• Ward (10/5): Very clean and comfortable apartment in the Main Street but very quiet too. - Spacious studio with comfy sofa and large flatscreen. Well equipped kitchen. Bed was a bit soft but that’s probably personal preference.
• Vicky (8/5): Lovely and quiet, convenient spot with off street parking. Close to cafes and had all we needed. - The location was great - central and the car park was very convenient. We liked the indoor/outdoor area and the street was lovely and quiet. 1 min walk to great bakery for brunch was added bonus. Lisa was very quick to respond to messages and helpful. Some of the outdoor furniture is starting to break up, not a big deal but needs fixing soon.
• Greg (10/5): A wonderful place to stay. We loved this apartment. - Couldn’t imagine finding a better apartment for a Mudgee holiday. Facilities are top notch. Walking distance to the centre of Mudgee. Supermarkets close by. A coffee shop a block away. Biggest and smartest TV we’ve ever enjoyed.
• Peter_Stewart (9/5): Great location and facilties, with the exception of the bathroom - The Apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. We slept reasonably well. The location of the apartment was excellent as it was walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Also, the Historic walk was also very close. The apartment facilities were excellent and the apartment size was very good. The only let down for the apartment was the shower. The screen was not located properly causing water the splash everywhere. There was no storage in the bathroom, not even a shelf, so our toiletry bags had to be left on the floor.
• Michael (9/5): Came up from Sydney for the Mudgee races and was very happy with the apartment. - The property was very comfortable and pretty close to town centre. Very roomy and clean. Bathroom was a touch on the small side for the size of the room.

There was a little bit of confusion when accessing keys to the property but this was quickly resolved and the owner even turned up to check all was ok which was very appreciated.

I didn’t realise there were stairs involved but that was my poor research . Batteries for heater operation were flat but we didn’t need heater in the end

Nice walk in wardrobe off the bedroom. The bathroom is very small and narrow. The shower sprays water all over the floor as one half of the glass shower screen is broken/missing and there is no temporary shower curtain. The owner was aware of this issue and had not addressed it prior my 4 night's stay. The kitchen has no stove or oven - only a microwave. Could have been more coat hangers provided. Only 3 were there..

It was hot and humid during our visit but the aircon worked a treat and was great after a day’s touring. Couldn’t fault this location and property.

Miles better than a hotel room. I just wish I could have stayed for longer, a very comfortable experience. Next time I'm back in Mudgee, I'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you very much. • Jon (6/5): - This review is based purely on our experience and applies to 115A (the slightly cheaper of the two suites). The short of it is - if you are over 6' tall, or have a problem with stairs, or a light sleeper (all of which apply to me), then look elsewhere. If none of these are a problem for you, then the location is good. Walkable to downtown, very close to a great cafe and bakery for breakfast. As stated in another review, the photos don't do the space justice. It is roomy, although everything is interconnected - ie there is no separate bedroom. The bed is comfortable, as is the lounge. Huge TV and the kitchen facilities are fine - if not a little weird with the way the laundry is installed - but not a show-stopper. Communications with the owner were clear and timely. 115A is upstairs, having to cross through a common access area with a business. This was not really an issue - but just a little odd. It is a narrow and quite long staircase. For the fit and healthy - this should not be an issue. I am a light sleeper and the traffic noise in the morning did wake me. It is located on one of the main arterial roads into town. As for being over 6' - an early morning wander to the bathroom resulted in me cracking my head on a ledge above the toilet. If you are under about 6', or don't need to take bathroom breaks in the dark - then you should be fine. Oh - and to the owner, please ensure the kitchen rubbish bin is empty for new tenants in future.
