• Grzegorz Bobson (10/5): Bliskość Tavolary !!! - Bardzo miła i sympatyczna obsługa Sandro, który był dla nas bardzo miły i pomocny. Pozdrawiamy ciepło. Byliśmy na początku maja i w zasadzie byliśmy jednymi gośćmi tego wielkiego kompleksu. Naszym celem była przede wszystkim bliskość prywatnej plaży z pięknym widokiem na Tavolare, którą ma się w odległości 10 min, spokojnego spaceru.(uwaga - należy przejść przez teren obiektów Residence i Sugheri) Tavolare widać też bezpośrednio z tarasu kompleksu, jednak przeslaniają ja wysokie drzewa. Jest to świetne miejsce w szczycie sezonu, gdyż masz tu spokój i ciszę i przyjemny chłód. Mieliśmy apartament na parterze i w chłodnym maju przydawały się koce z szafy. Nasz apartament z 2 sypialniami, spokojnie może pomieścić 6 osób, gdyż w części kuchennej jest duża rozkładana sofa. Absolutnie konieczny jest samochód. Odległość miasteczka to 5 min, jest market w którym kupisz wszystko co potrzebne. Obok kompleksu nie znajdziesz bazy gastro. Bardzo blisko znajduje się Porto San Paolo( 6.5 km - 9 min jazdy) , gdzie moim zdaniem znajdziesz cudną plaże, z idealnym widokiem na Tavolarę, która prezentuje się najpiękniej, bo na wprost... Tak jak widzi się ją na widoków kach. Nic

• Franz (8/5): Wir hatten 14 Tage einen sehr entspannten, wunderschönen Urlaub mit traumhaften Stränden! - Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, hatten wir Nespresso Maschine und Mini Backofen mit. Das war absolut notwendig, denn es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe, die man ohne Auto erreichen kann. Man konnte sich gratis Sonnenschirme an der Rezeption ausleihen. Der Verwalter und das übrige Personal sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, mit vielen Blumen und der Pool ist super sauber. Das Apartment lag unmittelbar neben der Poolpumpe, die Tag und Nacht lief. die Zufahrt über einen Weg ist für SUV kein Problem. Gelsenstecker sind ein unbedingtes Muss. Hatten welche dabei, daher keine Plagegeister im Apartment. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.

• Christina (9/5): Pure Erholung mit wunderschönem Strand und sehr gepflegter Anlage. - Die Unterkunft ist in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Oliven-, Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen, vielen Kräutern und wunderschönen Blumen gelegen. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Auch die schöne Poolanlage. Zudem befindet sich ein wunderschöner Sandstrand in Gehdistanz. Da es bei uns im Oktober schon etwas kühler war nachts, waren die Leintücher zum schlafen etwas dürftig. Im Sommer sicher ideal.

• Knud (5/5): lidt skuffende.... og tam affære - egentligt hyggelig nok..startede i meget mørk og dunkel væreslse med udsigt til en tam græsplæne...meget lidt sol.... blev flyttet til Superrior værelse ,,det var noget bedre.....pool var pæn....og alt var fint rent.... med det var en tam affære,,, 4 stjerne er overdrevent er sikker på vi bookede superior værelse,,fik standard ..back-paker værelse.... blev dog heldigvis opgraderet hvilket var godt

La strada per arrivarci sterrata, peró comunque si trova in mezzo al verde é veramente bello. Bisogna muoversi in auto, di notte é molto buio.

• Natacha (8/5): Tout conforme à la description. Propriétaire très sympathique. Belle piscine. - La résidence est propre et conforme aux descriptions. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont très sympas, la piscine très agréable. Un peu cher par rapport à la distance de la plage. Que l’on peut certes atteindre à pied sans problème, mais nous avons eu d’autres hôtels en bord de plage direct pour moins cher.

