• Paula (6/5): Para una estancia básica - La ubicación Las ventanas no tienen cristales por lo que oíamos todos los ruidos de la calle. La ropa de cama no daba la sensación de limpia . No sé si era vieja, si no las planchaban …el caso es que tenía manchitas ,no estaba blanca …

When you walk in, you are welcomed into a beautiful garden space with all the amenities you’ll need. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. The owner, Andres, went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

• Sandra (9/5): Muy cómodo y bonito - El sitio es increíble, muy bonito y se siente mucha paz durante el día, es un hotel para hacer vida y disfrutarlo. Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle y hay mucho ruido nocturno, nos dieron tapones y se agradece pero si quieres un lugar para descansar por la noche bien, Salento no es. No es culpa del alojamiento realmente pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta.

• Robin (7/5): Charmant mais un peu roots. - L’établissement est idéalement situé, au calme mais en restant au cœur du centre ville, le jacuzzi est agréable et le lieu a du charme. La chambre est assez petite et sommaire, il faut enlever la bâche du jacuzzi et la remettre à chaque fois manuellement ce qui ne correspond pas vraiment aux standards d’un 4 étoiles. Si vous êtes un peu roots c’est très bien, mais si vous aimez le confort ce n’est peut être pas l’endroit idéal même si cela reste très correct.
• Christine (8/5): Ein mit Herz geführtes kleines Hotel mit wunderbarem Innenhof - Dadurch das es so wenige Zimmer sind habe ich es genossen das Personal (und die Tiere) kennen lernen zu können. Auch mit wenig bis gar nicht spanisch konnten wir uns gut verständigen und konnten manchmal sogar zusammen lachen. Hier arbeiten alle mit Herz. Jeden Tag habe ich beobachtet wie der Garten und die Veranda inklusive Jacuzi gepflegt werden und ich hab volles Vertrauen, dass sie alles pflegen wie es nur geht. Das Frühstück ist total okay, jeden Morgen kannst du dich auf einen gedeckten Tisch für dich freuen und aussuchen wie du deine Eier willst oder eben Yoghurt mit Cornflakes als Hauptgang (Früchte und Saft und Kaffee sind immer dabei). Was ich auch sehr gut finde ist, dass immer ein Wasserspender und Tee bereit stehen. Da ich relativ lange da war (8 Nächte) habe ich auch mal vormittags die Veranda genossen um mich zu sonnen oder die Hängematte um einfach mal zu chillen. Ich hab Recca die Papageiendame sehr gemocht (Sie mag Frauen-Glück gehabt) und die beiden kleinen Haushündchen konnte ich auch ins Herz schließen. Und ja: wenn man sich abends im Jacuzi aufwärmt und den Mond beobachtet ist das sehr entspannend und schön. Ich hatte ihn immer für mich alleine, weil ich vielleicht auch immer relativ früh Abendessen war und danach im Hotel. Alle Bilder sind absolut richtig/authentisch. Man sollte wissen: Wenn es zu kalt ist, dann ist das Zimmer auch entsprechend kalt und schattig sowieso. Die Fenster sind zur Straße und man hat sie deshalb nicht immer auf. Luft kommt dennoch durch die Badezimmerfenster rein, was mir wichtig war. Ich war vorher auch in einem Hotel in Salento und auch da war es eher so, dass die Zimmer zweckmäßig zum Schlafen sind. Ist man tagsüber da, hält man sich im Innenhof auf. Und genau dafür ist hier genau richtig.

• Sandrine (9/5): Se baigner seuls en famille dans ce lieu magnifique était génial ! - L’hôtel magnifique dans le pur style colombien est très bien situé dans Salento mais un tout petit peu excentre, ce qui est parfait ! Les équipements, de la literie au jacuzzi sont en très bon état. Le personnel est adorable !

