- Walter Hugo (10/5): Pónganle lugar de uso exclusivo de estacionamiento cerca de los elevadores para los que usamos hotel - La ubicación los detalles de decoración del hotel las habitaciones cómodas Siento que lo único que deberían de prestar más atención es al estacionamiento ya que como cliente no te sientes tan seguro que tu carro quede en cualquier lugar de la plaza deberían tener un entrenamiento de uso exclusivo para los miembros del hotel fuera de eso todo muy bien

- Taurino (10/5): - Again, George was awesome and super attentive like always and i can't remember the two new waiters names, but those youngsters were super respectful and attentive as well.. the chefs are espectacular.. they do a great job i also wanna thank Anna (supervisor/manager), for sorting out an issue during my stay and for being super helpful and making my stay more comfortable.. One young lady from reception, really made my stay uncomfortable. Her attitude isn't up to the standards of the beautiful hotel she works in. She literally made us wait for towels for about 45 minutes and i told her repeatedly to advise the manger or supervisor in charge that i needed to speak to them and there was no mesage past along and nothing got resolved.. thanks to Anna, the issue was resolved the following day at breakfast, but only because i bumped into her at breakfast and not because alejandra did her job..

- SYLVIA (10/5): - Excelente atención del personal, superó mis expectativas, cuando llegué al hotel a recepción olvidé mi bolsa en el taxi que había tomado en el aeropuerto y la muchacha dd recepción creo se llama Oshelly me ayudó a investigar y comunicarse al aeropuerto y aue radiaran al taxista y gracias a ella recuperé mi bolsa, esro es de reconocerse y aplaudirse. Todo muy bien.

- Volodymyr (7/5): One of those cases where you expect more than you get. - Location, parking. Check in - check out experience. Friendly staff. The shower wasn’t working properly. The toilet kept running non-stop, likely due to a leaking gasket. It was also very difficult to get towels, and they were not changed during the stay. Pool. Room cleanest.

Appreciate staff attending to my request for taxi. Using the card key in the elevator. sometimes the light did not go on, and the user could feel trapped in the elevator.

Handdoeken en beddengoed was niet helemaal schoon, toch wel wat vlekken. Overal was de kamer niet zo heel schoon, veel vingervlekken, plakkerigheden hier en daar.
