): - Amazing location, very helpful staff, restaurant was very good, with a great view.
- abel (10/5): - Very friendly staff and great location. We used the free bikes every day to go around the town.
The breakfast has a great selection of options and the staff prepares the eggs just how you want it.
Would definitely recommend.
- Morgan (5/5): No hot water and overpriced - Decent bathroom and room. Good location. Friendly staff. I couldn't get hot water the morning I was due to leave and travel for 32 hrs. Someone came to look, did not fix it, and 30 mins before my taxi was to come pick me up they said they would move me to another room. Luckily, I was traveling with family in another room and could use their shower before that point. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to shower before leaving. For $243 a night, that is unacceptable. They have a long list of rules you have to follow, no smoking on the premises, bar and pool close at 8pm, etc. They don't have a hot tub. Breakfast was mediocre. No elevators, so you have to walk to the 4th floor to eat breakfast. All of this could be overlooked if the price was less than $100 per night, but it was more than double that. I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.
- scott (8/5): - Unique and tranquil. The coffee situation and not being available is my only complaint. Most people are early risers and would like coffee watching sunrise. Period!
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laurie (10/5): - This hotel is in the ideal location about five minutes from the public pier where all of my boat tours departed from. I absolutely loved my large, very clean airy and modern room with a lovely view from the large windows. I wanted a top notch hotel and this definitely met my expectations. Checkin was very easy and friendly and they took my bags to my room for me. Service was excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning; very fresh, clean area, with a beautiful view of the water. I would definitely stay here again.
- Lauren (10/5): - Thank you Katherine and Richard for your great service!
- Koen (10/5): - Beautifull hotel next to the center of Puerto Ayora. Spacious rooms with all comfort needed; Agreable pool .
Great place to relax.
Very friendly staff aand good breakfast.
- Miyeon (4/5): Disappointing - I had booked a double suite for 2 adults for 5 nights at $1400. Upon arrival I was told it was a single occupancy room and should pay the second adult extra. When going on “view room details” there is a section where you can update guest info. It was automatically set to 1 guest eventhough at booking the room was advertised as price for 2 adults. I had just forgotten to update guest info before checkin and therefore was charged extra eventhough I had paid for 2 adults already. We later changed the hotel and I could simply update the guest info to 2 without being charged twice.
- Shaila (8/5): good value for the price and prime location - The included breakfast was great quality and always a great start to the day. My favorite was the bike availability for us to use. we used the bikes everyday and definitely saved us a lot of walking or having to pay for taxi. 2 night dinners wasn’t available
- Viktoria (10/5): - Ikala is a great hotel.
- Mario (10/5): Exceptional -
- yaron (8/5): Very nice and centrally located hotel - Very nice hotel. Clean. Big room. Nice pool.
Breakfast is poor, I expected much more variety for the price of the hotel.
Centrally located.
- Kieran (4/5): Not worth the price paid. But location was good and staff excellent - Breakfast and staff was excellent The showers were seldom hot and not enough water pressure