• Kissling (6/5): klingt vielversprechender, als es ist - Terrasse ganz toll grundsätzlich sehr liebevolle Anlage mit viel Pflanzen und Yakuzzi, welches wir aufgrund trüben Wassers nicht genutzt haben Personal freundlich der hauseigene Vogel namens Rebecca ist ur lieb und zutraulich Badezimmer viel zu klein obwohl großes Zimmer mit 3 Betten für 2 bis 4 Personen genommen, kein Platz für Tisch bzw. Sessel oder gar Garderobe zum Aufhängen von Kleidung leider keine Beleuchtung beim Bett zum Lesen zum Licht abdrehen musste man das Bett verlassen, da kein Lichtschalter in der Nähe des Bettes viele Steckdosen, jedoch sollten diese öfter überprüft bzw. angeschraubt werden, da nicht alle trotz kolumbianischem Adapter nicht funktionierten Bei den Wasserhähnen in der Dusche fielen die Abdeckungen herab Frühstück sehr spartanisch, obwohl Ei nach Wunsch zubereitet wurde manchmal nur lauwarmes Wasser zum Duschen nur ein Mistkübel und dieser befand sich im WC Bereich
• Maxime (8/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel, hotel charmant typique avec plein d'arbres, la gentillesse du personnel, le coin hamac ect... Hotel bruyant où l'on entend tout ce qui se passe a l'extérieur, les chambres donnent toutes sur le jaccuzi et certaines personnes y restent jusqu'à très tard, ils parlent, mettent de la musique et chantent. Dommage que la direction n'intervienne pas pour calmer le bruit a partir d'une certaine heure. La gérante est venue toquée a notre porte le 1er jour pour que nous réglions la chambre alors que nous étions tranquillement entrain de faire une sieste. Peut etre cela aurait pu attendre de nous croiser dans l'hôtel lors de nos entrées/sorties sachant que nous restions 4 nuits au total.
• Armw73 (10/5): Estadía perfecta. - La habitación muy buena, lo mismo la ubicación. El trato del personal desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestro retiro fue un 10. Si volvemos a Salento, sin dudarlo buscaría el mismo hotel. La única crítica sería que en el baño de la habitación principal el desague del lavamanos era ,uy lento y el agua se acumulaba.

• Leon (9/5): Tropische oase in een levendige stad. - Zeer leuk appartement vlak bij het centrum maar uit de drukte. Grote kamer boven en iets kleinere kamer beneden met een complete keuken ernaast. Grote tafel op het terras met lekker warme jacuzzi. Ontbijt kun je kiezen uit 4 soorten eieren of yoghurt. Menu staat in diverse talen (incl Nederlands ) op een kaart. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Spreken geen Engels maar met de vertaalapp is alles te regelen. Het hotel is een tropische oase in de stad. Centraal zwembadje en een chillplaats waar je een openhaard aan kunt maken . Het slotje van het bovenste app werkte niet maar er kan daar niemand komen dus dat was niet zo erg.

Por la noche si te dan una habitación a la calle no se puede dormir , no esta nada insonorizada, ni siquiera tiene cristales solo contraventanas, y ademas nos tocaron unos huéspedes que vinieron armando barullo en la madrugada y en el hotel no hay nadie a partir de las 18:00 que les pudiera llamar la atención
• Álvaro (10/5): - Se trata de un hotel familiar con sólo cinco habitaciones. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba muy limpia. Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la calle principal de Salento. El jacuzzi es un plus importante. Las anfitrionas son encantadoras. Nos trataron como en casa.
• Steven (9/5): A little slice of heaven in Salento. - The property is lovely. On the outskirts of town but still an easy stroll and felt safe and homely. Great breakfast and pool. Staff were incredibly helpful. It can be noisy … cockerels and motorbikes but quieter than being in town. A few more hooks and shelves would help in the room but similar to other Colombia hotels.
• Ruth (8/5): Für ein paar Tage in Ordnung - Der Pool war klein aber fein, auf jeden Fall schön warm, es war toll abends bei kühleren Temperaturen baden zu gehen und sich auch aufzuwärmen. Die Unterkunft hatte Charme, es war sehr hübsch dort. Die Lage ist toll, nicht weit von der "Hauptstraße" entfernt, zum schlendern und zum Essen gehen. Wir hatten ein Mietwagen und konnten immer vor der Unterkunft parken. Frühstück war gut. Zimmer und Bad war recht klein. Hochbett war etwas kurz und unbequem. Wenig Platz zum verstauen für eine vierköpfige Familie. Schade, das man die Küche nicht mitnutzen konnte um mal etwas warm zu machen. Es war keine Waschemöglichkeit vor Ort, obwohl bei booking so angegeben. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Preis - Leistung - Verhältnis nicht zufrieden

