Kim (10/5): - We arrived before check-in but had been traveling for about 20hrs and we're exhausted. I had requested an early check-in and was hoping it would work out. We were met in arrival by very nice staff who encouraged us to wait in the roof top bar for about 20 minutes while awaiting our room. The woman in the rooftop bar immediately served us water juice and some snacks all gratis. The rooftop bar had a beautiful view and yet we were sitting in an air conditioned space. It was lovely. We waited about 20 minutes for our room to be ready. When we arrived in our room, we found a king size bed (though in their terms they called it a double-I later figured out that meant double twin beds). Mattress was very comfortable! Later we needed a pharmacy and the front desk person helped us find a pharmacy within walking distance. The next day we walked to the Acropolis. It was only about 20 minutes away on foot. Along the route there were many restaurants and other eateries. The location was great. Service was great. The environment was beautiful at B4B. The breakfast buffet was amazing! My only complaint was there was no decaf coffee or tea.

CATHY (8/5): Bel hôtel pour un week-end à Athènes - Hôtel confortable à 20-30 minutes à pied de l'Acropole et des quartiers historiques d'Athènes. Petit-dejeuner excellent, sur le roof top avec vue sur le Parthénon. Seulement quelques places (4 ou 5) de parking réservées à l'hôtel, sinon, cest sur la rue. Aucune reponse à mes messages lorsque je les ai questionnés sur les possibilités de parking.

Mayuka (4/5): - Panteion University next door had an all night outdoor rave on Friday night - I had little to no sleep despite v good ear plugs and usually being able to sleep through most noise. Otherwise, the view from the room was fantastic and no other complaints. For short visits like mine, losing one night’s sleep can drastically alter your plans so perhaps be aware before you book over the weekend.
Isabela (6/5): - The service is fantastic and the property is very clean and nicely decorated. However, I never could sleep there, it was too much light from the street, from the lights of the fridge bar (which I had to disconnect at nights) from the reflections on the glass walls in the room. Terrible, really. Opening the window is a torture, there is too much noise from the busy street so no fresh air even late in the evening. Again, besides this, the hotel stuff is wonderful and very helpful, and the stars I leave here are only for them. I think that every hotel manager should spend a night in their own hotel to get this feedback themselves and not later on from the guests on the website :)

Viktor (10/5): Surprise Hotel - The rooftop garden breakfast was awesome as you have the view of the Acropolis as well. The 040 bus is next to the hotel basically and 20mins walk the Acropolis. Ari at the reception is a very friendly and helpful guy, also had a good chat with him. The room was always cleaned daily.
Manuel (4/5): Balkonzimmer das keines ist - Das Zimmer mit Balkon hat seine Bezeichnung nicht verdient. Der Balkon ist ein kleiner abgetrennter Bereich zum Zimmer mit kleinen eigenen Fenstern. Das sind die einzigen Fenster des Zimmers was ich sehr unangenehm fand.

885lizi (8/5): Very clean. - Our room was small and basic but exceptionally clean and cleaned daily and contained everything we needed. The location is good in that it is about a 10 minute walk from the acropolis although I wouldn’t want to walk back to the hotel really late at night as the streets leading to it didn’t look very appealing. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast was very average with not a great deal of choice and no variation from day to day.
Alexis (10/5): - If you are on the first floor, you will likely be able to hear the club going all night. It is not super loud, but you can hear it at night. I am not super sensitive to a dull background noise of the music but if you are I would request to be on a higher floor. I don't think you can hear anything on floors 2 - 4 so if you want silence when you sleep, choose those. Other than that, the staff was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious!

Muhammad Ahmed (10/5): - I visited Athens to attend a conference. B4B Athens 365 Hotel is a perfect place in affordable price, have lovely and welcoming hosts and receptionists. They also have rooftop garden for the breakfast buffet, which was perfect. Lift is present contrary to few review I read before travelling that lift is not there, but Lift is present. Airport transport is available on request and charged. 2 minute walk to the bus stop and 15mins metro bus ride to Tourist hotspot. While 30-35 minutes walk to the Monastiraki Square. Best for those who are travelling for conference near a 5 star hotels. Would highly recommend. Love from Pakistan!

