• Kathleen (7/5): Convenient and clean - Competitive price and a good central location. Bed and room was comfortable and the cleaner was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice addition although would be useful to have allergens labelled. Everything was clean and bright. Our room numbers were mixed up in the text we received prior to entering which caused some confusion. It was sorted by the cleaner there who was really nice but if she hadn't been there I think it would have been a bit stressful. I didn't realise the bathroom was quite far from our room down a corridor which was a bit awkward with other people also staying in the flat. But I did book knowing the bathroom was external.

Δεν θα το συνιστούσα εκτός εάν είναι μεγάλη παρέα κ το κλεισουνε όλο .

Nonostante si trovi su una strada trafficata, la casa è dotata di ottimi infissi per cui non arriva nessun rumore. Letto a due piazze molto confortevole. Ottimo il rapporto qualità /prezzo. Quando tornerò a Bologna, lo prenoterò di nuovo! Grazie!

• Miguel (7/5): Buena ubicación y limpieza - El piso está muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones están limpias. La entrada es autónoma y bastante cómoda. El desayuno es bastante completo y está bueno. No es posible dejar la maleta (solo la maleta) antes del check-in. Son bastantes habitaciones para un solo baño.

But just to name something minor, the keys can be updated because they are not so straightforward to lock/open (but this is something very minor).

• Felicity (8/5): - Very good, historic building divided up. Like most B& Bs now, self check in. Telephone number let’s you in. Don’t use first 39. When you’re tired from a journey trying to get in seems hard. Easy when you know how.

• Ibrahim (4/5): Disappointing - Location. My correct room was nice and view from balcony is nice though the balcony is very small. Someone had my room before I came and had to wait and call staff who suggested a different room that was supposed to be the same. It wasn't though, didn't have balcony nor ac and was smaller. Thankfully after calling again. they arranged with the person who had my room to come back and was nearby and got me my room. Hot water in shower kept suddenly turning cold multiple times while showering. The private bathroom isn't actually private, at least 2 room keys can open it. The tv signal is awful but it's fine since wifi was fine.

• Brad (9/5): Excellent place to stay in Bologna! - The property was in a great location, an easy walk from the central train station and easy walking distance to interesting restaurants and cultural landmarks. Very clean and well organized! Getting the keys on arrival was a little tricky, but the manager was standing by to quickly help on the booking.com app messenger.
• Lorenzo (7/5): Good for a short stay. - The property was well located and close to the city center. Breakfast was good. Price ratio was okay. The B&B is located on a busy street and even with closed windows it remains quite noisy, despite being at the 3rd floor. The noise is not only coming from the outside but within the apartment itself, as there is zero sound insulation and one can pretty much hear everything that’s going on in the other rooms or in the corridor at all times. Check in and check out are honestly in a particularly short window of time which provide limited flexibility, plus we weren’t allowed to leave our luggages in the property before the check in time (which was at 4 pm) - which is probably the only time this has ever happened to me, and I travel quite a lot. Overall, I would say it’s okay for one night but I wouldn’t stay more.

We were a group of 7 friends and we booked the entire accommodation for a quite cheap price. The spacious living room was very handy for us. Nothing really. It worked very well for us. Of course we would have loved a later check out time.

Design is also perfect. manager asked for our passport photos and we did not send because we thought that it is not safe, we offer just showing our passports at the property. we arrived early we wanted to leave our bags and travel around, she took our bags and then when we wanted to enter the room again she said that if you do not send your passports you cannot get in and you cannot take your bags. we repeated that we want to show our passports but she insisted on sending a photo. eventually, we did it and then we managed to enter the room. after that everything was perfect.

• Petr (10/5): Perfektní, Super, krásné ubytování za pěknou cenu - Čistota na perfektní úrovni, vše bylo krásně uklizené, čisté, voňavé dosahující standardu lepších hotelů. Co se týče služeb, až na snídani, která byla dobře nachystaná, jiné služby nejsou poskytovány - možná jen WiFi ještě. Hezky zařízené pokojen se vším potřebným. V koupelně i fén apod. Poloha hotelu je na trase mezi nádražím a centrem, takže dobrá Asi nejhezčí ubytování, jaké jsme v Itálii bookovali. Za tu cenu včetně bohaté snídaně si člověk nemůže stěžovat a ta čistota byla fascinující na B&B ubytování.