• Rinke (9/5): Geweldige locatie.zeker het appartement! - Prachtige locatie, heel fijn appartement en fijn personeel wij verbleven met ons gezin in het appartement. Dat was heerlijk. Mooie tafel, met jacuzzi, heerlijk bed en prachtige badkamer in een mini jungle in de stad. Het appartement is niet toegerust om te koken. Dat is goed om te weten. Er zijn bijvoorbeeld geen pannen of bestek. Maar je kan prima eten afhalen of naar leuke restaurantjes in de buurt gaan. En het is in sommige kamers best gehorig: je hoort de paarden en auto’s heel goed rijden. Wel krijg je oordoppen!

• Joke (7/5): Charming safe stay in good location for visiting Salento, Filandia and Cocora Valley - Very good location in the centre of the village but no street noise, very cute and charming place, in the same beautiful Salento style. A good starting point for Filandia and Cocora Valley. Friendly staff, parrot, and 2 dogs. Basic breakfast but good. The doors of the room aren't soundproof, so when you're not the only guests, be aware that you'll hear the noise of the other guests starting at 7 am. This isn't an issue for us since we wanted to get up early anyway.
• Jolyn (7/5): Homely stay in perfect location - This is a very nice homely stay, with lovely people and a nice breakfast with fruits, eggs or cereal. The location is super, in the middle of town but away from the busy streets. We stayed in the apartment with 2 rooms, one for us and one for the children. The master bedroom is a level higher than the other bedroom. The master bedroom is spacious and has a nice bathroom with a good shower. The curtains make it really dark, ideal if you still have a jet lag. The apartment had its own entrance, which is great. The smaller bedroom has no windows, so it’s a bit stuffy and dark.

• Tran (10/5): it was a lovely stay for the four of us and we would come back - it was so homey - the breakfast was delicious, the pool jacuzzi was so nice, and the room was really nice, and they changed the sheets every night. we had an early morning tour and they packed breakfast for us! honestly nothing - they helped us with everything and claudia helped us organize a coffee tour!

• Aviad (9/5): Superb - A lovely relaxing place. The staff is very nice and helpful, the room and the bathroom were very clean. Big bathroom. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. There’s a place near the kitchen for free coffee and tea. The room is small if you arrive with 2 big suitcases.
• Robert (10/5): Wonderful stay - super friendly - The property is at the quieter end of ‘town’ and is a real retreat when you visit. Everything is beautifully managed and clean and the staff are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are super, but as other reviewed have said, can be a little noisy as the lead into the terrace where people eat. Personal highlight were the two little dogs who live there. Recommend 💚

The family running the place was incredibly sweet and even made our breakfast to go one day when we had to leave early for the airport The sauna didn’t seem to work (although to be fair we didn’t ask for help) but the pool/hot tub was really warm which made up for that.

• Cassandra (10/5): Lovely, charming place. - Breakfast was good. The grounds lush and beautiful, and the location perfect. A bit out of the hubbub, but easily walkable to town center.
• Anna (7/5): A nice place, but not great - Good location, nice jacuzzi in the garden. It is a nice place, but for this price I think I would have chosen another hotel. The breakfast is very simple, the rooms quite small. And although I know the hotel is not responsible, there was very loud music during the dat from the neighbors.