Dreamer585293 (2/5): Bad area of town! - This hotel is NOT what is advertised. The rooftop bar wasn’t open, no laundry service, right in the middle of strip clubs, and the rooms are cramped and ugly! We moved hotels and they wouldn’t reimburse as I had a no refund stay. What a joke…beware!!

The downside is a noise (no soundproof at all), no windows (except the smoking balcony), small spacing and the room looks a bit outdated. If you like to walk a lot to burn the calories - the location is decent!

The location of the hotel isn't convenient if you're planning to see all touristic attractions. You'd need to walk a lot. The rooms have no noise isolation. Shelbie (6/5): Suitable hotel, but not likely to return - When we arrived at the hotel, there was a BUNCH of construction going on. Workers were directly outside our door. We were on the 5th floor which was nice, and had a great view of the acropolis. But for being in the process of renovations, our room was either still being updated, or partially done with lots of flaws. The window did not lock fully. The touch-code lock didn't work (had key). The 'rainfall' shower head was just a regular head mounted on the ceiling, but it was full of hard water deposits & sprayed randomly in the shower. The lighting in the shower was an LED strip, but it was coming off the wall. The 2 USB outlets in the room did not work. There was a bug in my water glass. The TV did have netflix thought. We requested another room as we needed the USBs to charge our electronics. We were put in the same room directly below on the 4th floor. The kitchenette was fully finished in this room, the shower head was the same but newer or cleaned. 1 of the 2 USBs worked which we made due with. The TV did not have netflix set up and everything was in greek except for BBC. The breakfast with the hotel was in the adjoining cafe. It was absolutely delicious!! The area was close to a prometric testing center, the reason we went to athens. The area itself was ok, not great (compared with the center of athens). There was easy access to the metro and a bus stop right out on the main road which was very helpful. It was a suitable place for our needs, but not likely to return.

The bed was so comfortable. Bad side: The Rooftop Garden was closed, the area was not the best and far from everything.
glynitar (2/5): Females Beware Unsafe - The accommodations were okay, very small rooms, no phone, and not a nice part of the city of Athens. However, much greater issue is safety. I stayed with another female friend and our room ( no room keys, a passcode is entered to open the door) was entered into at 4:00 am by someone who had the passcode which we had not given to anyone. The 4 digit code is loud when pushed into the door and you must hold the pound sign for 3 seconds, luckily my roommate was not able to sleep and jumped up and pushed the door back closed. We could see the shoes of 2 men in front of our door. Once they left, I went to the front desk, since we had no phone in our room to inform them and was told that I was confused and no one has been on our floor at all and when I insisted that our door was opened I was told that the door does that on it’s on as a safety measure of the battery is low. It was scary and with the increase in human trafficking I would not recommend staying here. Felt very unsafe.
Giannis_find (10/5): very good - Beautiful and clean hotel, with smiling and helpful staff. The room we were staying in was oddly arranged as the bathroom was split into two. One was the toilet and the other was the shower. Strange but also innovative! Breakfast is complete and delicious overlooking the Acropolis. We will stay again !!

