- Sarah Jane (9/5): - it is not a front beach resort but the beach is 2mins walk so its still good. i like the setup of the tables and chairs outside our room. we can hangout there all the time. the place is also clean. no wifi.

Here are the highlights: - Friendly, accommodating, and considerate staff - Affordable price - Very clean room with TV, Kettle, and Good Restroom - Common Dining Table and Chair near Balcony - FREE Covered and Secured Parking - Great view (especially on 2nd and 3rd floor) - Peaceful Neighborhood - Very accessible to the Beach (almost front of the beach) - Cheaper Island Hopping rates - Near Alfamart (24 hours) Just heads up: - 1000 Php security deposit but refundable upon checkout I highly recommend this if you want to visit Nasugbu, Batangas! The staff were amazing and very understanding. Thank you Ma'am Beng and team! I really felt at home away from home these past weekend. Cannot wait to revisit this place! - 400 Php for access to common kitchen - Some parts are still under construction

- Mary (10/5): Best place to stay for family - Affordable, clean, and has beach access. - Affordable and accessible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, clean restroom and good water pressure, air conditioning is superb, free parking slot, staff are very friendly. There are lots of stores around. Accessible to the beach. The photos posted are real and actual photos. No cellular data and wifi connection - as per staff the cellular reception in the entire barangay has been down for 2 months now, previously we had reception in the area. I hope that it will get resolved.

- Ibragim (3/5): Would strongly advise against staying here, unless you just need a place to sleep for one night - 1. Clean 2. Stuff during check-in was nice 1. Reception area is pretty much non-existent - there is no one there when I came down there twice at 22 and 7.30 2. Only one towel for a room with 2 guests. Given there was no one at reception, the issue was not solved 3. The towel was not cotton, mostly polyester 4. Toilet flush button doesn't work. You need to open the lid to pull the lever 5. Sink is severely clogged. At least 2 minutes is needed for water to go through 6. There is a common area right outside entrances to rooms - at night there are people there and it's quite loud 7. Very week Smart internet signal and no signal for Globe at all. Also no WiFi 8. For non-locals - there are mostly eateries, no cafes/restaurants nearby 9. A couple dozen closely parked cars make getting to the entrance inconvenient

- Jack (6/5): Not too bad but not too grand also - Location is close to the beach. Just a stone's throw away. Staff are generally nice. There's no WiFi connection. There is also no mobile phone signal. Security deposit of PhP1000 per room was not mentioned elsewhere on the site. We were caught by surprise. It is only by chance that we've got some cash, as we normally don't bring cash.

The staff are friendly, and the place is clean and well maintained Pls put WiFi. Its not a want anymore, it's a need na. It's part of people's life na, so it should be available

- Jennette (3/5): Poor - Nothing. When I arrived the property was closed and no staff. I messaged them that I will be arriving very late but I need the room to sleep on. The team building I facilitated is 30 minutes away. I almost slept in my car or went back to the venue of the Team Building and slept in my car.

- Lindsey (5/5): Passable - The beds are nice but would prefer if the blanket is more thicker since it gets colder at night and if there’s a fridge available to store perishable food. Bathroom is kinda dirty, the water gets stuck even on the toilet floor.

- Steven (4/5): Do NOT recommend this hotel - The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access only via tiny stairs no elevator... many times no water whatsoever with low water pressures all the time... no access to food of any kind at hotel and restaurants not close by. Overall huge disappointment and staff was NOT willing to help much ... always had excuses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The best feature would be the common dining area out in the deck. It takes the mess away from eating inside your own suite/room. As well as the common kitchen.
