It’s not their fault manag - And have to be one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stating absolutely disgusting. I have photos but I am not going to put them up. Air-conditioner filter was absolutely filthy. It was that bad. The air-conditioner wasn’t even even cold. The shower had never been cleaned since the Hotel had opened. I don’t think.

My partner cleaned under the bed and it also looked like it was never cleaned. At times there was no hot water and another couple of times there was no water at all. I went to reception to tell them there was no remote for the tv and was told there was no tv at all.

Phòng ở rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và thoải mái, nội thất hiện đại, mang lại cảm giác thư giãn sau một ngày dài. Nhân viên thì thân thiện và nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ để chuyến đi trở nên suôn sẻ. Điều tôi đánh giá cao nữa là không gian chung và tiện nghi: khu vực làm việc/relax thoải mái, khiến tôi vừa có thể nghỉ ngơi, vừa có thể làm việc nếu cần. - Frank (1/5): Bed bug infested hotel-steer clear! - Location Horrible! The room was filled with bed bugs that I discovered in the middle of the night on night 4 of my stay- when I decided to sleep with AC and under the duvet for the first time. I was woken up at 2:30AM to itching all over my legs, got up to see the bed infested with bed bugs all over. Lifted the bed sheets and there were even more on the mattress. I left my backpack on the second bed and the bugs made its way inside of it. I was out of there quick- walking around at 3AM looking for a hotel that would let me check in as an alternative to this horrible stay. I went back the next morning to let the staff know about the situation- and they agreed to let me check out early and refund me for the unused nights (how generous 🙄). After further discussion at least they agreed to compensate me for the one night I discovered the bed bugs. I did have to pay for all the other nights prior, as well as a high walk in rate for one of the hotels next door, plus professional cleaning of all my belongings to get rid of the insects from my backpack and laptop bag. Besides this, the room was absolutely run down. The shower is not built properly and floods the entire bathroom as there is nothing to stop the water from overflowing. I get this is a budget stay but that is absolutely unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and there are plenty of great restaurants around. Another plus is the hotel's workspace, which is quiet and comfortable—perfect for getting some work done. However, the room does not have an iron, and there aren’t many hooks for hanging clothes. But for this price, there’s not much to complain about. Overall, it's a great choice for those looking for a clean, basic, and well-located stay near the beach at a reasonable price.