maahdii (2/5): A poor choice - For starter, "Β4Β Athens 365" is not a 4 star hotel as it is advertised on some websites. I'm not an expert but I don't think it even meets the requirements of a hotel. It sure has the look and vibes of a hostel. Rooms are mostly clean but they oddly have washbasin in the room and WC and shower separated by sort of a partition. There is no wardrobe, phone or carpet in the room. They advertise that rooms are equipped with "Handy smartphone" on hotel's official website, but according to the staff, their provider decided to not continue with the business and therefore collected all of these smartphones. Breakfast was disappointing as well. We found a couple of dirty coffee mugs and glasses. There is a super slow coffee machine that successfully delivers the worst coffee of your life! Hotel's location is more or less far from everything and not easily accessible by anything but taxis. We had a very disturbing experience to the extend that we asked the hotel to let us leave. Staff were very helpful and even helped us to find a new hotel for the remainder of our stay. I greatly appreciate their help and understanding of the situation. However, this was certainly one of the poorest "hotel" choices I made!
219stephenp (10/5): Superb--views, rooms, breakfast, and staff. - We loved this hotel. It was our first visit to Athens and we wanted a great view, and modern facilities. We booked 2 rooms with an Acropolis view--a single room and a double room. We were intially greeted by Nicholas on the front desk, and later met Maria. They were both extremely pleasant, and gave us a lot of information about where to go, and how to get there. The rooms, which are very modern feature floor length double windows, with great airconditioning, a safe, a Queen size bed in the double room, a fridge, great toiletries, and, a flat screen TV with BBC news and an english movie channel. The rooms are smallish, which is typical in Europe, but very comfortable. The highlight of course was the view. Both the double Acropolis view room, and the single Acropolis view corner room had amazing views from the bed. The single room would be big enough for 2 people. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the bathroom very modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast was the best we had in Greece. Lots of delicious fruits, pastries, breads, eggs, bacon, cold meats, fresh juices (squeeze your own), excellent coffee, tea, yoghurt with honey, cereals etc. The breakfast room is on the roof top terrace which of course has the magnificent view of the Acropolis. You can sit outside on the balcony, or under cover. At night time you can have drinks on the terrace, or order a meal. There is a small supermarket one minute walk away, as well as some restaurants. I wouldnt say this hotel is walking distance to the tourist area, although one of our group did it a couple of times. It is in an upmarket hotel and business district, although there are late night bars next door and in the area. We did not hear any noise. There are buses on the street in front of the hotel, and the hop on- hop off buses have a stop across the road. We found taxis to be the best way to get around. Usually the fare to Syntagma Square (the centre of the tourist area) was less than €5 which was good value as there were 3 of us. The day we left the hotel was an early departure to go to Piraeus for our ferry to Naxos. The hotel packed a breakast box for us which was waiting at reception, and had organised a car to take us to the port for €25. We loved this hotel. Yes, we could have stayed closer to the centre (which wasn't that far away) but what we got for our money was a new hotel with fantastic facilities, the best breakfast we had in Greece, excellent and helpful staff, and the magnificent views of the Acropolis. Go there--you will love it.

jadmi (4/5): A Poor Choice ! - B4B Athens 365 is more like an apartel rather than a hotel (0,5 Euro/day tourist tax) The location isn't great as it is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the nearest Metro which is Syngrou Fix station which is on the red line, 4-5 Euro taxi ride into town and a fixed 38 Euro to and from the airport. It's off the main road and there are few restaurants nearby but the Intercontinental is only a 3 minute walk. The lobby is smallish with a restaurant on the top floor. There isn't anyone to help you with your luggage. The front desk clerk can either be really helpful or have an attitude- depending on which one is on duty. The Acropolis corner rooms are a bit small with the Acropolis in the far distance- you really need binoculars to see it clearly. There are no closets but rather hangers to hang your clothes. There is a tiny refrigerator. The bed was ok with outlets nearby. The shower with a rainshower is in a separate room than the toilet and sink, The bathroom can get wet as the water flows into the bathroom.The internet is free but too slow. I complained many times but to no avail. Breakfast was served on the top floor with an OK selection but no made to order eggs nor fresh orange juice. Not the best breakfast I've had. All in all, this was a very disappointing stay-I can't say anything good about this apartel. The location isn't great, room small, food average to poor and service not consistent. There are definitely better hotels to stay at in Athens. I made a poor choice!!

Breakfast was excellent and I have to point more than everything the reception staff ,they were absolutely wonderful with their willing and hospitality especially Nikos, Georgia, Maria and Alex.

AntandMar (10/5): Best Hotel Staff encountered - This is a beautiful hotel which has great facilities and beautiful clean, well appointed rooms. However the thing that sets this hotel apart it the staff. They are the best I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble, a smile is always on offer and you can tell that all they care about is your happiness and comfort. If you want to stay somewhere that makes you feel like a welcome guest, a valued person than this is the place. I will be recommending it to everyone I know that is staying in Athens.