They both had back issues for sometime.. the kitchen was small and not enough cutlery given the fact that nothing was provided when we checked in not even a bottle of water in the fridge and so on and on

• Malina (9/5): Ciche, spokojne miejsce, doskonałe na rodzinne wakacje - Komfortowe apartamenty, zadbany basen, duży ogród, piękne kwiaty, naokoło cisza i spokój. Blisko do lotniska. Dobre dojście do plaży, nawet z dziećmi. Bardzo miły kontakt z właścicielem. Brak czajnika, zmywarki i pralki (chociażby jednej na cały obiekt). Dość daleko do sklepu - bez samochodu ciężko. Basen zbyt krótko otwarty, ratownik niezbyt miły. WiFi sprawne tylko w niektórych miejscach. To już niezależne od właściciela, ale w sierpniu mieliśmy dużo komarów i bardzo dużo os.
• Sonia (7/5): - C’est a 10min a pied de la plage, très calme, l’appartement était spacieux, la clim marchait très bien et était silencieuse, globalement confortable. L’accueil est super, Sandro vous accueille comme chez lui et vous aide avec toutes les demandes. Il faut savoir que c’est un endroit simple, de vrais appartements où il faut s’acheter les aliments de base, idéal pour les familles avec tous les espaces verts où ils peuvent jouer pendant les heures trop chaudes. Je voyageais seule mais l’endroit était suffisamment calme pour se reposer et se détendre. La piscine est agréable avec des parasols. Ce n’est pas négatif en soi mais il faut absolument avoir une voiture. Il faut savoir que la résidence ne propose pas de petit déjeuner, pas de bar ni restaurant, et il n’y a aucune épicerie à moins de 30min à pied. Aussi, selon la durée du séjour, il vaut mieux pouvoir voir d’autres plages, cette côte est plutôt venteuse, donc idéal quand il fait trop chaud, mais moins agréable lors de vents forts.

• Joy (9/5): Wonderful stay, would return. - The host was very good at communicating with us on the day of check in and the instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow. He even allowed us to check in early and upgraded our apartment due to availability, which was a lovely surprise. The gardens and pool at White Sands are beautiful and well kept. The surrounding area has a rural feeling but it is only about a 10 min walk to get to the beautiful Porto Istana beach. I would recommend having a car if you are visiting this area as walking to murta maria would be a bit hard going in the summer. On the day of checkout, we were informed we could continue to use the common facilities at white sands including pool, parking and shower area until we needed to go to the airport. The host was friendly and helpful. We would definitely return. Oh and the air conditioning worked very well! There are lots of mosquitos in the whole area, which cannot be avoided in a natural costal area like this...but definitely take mosquito repellent.

Man konnte sich sogar Sonnenschirme ausborgen. Die Pool-Aufsicht- ein unsympathischer Mann, der NUR seinen Job macht und alle bei jeder Kleinigkeit verwarnt, für Kinder absolut ungeeignet.

• Miroslav (4/5): Suited for people willing to sacrifice overall comfort for availability of a swimming pool - 1) The swimming pool 2) Good wifi 3) Well maintained and nice fresh garden 4) Parking 5) Beach stuff at the reception purchased by other guests which they left before departure 6) Very nice beach accessible by walk - only 10 minutes away. 7) Good air conditioning 1) Significant overall discomfort 2) Old unmodern kitchen that urgently needs to be replaced by a modern one with a built in dishwasher and modern and powerful stove. The lost time spent with very difficult food preparation and washing dishes can be used better. There is enough space for that, there must be willingness to invest and not be greedy to have happy guests. The apartment is in the middle of nowhere so families with kids need to cook, but for that much better equipment is needed. 3) Not enough knives, no wine glasses, museum Moka coffee maker, that should serve as decoration in the modern age. It was not working on the poor performance stove hotplate. So no coffee in the mornings and wine only from nasty cracked small water glasses. Or you have to buy/bring your own for the stay. 4) Many wasps from the nearby trash-yard were our frequent visitors 5) Mosquitos from the well watered nice garden will take care of your sleepless nights, because there are no window nets to prevent them from visiting you. 6) The bunk bed in the smaller room is nastier than one from a Russian jail, it is not safe for the kid that sleeps upstairs and does not prevent it from falling down during the sleep. The removable ladder can be used for that purpose, but it is not sufficient if you use it and in that case you use its primary functionality as a ladder. 7) Access road to the residence is in terrible condition suited for off road cars. 8) Towels were included in the price of the apartment but when I asked for few fresh ones after 6 days (original ones got dirty and stinky, and were not sufficient for a 8 night stay), the receptionist requested additional payment. 9) Frustrated life guard at the swimming pool is mad at kids, often destroying the otherwise nice moments at the pool - which is actually the only thing that may attract guests to come to this place.

