• Beverley (8/5): Fantastic stay - will definitely be back! - Great location, close to everything but also peaceful as it is tucked away. Pool bar staff were lovely! Plenty of sun loungers. Apartment was very clean and really well equipped. Slight smell of damp in the bedroom, especially when door was closed on the first night. Fine when we left the door and windows open. Ceiling fan was very welcome. Not sure how I would cope in the summer heat without air con.

• Alise (7/5): This is good apartment for the price and location. - Several beaches were only 5min away. Terace was really big. Price was good. The toilet door was broken, we could only close it with a waste basket. The toilet seat was also broken. You have to choose whether you need wireless internet or TV, as it is not possible to watch TV without cable. If you want to eat in the apartment, there are not many kitchen utensils (they do not have an oven).

• Praphanee (8/5): Relax & comfortable stays - Location within walking distance to Adeje & Las Americas, local supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, beaches & the promenade; spacious apartment with good size sitting room area & good storage space in the bedroom, decent kitchen facilities, adequate cleaning, clean towels & bedsheets. Lots of cosmetic damage ie table, sofa, shower door. It might be a time for replacements, lots of stairs even inside the apartment.

• Mark (9/5): Love this hotel - This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I will book again in the future. Excellent location, super friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms with everything you could need. No bar or evening entertainment but that doesn't bother me as I like to go out

• Hari (4/5): Good location, but many drawbacks with the apartment. - Very good location and near to all dining places. There is an Irish bar right on the opposite side of the road, and its a worth visit. The beach is easily walkable. There ends what i liked about this place. 1. One need to walk a lot coming to the apartment for the first time. There are too many stairs, and it will be very difficult if there is luggage. There is a side gate, and the host should meet and handover the keys. 2. After dark, the stair to the main door is all dark. There is not even a faint light. Can be dangerous. 3. The host did not seem interested to maintain the apartment for the guests. 4. The bathroom was faintly stinking of sewage. Though it is not unbearable, it was uncomfortable. 5. Only one roll of toilet paper was in the house. I would expect at least 2. 6. There is not even Salt in the house. This is plausible and shows the lack of courtesy to the guests 7. The guests are expected to clean the crockery and places, however no dish washing liquid was provided. 8. The mattress on the bed is very old and soft. You would feel you have sunk into something while sleeping. Very uncomfortable 9. The Wifi becomes faint in the bedroom and sometimes gets disconnected. 10. Not at all worth the price.
• Hans (10/5): Excellen accomodation,super clean, ideally situated - Was a really nice stay. Reception and staff were all super friendly, rooms were very up to date and very clean. We had 3 apparatments for 7 of us, and each one was excellent. Pool was a bt chilly but it was beginning of March so totally understandable The appartments are on a steep hotel and there are a lot of steps to the top! However, there is a gate at the rear of the property and reception will loan an access key. That shoud not put you off from staying here though!

The one girl of staff I spoke to was very rude, the sofa was stained and looked terrible. Shower barely stayed warm enough for two consecutive showers. Boasted of duplex apartment with two balcony’s but one balcony had no outside furniture…!

• John (9/5): Lovely welcome at reception from the girl who checked us in. I would definitely stay here again. The pool area is nice a - The location. Close to playa de las Américas but very quiet Nothing to complain about. Some reviews complain about the steps up to some of the apartments but we were on the top floor and it’s not an issue. There was a large terrace and sea views with sun all day long.