Verified traveler (8/5): - This small hotel is quite nice, and the view of the Acropolis from the rooftop breakfast deck/bar is to die for. The breakfast itself features just about every kind of breakfast food that is commonly eaten in any European country, USA or Canada and it is well presented. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, with excellent English skills, crucial for us visitors who had only a few words of Greek. A few rooms have that same awesome view of the Acropolis. The hotel is also conveniently located to dozens of excellent Greek restaurants in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Athens. The Acropolis itself is about a 25-minute walk. On the negative side, the walk to the restaurants and Acropolis requires crossing several heavily-traveled expressway access ramps, which can be dicey at times. The location is on a very noisy major street. The A/C is fine and, if you keep the windows shut, you can't hear the noise at all, but you have to choose between quiet and fresh air. The rooms are quite small, which didn't bother us because we didn't do much besides sleep and shower there, and the showers are excellent. Finally, we had a problems of several brief power outages, which were apparently neighborhood-wide, and perhaps occur elsewhere in Athens during hot weather. The price is good, and, in my opinion, the advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages.
VKonsulov (6/5): Very small rooms. - This hotel was a disappointment. The rooms are really small, the floor is weird marble or something, so it's always cold. The so called "room with a view to the Acropolis" is not really what you'd expect, as the landmark in question is quite far away from the hotel. Technically there is a view, but in reality I wouldn't call it so. Parking is next to impossible, they don't have their own garage and it's really hard to find a space on the nearby streets. We were there on the weekend so there was extremely annoying noise from a nearby bar or something. We couldn't sleep until 4-5 in the morning. Location is also not good, as it's far away from public transport and too far to walk to the center. I'm only giving it average rating because the staff was nice and polite, otherwise it's a poor hotel and I'll never book it again.

Yes the rooms are small but thats why its cheap and thats what is advertised. The rooms are modern clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I had a long layover or really early flight.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall a good stay. The staff were very friendly and smiley. And the hotel itself is about a 20-30minute walk from Athens main sites, which I was happy to go by foot. The only downsides were the fact my room windows were dirty and the outside glass on the building is well overdue a wash. That and be right on a very very busy dual carriageway and hearing the traffic run through the night. The first can negative could be avoided, the second I guess can’t. The hotel has an absolutely stunning rooftop bar where you eat breakfast and watch over the acropolis. This was a highlight of my stay.

Donna (10/5): - This hotel is VERY new, and amazing! We had a view of the Parthenon from our hotel window! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful getting around Athens. They served us the most wonderful FULL breakfast+++ every morning from the glass enclosed rooftop dining area....which ALSO has a view of the Parthenon! The hotel is located right across the street from a bus stop that can get you to the city center in a matter of minutes. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel....look no further and book with the B4B in Athens, then you too can experience their hospitality!!

I did not see pictures of the rooftop and it was not mentioned in the website when I booked it, so it was an amazing surprised for me to see it! It’s priceless! Love it! Breakfast and dinner at the rooftop. Good choices of food. The building is brand new and though I only read 1 review, I took a risk to check it out😁. glad I did. it's Perfect & safe for family too. There is a Brand New University across the street. The Yellow Bus Tour stop is probably 30 steps away which is a big plus. You can see taxis, bus stop, resto & shops outside. Subway is really close too. i love the location. well, there are probably 2 to 3 night clubs in the area but It’s not scary as you think. It’s quiet & really safe. The only thing that I was not comfortable was the code. You need a code to enter your room. It’s written on a paper. But anyway, I believe it’s no big deal. But hope they’ll put a double lock inside. Watch out for the drainage in the shower too, you have to open it.😁 i love the shower. If you have children, just don’t let the kids flip the remote control to 1000 plus. it’s only ads though. the hotel is so brand new & they are still working on decors & how to improve it, they are very open for constructive comments for improvements. I love how courteous the staff are. They’ve free Mobile Phone for you to use&free phonecalls to few countries❤️

Every single member of staff was incredibly polite, tentative and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The Parthenon view from the terrace is magical, especially at night for a drink. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean and modern. They each contained a super-helpful free phone you can take around Athens with you (we utilized it every day of our stay), which included google maps and free phone calls anywhere abroad - an incredible, unique, innovative idea. The breakfast had many options and a great coffee machine with any coffee you wish. Any time I am in Athens again, I will be staying there. Congratulations to all the staff! Verified traveler (10/5): Definitely worth staying - I was hesitant when I first came across this brand new hotel because there was no reviews, but I'm really, really glad that I decided to give it a try and stayed for a few nights! All of the staff were always friendly, cheerful and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Great view at the rooftop cafe, which is open to everyone. The cafes and mini market around the hotel are a pleasant bonus. Definitely worth staying.