• ADV ONE (6/5): děkujeme ale už nepřijedeme - hezké místo, 10 minut chůze na pláž majitel by neměl nabízet ubytování rodinám s dětmi. Všude narážíte na upozornění, kde se s dětmi počítá jako s rušivým elementem. Plavčík u bazénu funguje spíš jako dozorce nebo policajt. Nesmíte hýbat s lehátky, mluvit nahlas atd. Vynadal nám v 10:10 hod že jsme u bazénu s upozorněním, že bazén je přístupný až od 10:00. V apartmánu jsme zaplatili 60 euro za závěrečný úklid a už den před odjezdem nám přišlo do zprávy upozornění, že máme uklidit kuchyň a vynést odpadky ale ani nemáte čím uklidit. Nikde se nenachází utěrky a čistící prostředky - musíte si obstarat sami. V kuchyni nefunkční mikrovlnka. v apartmánu pro 4 osoby byly 2 polštáře a 2 byly schované a nikdy jsme je nenašli. Absence kávovaru. Samé drobnosti ale díky nim jsme se necítili moc komfortně

Small rooms with no sunlight in garden so not able to dry clothes / towels. Neighbour terrace was separated by a slatted divider so there was no privacy on the terrace & very noisy if neighbours were out in the evening. Pool was nice but very strict rules (no balls, no jumping?). Very grumpy lifeguard. No intro when you arrive (limited service). Overflowing bins were not cleared for days. Not very nice way to enter the property.

Scomodo dover prendere l'auto e percorrere strada sterrata per raggiungere tabacchi supermercato ristoranti, la passeggiata per la spiaggia dieci minuti, la mancanza di zanzariere impediva di poter aprire le finestre, poca privacy per gli appartamenti nella piazzetta dove è situata la reception.

Wszedzie autem blisko do sklepow do plazy do miasta. Sympatyczna mala przytulna plaza. Na plus ogrodzony parking z samodzielnym dostepem. Czulismy sie tam bezpiecznie. Opryskane przed komarami mozna spokojnie usiasc przy stoliku wieczorem. Do kazdego mieszkanka przynalezy kacik ze stoliczkiem, suszarka. Przerwa na basenie od 13-15. Chociaz na plus ze jest ratownik, rozumiem, ze potrzebuje przerwe…ale akurat w tych godzinach fajnie by sie bylo kapac. Nie bylo czajnika, troche malo przyborow kuchennych. My akurat zawsze mamy wszystko swoje, na wszelki wypadek. Ale gdyby liczyc na te ich to troche juz im poznikalo 🤦🏽‍♀️. Troche stare meble. Ale stylowo przez to :). Zepsute niektore parasolki na basenie. Ale tez ilosc gosci odpowiednia do wielkosci basenu i nikt sie o te parasole „nie bil”. Value for money.

• Pierbiagio (10/5): Vacanza in famiglia a Porto Istana - La gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, Sandro in primis, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La vicinanza alla bellissima spiaggia di Porto Istana. Unico appunto la mancanza di una zona lavanderia comune dotata di lavatrice ed asciugatrice.

