El desayuno muy completo. la habitación 1208 es una doble con camas twin separadas, es muy pequeña, el baño es del mismo porte, no está a la altura de las otras habitaciones. Además, está justo bajo el bar por lo que en la noche es muy ruidosa, nos tocó una noche con música electrónica que excedia el volumen aceptable. La musica termina a la medianoche, pero como estabamos de tour mas temprano nos pareció muy incomodo.

Geralmente o café da manhã dos hotéis é muito simples, tem 4 ou 5 itens e pronto. Aqui já é diferente, mais farto. Pouca água, ou melhor somente uma garrafa de água por dia.

- Alec (8/5): Prima startpunt voor een bezoek aan Buenos Aires - Prima locatie vlakbij de obelisk en daardoor op loopafstand van diverse bezienswaardigheden. Personeel bij de in- en uitcheckbalie is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer voldoet volledig aan verwachting. Bonuspunten dat het raam ook op de hogere verdiepingen gewoon open kan! In de Sky Bar heb je een geweldig uitzicht. Jammer dat hier ook klanten van buiten het hotel lijken te komen, deze bar zou exclusief voor hotelgasten moeten zijn. Minpuntje blijft wel dat er zelfs dan nog te weinig goede zitplaatsen zijn voor alle gasten. Wanneer het regent blijf je in deze bar helaas niet droog, en dan zijn er 's avonds wat te weinig leuke zitplekken in het hotel

- Clint (6/5): - The location and the breakfast was delicious. One night, My husband and I were prevented from entering the elevator while the door man verified if we were guest at the Hotel. We felt like it was racially motivated since the white couple who entered the lobby at the same time as us were allowed to proceed. He didn't bother to asked for our room key card just stopped us like we looked suspicious. I did not appreciate that kind of treatment at all.

Leider mussten drei Personen vom Service erscheinen, bis wir die gewünschte Milch endlich hatten - allerdings letztlich in einem Glas - Lässt sich schwer in eine Tasse füllen. Wir haben es dann einfach aufgegeben. Das Personal sprach kein bzw. schlechtes englisch. Eine Kleinigkeit mag man meinen, jedoch für den Preis dieses Hotels für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

It was delicious and the presentation of the room and the food was wonderful. I liked the variety of the tea selection and the natural honey comb was a nice addition to the breakfast choices.
- Geoffrey (8/5): Suitable for short stays and layovers but not for longer periods - The hotel is staffed by very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. We had a suite on the highest floor, and it was quiet with the windows closed despite the 18-lane highway below. The breakfasts were very good and well prepared. The room was kept clean and presentable throughout our stay. The rooftop bar is convenient, but it is not open every night. The outdoor pool is small and we could not get seating when we tried to use it. We had a five-night stay, but had the feeling that the hotel is catering for short stay clients. Despite having booked a suite, they charge for room service for the tea bags and coffee pods in the room. Not trivial sums. A first for us!!

She answered that to know my room number to treated better! So if I don't tell her my room number she would treat me badly?! That is very racist attitude towards the guests. And we have been there for 3 times for food and drink before we met her date 03.04 at 18:00 she seems to be the team leader on that day. Poor service. They can not say “hi” to the guests when we are so close to each other. Coffee capsules are provided without a price list and it is thought to be free for the guest but 4.5 USD per cup!

- Sandra (10/5): Immer wieder gerne. Freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal - Sehr schönes Stadthotel. Wir hatten die Zimmer im 9. Stock und die waren sogar renoviert und zur Av. 9 Julio, einfach wunderschön. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und Antonio bringt sogar die Kaffeewünsche an den Tisch. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten sogar Late CheckOut. Das macht die Heimreise noch entspannter. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse einmalig. Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. In 2 Jahren kommen wir wieder.
