• Mohammad (1/5): - I book a comfy room I went there by 12:30 They make me wait till 2pm I know I understand the check in time is 2pm but when I went to the counter the reception told me there r no rooms free yet so I have to wait I keep on checking with the same lady till 1:45pm but still she said no rooms free yet And around at 1:55pm the lady was on break I went to the other counter that’s was her reply”oh yah u booked a comfy room it’s free” So means what the lady before what she was choking for me was just a common room booking This is really sad and I won’t b booking theu this system and I won’t b going back again to Camlux hotel

Cama muy confortable Estuve en dos habitaciones diferentes y ninguna de las ventanas cerraba bien, por lo que entraba ruido. Ojo con el rte que te clavan. Desayuno muy pobre por el precio que tiene. The hotel was very convenient for work but not close to any grocery stores or restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel wasn't really what I was looking for.

The staff was very helpful and professional, the housekeeping top notch. We were there for ice hockey so location by Mega Box for us was great (walking distance), for a visiting stay in Hong Kong, the location was a bit far from metro station and there was not much around the hotel.

• REI (10/5): - バスの路線によりますが、歩いて10分以下の場所にバスが停まります。地下鉄の駅からは歩いて15−20分ほどの距離です。荷物が多いならバス利用、買い物目当てなら地下鉄をオススメします。 私は英語も広東語もできませんが、ホテルスタッフは翻訳機を使ったり、日本語で対応してくれました。 寝る際に周りの部屋から音が響いてくる場合がありますが、私は気にならないレベルで済みました。疲れて寝るだけの人なら全く問題ないと思います。 近くのショッピングモールは歩いて10分ほどなので、買い物や食事で困ることはないと思います。良いところです。 中心地や中環からは少し遠いので、その辺行く方やマカオ、ディズニーに行く方は不便かもしれません。

The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s design is stylish, and the lobby has a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout my stay. The location was decent, though a bit far from central attractions, but well-connected by public transport. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again.

Warm water and hotel breakfast, though not spectacular was decernky priced. There is not much outside the hotel but it is around 20 - 30 minutes walk from the new stadium.

Front desk staffs were being rude to handle our HKID cards, with bad attitude to talk about the room details and checkin processes. And before i entered to the room, i heard the cleaners chitchat and talking about they did not change the pillows of my room, i have asked them immediately but they denied. I have no idea if they truly did that, but it affected my sleeping quality on that day.

• Tuan (5/5): Will not recommend this hotel! - The female check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was good at the hotel cafe There is no heater in the room. Max temperature we can set is 25C, but the room temperature kept adjusting back to 21.5C. We were subsequently told by the housekeeping staff that there is no heater in the room and because of the cold weather, the room temperature will self adjust back to 21.5C regardless of whatever temperature we set! Although she provided us with an extra blanket, it was still freezing cold in the room. There was no hand towels in the toilet. No wardrobe. Only 3 miserable hangers were provided. The male server at the hotel cafe was rude! Terrible to experience this in the morning! The MegaBox shopping mall is hopelessly confusing, and there is nothing much given the huge shopping mall. It was really disappointing

Com je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux, pour commencer l’hôtel est très très mal desservi, en effet très peu de bus à proximité pas de métro bref la galère… pourtant le service de transport en commun hongko gais est extraordinaire, ensuite l’hôtel est vieux, la moquette est salle, l’hygiène est limite, et pour couronner le tout et c’est la première fois que je vois ça, notre fenêtre donnait directement sur les fenêtres d’autres chambre de l’hôtel, donc autant dire que l’on a pas vu la lumière du jour

• Minea (7/5): Very happy with our stay at Camlux Hotel. Would visit again. - The room was nice and spacious (for being in Hong Kong). A bit dated but clean and staff was really helpful with additional request. The wifi was really good. Good transport options to town, though quite far, but we didn't mind as we valued it being in a quiet area and the bigger size room. The aircon was blowing really cold and damp. It was requested by the hotel that the aircon should be on at all times at around 22-23C. We had to ask for extra duvet as the blowing of air was too cold for us. There is no breakfast offer included at this hotel however there is a cafe downstairs which offer breakfast, but I felt this was very expensive (even with the 30% discount offered for hotel guests). There isn't really anywhere else close by for breakfast (for non Asian breakfast).
• Wing (8/5): Spacious for long stay in Hong Kong - Good housekeeping and I really treasure this very much! Very neat and tidy everyday when we returned to our room, and please keep up with this good work. The laundry is a bonus for long stay. Some people may not like the location(it may not be great to walk to the nearest transport/eatery in rainy days), but the tranqulity is what I look for in such a busy city and surely you will have some good rest there. Room is spacious, and you could have some space for luggage and walk around in the room. It is near to Telford shopping plaza, and Kwun Tong area where shopping could be handy, and you may find some interesting shops in industrial area. Please be careful about the booking as it is non-refundable, and you need to bare any risk in case you made any mistakes. And make sure you have the adaptors and other basic travel necesscities as you could only get from the vending machine but not borrowed from the reception. It needs a bit more instruction and baskets in the laundry room, or else will be nice to install a phone there to save my time travelling back and forth to the reception. Remember to get your own laundry liquid to save some money. And if it is your first visit to Hong Kong and you are not familiar with transport, this place could be a bit tricky for you. Yet buses could be handy if you want to reach Jordan/TsimshaTsui, and MTR (not the KaiTak one, but Kowloon Bay Station) could help you get to places on time.

When asked about it at reception, we only been pointed towards the order collection point with not much more info... So we ended up not having any breakfast throughout our stay