• Liset (7/5): Fijn verblijf, maar kan beter voor deze prijs. - De ligging en het zwembad. De muggen en de hygiëne in het appartement, bovendien was het gedateerd. Ook was het appartement erg gehorig.
• Przemyslaw (10/5): Na pewno wrócę - Lokalizacja. Ośrodek ma bardzo przyjazną atmosferę i sielankowy klimat. Można pomyśleć o wymianie materacy na wygodniejsze.
• Maria (7/5): Fajnie było - Basen i otoczenie basenu. Bardzo ładna plaża w pobliżu. Stare plastikowe meble, słabe wyposażenie kuchni, daleko do sklepu i jakiejkolwiek restauracji. Bez wypożyczonego samochodu nigdzie się nie ruszysz.
• Rafał (7/5): - Nice swimming pool - very clean with a life guard. Rooms equipped well and comfortable. Close distance to very beautiful sandy beach. Too little shower cabin in the bath room. Very acoustic building. Swimming pool break (13:30-15:30) during the day.
• Ghislaine (8/5): Très bien pour 1 semaine - Appartement fonctionnel. Bien situé, belle plage à pied, Olbia à 15 min. Le réceptionniste est très aimable. La piscine est belle. L’environnement de la résidence est agréable et bien entretenu. Pour 1 semaine c’est bien. On n’a pas pu manger dehors à cause des guêpes. C’est dommage car d’intérieur de l’appartement n’est pas très lumineux. Quelques villes sympas à visiter, mais pas assez pour nous.

Dostupnost krásné pláže Porto Astana do 10 min chůze. Grazia mille. Skromné vybavení apartmánu, především kuchyňského vybavení. V Itálii nečekaná absence sklenic na víno. Doporučil bych vybavit kávovarem na kapsle.

• Pavel (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita jen pár minut chůze od nádherné pláže – opravdu ideální místo na dovolenou. K dispozici krásný, velký a čistý bazén, kde jsme si skvěle odpočinuli. Zahrada je pěkně udržovaná, plná zeleně, a terasa je perfektní jak na snídaně, tak na večerní posezení. Klidné prostředí, vše bylo čisté a upravené. Velká spokojenost, určitě doporučujeme!

Le contacte rapide via whats app. Disponibilité de l’appartement dès le matin au lieu de 17h comme dans les autres hôtels. Nécessaire de cuisine disponible à la réception Femme de ménage dispo et sympathique L’appartement est très vieux, coussins très durs et matelas pas confort. Salle de bain qui sent le renfermée et la douche fuit. Très bruyant, attention si vous êtes sensible aux bruits on entend tout ! Des personnes qui reviennent tard n’ont aucun respect pour les autres et crient à minuit, les enfants qui pleurent et crient à 6h30 du matin…

• Agata (9/5): - Obiekt ma zdecydowanie ładniejszych ogród niż przedstawiono na zdjęciach. Na patio są piękne kwiaty. Pokoje przyzwoite, czytalam komentarze, że fatalne łóżka, nie mogę się z tym zgodzić. Plus za okiennice i zasłony, rano można było dłużej pospać:) Plus za ratownika na basenie, ale sam basen mógłby być czynny wczesniej i dłużej bo był czynny od 10 do 13 i od 16/17 do 19. Mając na uwadze plan dnia na wakacjach ważniejsze było by dla nas aby był czynny od 8 do 11 i od 17 do 21. Dostępne parasole plażowe. Plaza jedną z ładniejszych na Sardyni. Godziny otwarcia basenu mógłby być dłuższe. Trochę wąski prysznic :)

Cela prend 5-10min à pied pour se rendre à la plage, qui est très jolie. horaires piscine 10h-13h 15h30-19h quelque peu restreints, mais ailleurs dans la region c'est aussi le cas...

• Joanna (9/5): Piękne miejsce, blisko cudownej plaży - Obiekt jest kameralny i otoczony piękną zielenią- apartament był wyposażony w płytę do gotowania, naczynia, garnki itd. Ogromny plus za basen strzeżony przez ratownika. Do pięknej publicznej plaży jest zaledwie 7 minut spacerem. Nie było takich elementów.
• Valeria (9/5): Posto magnifico - La location é spettacolare: 10 minuti a piedi da Porto Istana ( bellissima spiaggia ) il residence é un luogo di pace e relax in mezzo alla natura ! Letti abbastanza comodi, l’appartamento pulito ! Molto gentili alla reception ! L’unica cosa negativa é l’assenza di un bar all’interno del residence e l’apertura troppo tardi della piscina ( ore 10) e la chiusura troppo presto ( ore 19)! Avrei gradito fare un aperitivo in piscina se ci fosse stato il bar !
• Jean-Michel (8/5): Schönes Resort für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt. - Das Resort ist super. Der Weg zum Meer ist OK. Für Familien mit Kinder oder ältere Leute, ist doch etwas weit. Das Zimmer ist gross und bietet viel Platz. Auch der Pool ist toll. Die Kommunikation einfach und direkt. Leider war die Matratze etwas durchgelegen, ev. mal ersetzen. Das Badezimmer ist schön gross. Aber weshalb ist die Duschkabine so klein, die müsste grösser sein. Echt nicht bequem.

• BARIS (7/5): Londoners - It was easy to access through WhatsApp when we needed. There is a toilet with showers at the reception for the use of checked out customers. We used it post enjoying a beach day after the checkout. Beach is just 8-10 mins away by walk. Main entrance of the residence is secured through a pincode. Plenty of space at the car park. Kitchenware needs to be updated. Windows should be sealed with mosquito nets as I hardly slept due to mosquitos during the nights. Swimming pool is allowed only in certain hours.
• HANNA (4/5): Полное несоответствие цены и уровня гостиницы. Все старое и неуютное, до моря далеко. - Неплохой бассейн, но днем не работает 2 часа в обед и закрывается в 19. Отель очень старый. Мебель и кухня требуют полного обновления, вся посуда разная, диван в аварийном состоянии. За 4 дня ни разу не поменяли даже полотенца. До пляжа 12 мин пешком по пыльной грунтовке. Много комаров, мух и ос. Полное несоответствие цены и качества. За эти деньги можно найти гораздо лучшие варианты.

• Binzhi (1/5): A little bit disappointed with such a high price paid and the conditions we got - It took around 10-15 minutes on foot to reach the beach. There is a swimming pool 1. The road to the property is so bad, narrow and uneven. It is really difficult to reach there by car. 2. It just provides bath stuff for a whole family ‘a usage for one night. If you live there for multiple nights, you have to buy the shower stuff yourselves, although in the description it was stated those stuffs are included. You even have to buy toilet paper for the rest of nights. With such a high price per night, I am a little bit wordless. 3. The air quality in the room is not good, the room is humid and dark. 4. Even for the dish Washing, garbage bag, you have to buy it yourselves

• Mikhail (10/5): - My wife and I arrived. We stayed in room 16. The room was large, clean and had everything you need for a stay. A family with two children can easily stay. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and utensils to cook food, a large refrigerator. There are tables and chairs outside each room, where we had a nice time. There is nature all around and it is very quiet, calm, there are many flowers on the territory and around. But take mosquito repellent with you. The pool is warm and clean, it is pleasant to swim. The beach is within walking distance. Special thanks to Sandro at the reception. He prepared everything in advance for us, we quickly and easily checked in. Then he kindly took us further to San Teodoro. The management should give him an award for his excellent approach to customers! I highly recommend staying here! All is ok
• maria (10/5): Vi har hittat paradiset! - Härligt läge, lite avskilt och några hundra meter från en underbar strand, och pool 10 meter från vår lägenhet! Och mysig bar, på stranden, där man kan äta både frukost lunch och lättare kvällsrätter. Man får dock vara tidigt ute på kvällen, de stängde 18:30 när vi var där i alla fall. Men på andra sidan stranden fanns en bra restaurang. En bit till närmaste livsmedelsaffär…

• Larissa (10/5): Excelente - Lugar lindo com uma praia maravilhosa a menos de 10 minutos de caminhada. Tem mini cozinha que facilita muito quando estamos com crianças. A piscina é ótima e o atendimento também. O centro de San Teodoro e Olbia são muito legais de passear e a 20 min de carro. Praias maravilhosas há no máximo 30min. Recomendo muito.

• Rokas (10/5): Great vacation place very close to Olbia and wonderful beach! - Great location, very helpful and understanding host. Kitchen with many tools. Very comfortable beds. Very nice surroundings and great beach just few minutes away from the property. I liked everything, just my recomendation for the property what could be improved - there could be kitchen towels, salt, pepper and cooking oil. Also, wifi connection was poor, but thats not a big issue, if you are on vacation.
